Great front desk staff

Had a great stay with friends. Very close walk to Disneyland. Would definitely stay again.

Did not clean my room in time. Tried to clean room at 6 pm. Keys did not work half the time. Never will I stay here again

We had a good stay at the Sheraton Park . It was very close to the Convention Center (the purpose of our trip). If you are going for Disneyland, it's a bit of a further walk but still doable or there is a fee based shuttle to local hotels. Parking was charged by the night not each day which was nice and made it reasonable. Parking was ample. Great get a room where you can see the fireworks display - recommend from level 6 upwards and not facing the pool (quite busy in evening) Hot Tub & Pool great - Food also good - enjoyed room service food in the lobby bar which seemed much better than the Overland Restaurant (also on site though perfectly ok) Not sure if out of same kitchen but seemed […] better - maybe different chef) Also good for Interconnecting rooms. There is also a paid for shuttle service to Disney but not sure if it is quicker to walk but you may want to save your energy. There didn't seem to be many other independent restaurants/eateries in immediate vicinity except Ihop and a good deli/bakeryt type store on site. This hotel is very good, 4* and excellent value. This was the highlight of our stay in the US. We had interconecting rooms and it was so good. The service was exceptional and Naz in the Club lounge could not have been more helpful. It was so close to disneyland and the area I would recomend this to anyone

This was one of my best trips I've had in a long time. I have not one complaint to make about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food at the southwest restaurant was amazing. The room was very enjoyable, my daughter loved the view of Disneyland as we watch the fireworks from the balcony. We stayed on the 12th floor, and was very easy to get […] to everywhere. Service are good, friendly.

I actually split my hotel stay between Sheraton and Hilton and by far, I found Sheraton to be a good value with comfortable room/bed. Although Hilton may have a "grand lobby", I enjoyed Sheraton as it just felt more intimate, quieter and more at ease to talk to guest services as they were quite personable and took the time to listen and were always […] courteous and thorough. The room itself, I could not be more happy. Stayed in a King Standard and it lived up to my standards and more (complimentary water in the room we got.. I believe!). Loved the huge bathroom! Clean and neat, big counter space from end to end, large mirrors, good size tub space (quite roomy). Though, I wished they offered softer bathroom tissue. King bed was soft and comfortable (though the down comforter kept shedding fur out, but that's ok). Pillows were nice and soft. Great sleep each night. Closet and drawer space were sufficient / met typical expectations and was clean/no odor. Also, the hotel itself, entering the lobby and the room, it had a really nice scent to it! Really nice touch! Don't know what they used, but each day, entering the lobby, it just smelled sweet and wonderful (and I don't think it's someone's perfume). Definitely if I visit again, would not choose any other hotel and would stick with Sheraton all the way. Lisez la suite

Used hotels.com for a quick trip up to Anaheim. Payed a higher price than what I felt a room should be going for. Arrived onsite to find that they refused to associate my SPG account with this purchase because I went through hotels.com. They placed me on the first floor in a handicapped room amongst a high school girls dance team. The girls were running […] up and down the halls all night until about 2am and starting again around 6am. The guest book was out of date, the normal shower head in the shower did not work, only the handicapped lower shower head worked. Sheraton failed to provide a pleasant stay to a loyalty member. I love this hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The location to Disneyland is great.

we stayed here for two nights and really had a great room. the bed was very comfortable and had a thick comforter. the room was spacious and had a good quality tv. I liked that there was a small refridgerator in the room as well. it's a very easy .6 mile walk to the park and a short walk to a lot of surrounding eateries. You can also get your tickets […] at the hotel which makes everything a lot easier. my only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin between the rooms. We stayed at this hotel while exhibiting at a trade show. The staff helped us out with our packages for our booth both arriving and shipping out. The service and rooms were excellant! We will stay again next year!

Stayed four night visiting with my granddaughter at Disney. We had rooms side-by-side. It was clean as always, love the white linens and duvets. Staff was helpful and courteous and the Overland Stage restaurant next door (very convenient) has fabulous food.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Got a great rate with a $25 per night food credit to use at the hotel bar or restaurants. Our party of three arrived way ahead of schedule at 8am and the front desk got us a room right away. We were able to park our car right in front of the room and bring our stuff in through the patio. Very clean room with nice bedding […] and a mini fridge. The distance to the parks was just a short walk which was great since we stayed for New Years Eve and didn't want to drive after the evening festivities. Heated pool and hot tub get a thumbs up, as well as the casual dining restaurant Molly's - good food and quick service considering how busy it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also requested a late check out on the and they were able to accomodate us. Two things to note - no shuttle service to Disneyland and $15 a day parking. Close enough to walk to Disneyland. Room was very small but very nice and very comfortable. The real plus was being on the first floor and opening the sliding glass door to get to my car, which was parked right outside the room. Slept like a log on that bed!

