My room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too. Bathroom was spacious and lighting over the basin was good. Breakfast was monotonous for long stay clients.

Modestly priced. Older property, but felt I got a good deal for my money. My room was pleasant & clean.

Poor WiFi connection. Very inconsistent. Made work difficult.

The hotel was clean, friendly and convenient. We had a nice stay with a complimentary dinner when we arrived ( 5-7pm I believe) and a complimentary breakfast in the morning. Plenty of space with a small kitchen area. Would recommend.

The decor of the hotel room was dated and worn. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The roll of toilet paper was soiled, but replaced at the office. The bed was soft and sloped to the center. The full breakfast was great with freshly made eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, pancakes, french toast and a fine selection of beverages and side items. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR STAY.. OTHER THAN WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE TV... SHOULD UPGRADE TO A FLAT SCREEN AND PUT ON THE WALL!! YOU WOULD HAVE A LITTLE MORE ROOM THAT WAY.

I was a bit disappointed in the Hawthorn Suites. I have stayed any many other Wyndham properties without issues. My main problems were that the furniture was shabby, rundown, terrible TV picture and cable channels. The internet didn't work at all unless I went to the lobby. Told staff of defects in room. Sinks didn't drain, Shower handle was stuck and wouldn't turn on. Fridge's freezer didn't cool. Steps to the Front door, need replacing, loose steps. Old, run down hotel. Not like other Hawthorne properties we've visited.

Very pleasant stay, although I did not put a heavy tax on the facilities. Wi-fi in the room was okay, once I deduced that there was a server associated with each group of rooms. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, excellent orange juice, milk, along with other things usually associated with a continental breakfast. The room had a full size refrigerator, […] stove, and microwave and a basic selection of kitchen utensils. There was also a dishwasher. I didn't use them, so I cannot comment on how well they worked. A bit rundown, but larger rooms, nice beds. Good breakfast that was always prepared before the starting time. Sometimes the maid left all the towels they replaced and sometimes they forgot a wash cloth or foot towel. You get what you pay for, a cheap convenient suite, nothing more.

Good kitchen faciities, Good location close to resturants etc. Only negative, smelled of cigarette smoke a bit.

The hotel was really nice, the only thing would be that the beds were kinda hard (I am really biased as my own bed is memory foam, lol), and the sofa bed was not in good shape at all, one part was broken, luckily it worked enough for my kids to sleep on it but we weren't able to get it to fold back up at the end of our stay. Rooms are large.Bed very confortable. Kitchen was well supplied and the breakfast was excellent.The price was also great. We would stay there again

My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is set up with multiple small two story buildings with each door opening to the outside. The neighborhood is somewhat industrial, although other major hotels are located here, it was a little dark around the hotel. The breakfast was good and I would return again for the low price I paid.

Very clean, very nice. The staff was great and the breakfast BUFFET, not a cold danish and cup of coffee but eggs, sauage, Biscuit & gravy, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, danishes, fresh fruit, juice. The room had many convenient features including a kitchen, microwave, regular size coffee pot. The counter space and bench in the bathroom area was convenient. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The only thing that was wrong with our suite is the sofa bed was broken and would not pull out... We did not discover this unitl bed time. We did report the sofa when we checked out. The hotel staff were great. We actually left behind our phone charger and they mailed it to us.

My stay was during Christmas time, 2011. The suite was spacious with a full kitchen but the room was poorly insulated. With the furnace running it was hot and when it stopped it was cold. Bathroom layout is poor but mostly useable. Wireless never did work even after contacting their technical support. Breakfast was better than expected. The complex […] was maybe half full but they still put a large and noisy family above me when they could have been placed away from others. Surprisingly nice for the money. Bed wasn't rock hard so I slept pretty well. Clean and well kept, would stay again.

We usually stay here when we go to Wichita. It's close to my dad's house and it's a good location in Wichita. Guests can get passes to Genesis Health Club. We took advantage of this and went to a group fitness class. Unfortunately, Genesis is kind of far away. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and roomy. I appreciate having a full kitchen, […] although we rarely use it. I always enjoy getting a log for the fireplace in winter time, although they charge $5 for them now. The staff were all outstanding, including house keeping. Breakfast was great and better than most places with a wide variety of things to choose from. Hotel is older and shows wear and tear, but would still choose to stay there again. All the pluses out weigh the minus'.
