Frontdesk personnel are professional and friendly. The room smelled freshly cleaned, sinks drained well, bed, pillows, covers were comfortable, the airconditioner worked well. The complimentary breakfast had good variety and there was plenty of fresh, hot food/drink. Parking was great (allowed plenty of room for my carrier/truck combo).

We love this hotel, particularly the chairs on the patio or balcony. Also love that they are pet-friendly. Their breakfast is great - lots of choices and tasty food. Great price.

Hotel offered very comfortable bed and an excellant breakfast. However there is no elevator so lugging heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs was a chore. Parts of the hotel had been renovated but our section had apparently not been. Not much counter space in a tiny bathroom. Perhaps what troubled me most was the desk clerk photocopied my ID and credit […] card. I have not seen this done at any other hotel and am concerned with the risk for fraud. Lisez la suite

Everything was very clean, and some of the fixtures in the room were obviously new. I had no problems connecting to the free internet, the breakfast was good (I think those scrambled eggs were *real* eggs), and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, this is as good as it gets!

Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Free breakfast was very good with waffles, pancakes, sausages, biscuits, eggs, and cereals. Even had almond and soy milk for the lactose-intolerant amongst us.

The room was exactly what I expected for the price. Clean and basic. The only drawback was the overwhelming smell of commercial cleaner in both the hallway and the room. In fact, we even sprayed the room with Febreeze because the smell was overpowering. The floor in the bathroom was sticky from someone not diluting the cleaner enough. Other than that, […] it was a convenient location to where our conference was and close to several restaurants. Lobby was clean, halls and room were clean. This is a great hotel right off I-40 in Joplin near dining options. The hotel has recently been renovated. The room was clean, had a balcony patio, and was generally pleasing. Breakfast was better than expected with more options than usual for the price range. Overall the experience was really good. Great place, clean & very comfy bed! After a hard day @ the hospital this was a wonderful way to end the day. I had no personal items with me, they had it all! And breakfast was hot & tasty. My only vice: maid knocked on my door @ 9am insisting she needed to clean my room. I think she could've waited till I checked out.

The clerk gave other guest our room key. The bathroom floor was sticky, not clean. No liners in trash cans. Plumbing from room upstairs poured water through the ceiling in our bathroom when they showered. Tile under the sink broken and exposed holes in the wall. Breakfast was poor.

Absolutely no issues. Wifi signal was a little weak. Plenty of great eating places nearby, plus right next to highway. A 4-star motel for a 3-star price. Well worth the money and then some.

Nice comfortable room @ a good price & the king beds were absolutely heavenly in comfort! Breakfast was good, but nothing more than the free continental breakfast offered w/ most hotel rooms. (Alot of pork, which unfortunately wasn't for us, as we don't do pork)! All in all we would "definitely" stay again!

The hotel was just fine and the spot was perfect for the ham radio event they had at the convention center. The area is very busy, gas station about 100 ft away brings in some interesting folks! I did not feel uneasy when I left at 5 am. I will stay here next year for sure.
