Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, à quelques pas des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville et des zones de magasins et restaurants/bars - L'ambiance de l'hotel est très détendue avec un lobby agréable (canapés, écrans TV, accès internet libre, journaux) et un petit déjeuner varié. Une piscine et un centre de fitness sont situés au dernier étage (27ème) avec vue sur les buildings et la ville.

Demander une chambre du côté de la rivière, de préférence à distance de l'ascenseur. La vue est impressionnante sur les gratte-ciel qui bordent la rivière, car l'hôtel est dans un coude du cours d'eau et se trouve exactement dans son axe. Rien à dire sur la qualité du service et la propreté des chambres. La situation est parfaite entre le Loop et Magnificent Mile, tout est à portée de main pour un séjour réussi, y compris la boulangerie en bas pour le petit-déjeuner.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèce ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.
Les demandes spéciales sont soumises à disponibilité à l'arrivée et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.

"Nice room, Nice staff"
I only stayed one night but was very pleased with how friendly the staff was. The shuttle driver went out of his way to pick me up at the Penske truck return, before driving me to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable.
"Good price, clean, but poor parking"
Room was clean but smelled like smoke. Friendly prompt reception. Parking was horrible. I had to park at the hotel next door and hope I did not get towed. It was posted.

I`ve done some traveling over the years as a sales person for our company and this is by far one of the cleanist well maintained hotels that I`ve stayed at. I`m returning there next week and will make every effort to stay there again.

Great value. Clean rooms, excellent service. I asked to switch room seT from highway because of noise and they did so quickly without fuss. The breakfast could use more fruit and yogurt.

This is a standard hotel with only a few frills but suited my need for a place to stay perfectly
"Better than expected"
This hotel is located very close to O'hare and off the highway so you can hear the airplanes and passing cars from the parking lot. Surprisingly that was the only place you could hear them. The room was extremely quite. Nice enough comp. breakfast (more than cereal and milk). There's also one of the top 3 popular Chicago style pizza places located about […] 2 mi away. "Best quality/price ratio"
Overall it is a really nice experience in this hotel. The only thing bothers us is it is close to airport so you can hear something, but not that loud.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and they provided us with shuttle service to the airport - even at 4:30 a.m. It was only 4 miles from the airport but it took 25 minutes to get there. Clean and quiet and reasonable price.

"Would not stay here again"
The only reason I stayed here is because all of the hotels downtown and at OHare were booked. Let me just say, it is not the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Plus, there is literally nothing around there within walking distance. You have to take a cab to even go anywhere to get something to eat. Definitely not worth the money I paid to stay here. "QUALITY INN, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL"
CLOSE TO AIRPORT, GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, QUITE AT NIGHT, GOOD BREAKFAST.
I stayed for two days. The hotel is located near to the airport which makes it ideal for tourists. The kind hospitality I got from the hotel employee is really magnificent. Thank you all. It would be much more better if the rooms are equipped with refrigerator. I love my stay at this hotel.

The shuttle to airport is a big help. Gets crowded at times but it is good enough. Good breakfast in the morning. Pretty well maintained facility.

"Good deal, but nearby restaurant had just closed."
The hotel is fine for the price, but I probably won't go back, because the restaurant across the street that I was expecting to frequent had just closed and there are no shops or other restaurants nearby. There are a number of restaurants that will deliver, but the Chinese food that I ordered wasn't all that good. Be sure to call for the shuttle at […] the airport -- Take the phone # with you when you leave home.. The shuttle comes right away, but can take 20 or so minutes to get there. Staff are friendly, business center is handy and works nicely. The fridge in the room didn't work at all, even after I plugged it in! There are limited selections at a small "bar." if you want to call it that. I got a nice small bottle of Barefoot Merlot for $5, about 6 ounces and a wine glass to take up to my room. The heat was either on or off, and there was no ability to regulate the temperature. So the room quickly overheated, then when I turned it off, it got cold. I was comfortable under the ample covers, and prefer to sleep in a cold room, so this was only a problem when I was up. Lisez la suite
"Needs improvement"
Biggest complaint is that the air-conditioner was very noisy. The room was too stuffy to sleep without it on, but its noise kept me up most of the night. We stayed here in order to catch and early flight out of O'Hare. The location is convenient enough for that and the shuttle service worked okay, although we were a bit concerned by the speeding of […] the first driver. "Great service, too bad about the funky smell"
On the positive side, being so close to the airport at a favorable rate & with free shuttle was perfect. This is what I really needed most, so I'm happy with that part. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful, as was the shuttle driver and getting breakfast at 4:30 am was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was not very pleasant, however. The mattress […] was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was very loud and had a strong mildewed smell. This hotel was very nice. They were very understanding with checking in early. The beds were amazing and they were the perfect distance from down town Chicago. Great breakfast and great customer service. Very clean hotel and very nice staff! I would recommend staying here to anyone that traveled to Chicago.
Noice from freeway, woke me up twice. Price was good.

The front desk staff was completely rude and unfriendly. When I needed an extra 20 minutes past their normal check-out time to get all of my stuff to another hotel I was told that I would "have to leave" once the 20 minutes were over. There are more polite and professional ways to express this than with such bluntness. The room was very small and dark. […] The grounds were unkempt and slummy looking. If you need to stay in this area, try the La Quinta across the street. The La Quinta chain is more reasonably priced, has polite staff and usually provides a fridge and microwave in each room free of charge if they have them. "Wonderful stay"
The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best we ever ate. The wi-fi access was a definite plus and the channel selection on the televivion was great. The staff was helpful and happy. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely reccomend it to someone else as well as stay here again.
"A place to crash... and no more."
Stayed for 3 nights. Had to switch rooms twice on first day. First room - the A/C did not work and it was 32 degrees C (94 degrees F). The second room - the toilet did not work. They were supposed to send someone in to fix it, but that never happened. Once in the third room, we made sure these things were okay before unpacking AGAIN. No apologies from […] the front desk. The rooms were small, outdated and barely comfortable. This place is in dire need of a reno. Took the shuttle to the airport, but it was running 45 miniutes behind schedule. I felt sorry for the people that actually had planes to catch. We took the "L" downtown. The shuttle driver was nice, but drove like a maniac! The free breakfast was a bust. I didn't even attempt to try anything. Nothing fresh. If you wanted to eat in the area, you have to drive. The Woodfield Mall is about 10 minutes away. I would not go back to this hotel. "Good hotel"
The hotel was nice and our room was in excellent condition. The only annoying aspect was the crowded parking lot. We were lucky to find a spot on our side of the building. Still, an excellent option to spend the night.

Great staff great room great breakfast and our suttle driver to and from the airport was lets just say awsome!!!!. We had to pickup my elerly handicapped mother and our shuttle driver was fantastic he anticipated our needs even before we asked for anything . I would strongly recommend this hotel and most deffinatly stay agian and agian.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. The room was clean and served our needs. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the hot breakfast was very nice given the price of our stay.
