"Problem Solved Without Hassle"
There was an issue that developed the first morning I was there. I informed the front desk as I was leaving for the day. When I got back to the room several hours later, all was fixed. I appreciated the prompt attention my problem received.
"Hotel in Omaha"
I do not reccommend this hotel. We had a pet and they put everyone who had a pet on the 4th floor - who does that??!! Not to mention this hotel has rooms where you can smoke - yuck! If we would have known that, we would have NEVER stayed there and cancled our reservation, but we did not know until we got up to the 4th floor and had to pass the smokey […] disgusting hallway. Thanks, the room was O.K, but i would NEVER stay there again. Good thing my dog did not pee in the elevator on the way down to the parking lot, due to the long ride from the 4th floor. NEVER AGAIN! It is well worn and in need of upgrade. Carpets were very worn and are not maintained or cleaned/vacuumed. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Who ever owns this facility needs to invest in remodeling and upgrading.

"Convenient, clean and reasonably priced"
The Comfort Inn has the appearance of being an older facility with a new name. Some of the equipment reflects the building's age (AC unit in particular). The room was clean and bed comfortable. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for the price and a good continental breakfast and spacious eating area.

"Underwhelmed"
No fridge in room. Windows don't open. The shower head was all jacked up. The TV. was quite old. Hard to enter traffic from the parking lot. I won't be staying here again.

as there was a family reunion staying at this hotel. we were conveniently given a room at the end of the hall away from the noise. i did appreciate that since mom and i were returning from my dad's funeral. we were quite tired and stressed.

"decent Hotel"
I was there for work for one day and the hotel was OK. The hotel is nothing special. The rooms are relatively clean and the hotel is average. I prefer staying in newer hotels. Everything was really nice. Good breakfast, waffles and Biscuits&gravy (REAL sausage). Had to reset room keys each day though.

"Not new but clean & convenient"
Reasonably priced hotel, clean with restaurants nearby. Granddaughter enjoyed the outdoor pool.

"Not for sleeping"
The noise level of the air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. The level from all the many kids playing in the hall ways in the early morning and very late at night was unreal.
