Insolite. Chambre dans un Boeing Jumbo, c'est original même si confort simple, toilettes et douches à l'extérieur (très propres), pas de petite table dans la chambre et pas de porte-manteaux. Bon accueil même tardivement. Très bien pour une nuit.

la principale note négative va aux bruits : en effet, l'isolation de l'hotel n'est pas trés bonne et l'heure du "couvre feu" rarement respectée : l'hotel est relativement bruyant pour les dormeurs. La propreté de la chambre est toute relative, ainsi que celle de la salle de bain commune qui n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours, ce qui est génant.les lits sont trés confortables, la literie et bonne. le petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté est absolument parfait.

Hotel moderne avec un bon rapport qualité prix des qu'il s'agit d'un chambre familiale. Propre. On change les serviettes tous les jours et le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personel aussi jeune que sympathique est professionnel et efficace. Ils font tout pour vous rendre service. Le style est moderne et malgré la situation un peu excentré du centre le métro et les bus sont proches. Bon séjour pour moi et ma famille. G Freda

L'impression d'être tout simplement sur une ile, ce qui est le cas. Super emplacement à quelques minutes des centres d'intérêt à pied. Ne pas écouter ceux qui disent que c'est loin du centre puisque de toute façons il n'y a pas un centre mais des centres. Super buffet petit dejeuner, copieux et renouvelé très souvent. Magnifique terrasse. Chambres impeccables et fonctionnelles. Borne à vélos à deux pas. Deux très bons resto à proximité (pratique pour le soir) L'un au grand hotel et l'autre Mathias Dahlgren. Accueil super sympa bref on s'y sent comme chez nous. Croyez moi vous aurez du mal à partir!!!

Un hôtel dans le centre de stockholm, a côté de la gare routière; on peut absolument tout faire a son départ (il y a un autre Radisson Blue vers Gamla mais moins pratique d'accès. Forme de carré avec atrium au centre; calme et petit déjeuner absolument superbe et a ne pas manquer (buffet chaud, froid, variété de pains, yoghourts, charcuteries, fromages, […] buffet japonais,...). Nous n'avons pas été déçus, a part pour la piscine, ultra froide, impraticable; une honte a ce niveau de prix. Hotel sans charme particulier. Je me suis laissé convaincre par la notation de Hotels.com comme je pouvais le faire précédemment et j'y ai trouvé un très grand hotel à côté de la gare sans saveur, sorte de Mercure avec des carrelages dans la chambre et un côté étouffant dans un long couloirs pour arriver à ma chambre. This hotel is literally just outside central station - which is great if you have children and luggage and don't want the inconvenience of trying to find your hotel in a new city. Even though it is in a busy area, we didn't hear any traffic noise or train traffic - we loved the location. It is close to lots of eating places but not the smaller more […] upmarket types of restaurants. The hotel room itself was great and i found the staff on reception very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and similar to what you find at other Radisson hotels. It wasn't busy apart from at the weekend when it seemed that every conceivable table was busy - maybe the staff could help seat you when its that busy but they seemed to be busy enough trying to make sure the food was kept topped up - and as it turned out a table became available pretty much straight away - we were there 4 days and it was only the last day it was like this - can imagine it would be pretty annoying if it was like this every day. "What you book is not what you get"
I deliberatly booked the hotel for location, since I went away with my 2 friends for a long weekend in Stockholm, since we are all grown women we wanted two Queen beds in our hotel room, so we could share one, and the 3rd person had one bed to herself. When booking via hotel.com it gave me the option for either one King Bed and one Fold out Bed or two […] Queen Beds. So naturally I took the two queen. However upon arrive at the hotel, there were no two queen beds available and the staff were very unfriendly about this topic. Further more the family room we had booked seemed a bit old. Very close to the station but there are much better hotels nearby (within 200m). If you want to stay at a Radisson near the station go for the newer Radisson Waterfront instead. Perfect Located right next to the Arlanda Express train in the city center. Friendly Staff. Rather small but nicely equipped rooms, expensive breakfast, but all in all a very nice hotel. When you book "off peak" the price and quality matches very well.

Hotel is located no more than 1 minute walk from the main station. Lobby area is nicely decorated. Originally had an old style room which was dark and depressing. Changed this for a more updated room which had nice furniture and bathroom. The room was quiet. Very small thou. Fine if you have a small case for a weekend break but nothing bigger. Friends […] were staying on level 5 and the rooms they were in were a disgrace. Half of the floor was being refurbished and all you could smell was a sewage like smell. Excellent location right in the centre and next to the train station. Easily walkable to Gamla Stan as well as the main high street and the hotel itself is very well kept and up to date. The rooms themselves are a little compact but very comfotable. The reception staff were also very helpful all the time. A good place to stay.

the biggest positive in the hotel is the super friendly staff and excellent service. Negative was a rather "worn out" room, dirty coffee cups in the room a very crowded breakfast place. The location of the hotel is perfect and I am confident that it is a place to go to once they finished the renovation.

Friendly at the reception, but not particularly knowledgeable. They didn'r know, for example, that the transfer bus from central Stockholm to the Silja and Tallink ferries leaves from a spot less than a block from their door.
Excellent choice for a 4 day break. Central location..near train station and most of the sights. Everything you need for a restful stay. All needs taken care of by helpful and courteous staff.

We enjoyed a night at this hotel last month, having stayed there in the past. It is extremely well located, right near Central Station and the buses to the airport, so the slightly higher room rates on the other surrounding hotels are offset by not having to pay for taxis to and from the station or the airport. The only downside is that the hotel is rather 'tired' in its decor and fittings, eg no safe in the rooms. The check in clerk told us that it will be undergoing a refurbishment in the near future. Great convenient location to the city center and the old town. No need for use of public transport. The breakfast is to die for, amazing array of dishes. Rating 5, without a doubt!

Great location for using the Swedish rail system. Conveniently located to almost everything and a very comfortable hotel with American standards. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat! Will probably stay again next year.

We enjoyed our stay. So perfect if you are taking the tran in from the airport. Central station is right out the door. We walked to most sites we wanted to see and rented bikes. Loved it

Our stay here was just a stop over, 1 night and regret now that it was so short. Our room was wonderful and so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is well presented and plentiful and accomodates a variety of tastes.. Hotel Location, right next to the central train station...excellent. Staff, very cutious and accommodating. Yes the hotel was okay, the beds were fantastic. but there is no way I would say this hotel should be a five star hotel. some of the bed sheets were not 100% clean the shower doors was not clean. if you ask me if I go there again I would say perhaps I will try others. Thanks,
