Do not stay here! To begin with, it is located in a bad neighborhood. For most of the night, i compulsively checked out the window to make sure my car had not been broken into. This hotel has a lot of problems that needs to be address, furnishing is very out dated including the television which we expressed that needs to be repaired. Please tell your customers no check-ins until 4pm which is utterly ridiculous considering especially if you driving several thousand of kilometers and want to rest. Bugs in my bed and in my bathroom, droppings, terrible, a real roach motel. Somebody realyy needs to look into that property. The management is not spending the money to take care of it. I would condemn the property.

The pool was filthy and obviously not kept clean. Their was hair in the shower from the previous person that stayed in the room. The floor had not been vacumed for me and the room smelled. They only have coffee during breakfast. I was not impressed overall with the hotel at all. I would not stay there again.

Picked this hotel because if was only for one night, cheap and near the port of Tampa. Thankfully it was only one night! This hotel is not that close to downtown Ybor City and is in a run down neighborhood that looks a little scary. The lobby is poorly lit and dingy. It is old and the room was pretty shabby. The mattress was completely worn out, saggy […] and uncomfortable. The wall air conditioner sounded like the rinse cycle of a washing machine every time the compressor kicked in. Had to shut it because it was so loud and we weren't able to sleep. Then the room became stuffy. Good thing it was chilly outside for Tampa this time of year. There was mold on the shower tiles and just 2 scratchy bath towels. The free breakfast was awful. Do yourself a favor and spend $20.00 more and stay in a nicer hotel in downtown Ybor City. I will start with the good: -While the hotel isn't in the best of areas (it's not in a terrible area, but a lower income one, and NOTHING tourist related nearby), it felt relatively safe. The entire complex was very well lit. Unfortunately, that is about it. The bad: -DIRTY DIRTY property. There are so many stains all over the floor, it looks as if […] they haven't mopped in 3 months. Every single hallway of every single floor looks like this. The area right in front of the ice machine on the 3rd floor was beyond sticky...it felt like someone had spilled a 2 liter of Coca Cola, and after 2 days of telling management about it, nothing was done. -Terrible Wifi. Connection cut off very frequently, and when it was working it was too slow to be of any real use. -Pool was so dirty/murky that you barely make out the drain at the low end. Sickening sight. -The two girls working the front desk the first day. Not outwardly rude, but unprofessional in that I walked up, and neither of them looked at me immediately as one of them was counting their cash drawer and the other was watching. After a minute one of them looks up at me, but doesn't say anything. A minute later the other one looks up, and again, says nothing. After a few more minutes, I am finally helped out. -The door key scanner to my room was faulty, and I had to get new keys every day. I know about the "are you keeping the room key next to keys/anything magnetic/yadda yadda" spiel, the keys were in my front pocket at all times with nothing else near them. Nothing worse than 3 days in a row of bringing up all of my heavy belongings up to the 3rd floor (elevator was broken twice) and have to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get this resolved. 3 days in a row. -Ice Machine on 3rd floor was not working. -The room itself was very very musty, my allergies were killing me the entire time I stayed here. The hotel was nice. My ONLY ISSUE was I could not get on the internet. Three days and no access. I had never been so frustrated in my life.

I stayed in this hotel for a single night. I have stayed in a lot of Days Inn hotels in different states and this was the worst. There was no microwave or refridgerator, and I've never had to request those ammenities before. The wall painting was tacky. The tile/grout in the shower were disgusting and in desperate need of some bleach, comet, and a good […] scrubbing. There was a non-slip mat in the bath tub, with God only knows what kinds of germs residing underneath it. I told my 5 year old son that he could not sit down in the tub while I bathed him. The vinyl floor obviously needed to be mopped. The vending machines were all out of order. The door didn't always lock when you closed it, and the deadbolt wouldn't turn from the inside, so thank goodness there was a latch. If you are going for a short stay and don't plan to spend much time in the hotel, I think it may be okay to some, but if you have high expectations and/or have children and plan to stay more than a single night I would not suggest this location. A good nights rest very quiet and of the betten path.

I felt I was in a labor camp complete with high fences and all the uncleanliness that any prisoner would expect!

Room smelled horrible. Purchased deodorizers and Lysol to try to cover the smell. If not already paid, would have never stayed.

GREAT LOCATION FOR TOURING.STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ROOMS NOT THE GREATEST BUT SERVED OUR NEEDS. WOULD STAY AGAIN IF IN THE AREA.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The lobby smelled, I went to my room which I was afraid to walk on the floor without shoes. I tried to use the "free internet" but it was down. After several phone calls to the front desk, nothing was done to correct the problem rather the answer was, "I'm going to be honest with you, the […] internet on that side of the hotel doesn't really work." Really? I'm paying for a service that hasn't worked? I went to go to bed and there were holes in my sheets. The soap the next morning was stuck to the counter and breakfast was horrible. Also, I was overcharged for the room and did not receieve any money of the difference. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and as someone who has stayed in many hotels traveling the country, you couldn't pay me to stay there again. The neighborhood this hotel in was horrendous. Driving to find the hotel, I noticed several homes with bars on the windows, yet my room was on the first floor that barely locked. Lisez la suite

the room was dirty, the floors were not clean, tub dirty, no towels. the maid didnt clean our room or replace dirty towels. front desk helpful and very nice. only redeeming factor. bad neighborhood.

Just okay. I would not stay here again. The property is very old. Staff friendly but I would not recommend it.

Terrible hotel, sheets and pillow cases didn't look clean and had holes in them. I had to go to the nearest Wal-Mart to purchase towels because the towel there looked old and worn and had spots on them. Dirty hotel, no towels in my room, breakfast is only served until 9 am. Terrible hotel. There are similarly priced places in the area that are probably better.

The motel looked runned down, wireless internet connection was very weak in the room. It took almost all day to get my room cleaned unexceptable. Always would forget to restock items. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Kids would knock on my door and run off sometimes and other times try to sell me stale candy very bad experience.

First, I was given the wrong room, only one bed rather than 2 as i had requested. Afterwards the rooms was very dirty, a/c was not working properly. I rquested another but it was the same. We never had change of towels. Overall it was a bad experience at the hotel.

i picked this hotel because it was close to the concert venue and also because your site said they had free wifi. not t didnt explain that there was only wifi in the pool area. and i got place in the room furthest away from the section of the hotel. i cant live without my laptop whether its to find directions to the concert or the hottest club in town […] to party and yet i had to go to the pool area for this. then there were no towels in the room, i had to walk back to front desk to ask for a pair of towels. in the end i really dont care cause i was there just for a concert with a couple of friends and we could careless but i would refer this place to noone if you ask me. DO NOT BOOK THIS! DISGUSTING!

the hotel is in a bad part of town. The room for the price was decent but talked to some people who live at the hotel. If you are looking for a cheap hotel for the night it is fine...would not recommend a longer stay or for families.

Conviently close to the interstate. Nice place and affordable.