Hotel is ok, but queen size beds are lousy. A little movement on one side of the bed "rock" the entire bed, disturbing my wife's sleep for the entire night

Recently stayed at Sheraton on the Park - Anaheim hotel which is located at a convenient location, just a 10 minute walk from Disneyland. There are good takeaway and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away if you're looking a bite to eat and dont want to travel to far. Rooms were clean however bathroom was quite small and not in a seperate room. The room […] was quite small to fit 3 people with all our luggage. There are two Sheraton at disneyland. This is NOT the one to stay at. The Sheraton at Anaheiprices looks like a castle is the GREAT one, they have their own shuttle and the whole hotel makes you feel like your at Disneyland. This Sheraton at the park is not located coveniently to the park and there is no shuttle service, all the other hotels around […] are part of a shuttle service, this one needs to get with a shuttle service. This hotel's location is perfect if you plan to visit Disneyland. The room was clean and beds were quite comfy. We liked having a mini refridgerator in the room to store beverages and the like. The room size was a bit small but worked fine for us. Only complaints were that faucets in the shower were falling apart and the hotel's breakfast restaurant […] were just mediocre. The hotel however did offer discounted tickets to Disneyland. Overall we'd stay here again but I'd rate this a 3 star not a 4 star hotel. Lisez la suite

Loved it! We have 2 teen boys, so we appreciated the queen beds instead of fulls. The bedding was exquisite. The TV much more modern than expected. Small Fridge(no microwave) and beautiful view of the fireworks!! The small convience store in the hotel was stocked with healthy and " popular" items!!, The walk was easily done. The hotel resaurant was […] pricey, but plenty of other choices nearby. p.s. 30$ a nite to get a view of firewks on 7th and above. Great view on the 6th floor.!! Lisez la suite

My boyfriend & I came to stay the night in Anaheim while going to see the Freeway Series Dodgers @ Angels. We wanted to stay local and it was easy to find the hotel as well as the hotel lobby. The only awkward thing was having to turn around in their valet area to turn back around without having to make U-turns on the main street after checking in. […] We checked into our room and were pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious and had a decent view with a patio while not paying the extra $ for the disneyland park view. It was close to the stadium as well as within walking distance to the Anaheim Garden Walk for dinner after the game. My only concern would be that the AC unit in our room was REALLY loud when we were going to sleep. Maybe we had it on too high? It was on a timing mechanism where it would turn on every few minutes and wind down, only to start up again a couple minutes later. Luckily we're pretty heavy sleepers. Checkout was a simple, but when looking for a good breakfast spot, our concierge host tried sending us to IHOP on the corner. Thanks but no thanks. Lisez la suite

I traveled to Anaheim for business and the Sheraton Park Hotel offered the convenience I was looking for. The hotel personnel were friendly and willing to help. They quickly responded to my needs. It's refreshing to see that excellent customer service is a priority at Shareton. I will strongly recommed Shereton Park Hotel to my family and friends.

Great place to stay if going for conference, Very convenient to Anaheim convention center. Very convenient to Disneyland and Downtown Disney- can walk or take shuttle.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we loved it. A 15 minutes walk to Disneyland/DCA, which meant it was possible to wander back from the parks in the afternoon for a swim and relax before heading back for the evening session. Our room looked over the park and we watched the fireworks and bits of World of Colour from our balcony - a great taster. The […] pool area was clean and the bar was well stocked with really friendly staff. On the first morning we went to Molly's for breakfast which opened at 6am (perfect for those who intend to get to disney early!!). After that we had breakfast in the room from the shop in the hotel which served starbucks coffee/tea and bagels, toast, muffins, bacon & eggs etc - as well as pots of cereal. Would definately recommend. Although there are a number of hotels/motels closer to the Disney entrance, this hotel was like an oasis of calm and a great place to retreat to. Great Experience

we stayed here in April, I must say we were very satisfied with our stay, the hotel is within walking distance to disneyland and many restaurants, and the best part was that we had a great view from our room for the fireworks shown in disneyland.

Just a short walk to Disneyland. My boys (ages 3&8) did it without complaint even after a full day at Disneyland. We asked for room facing Disneyland so we could see fireworks and staff were very accomodating. The hotel is aging and it shows. The outdoor sets scrap on bacony and can be heard from 3 floors down. Internet access is rubbish as they do […] not have WiFi access - only use of 4 in house computers which can get very busy at times. Also they denied us access from morning of our departure - even BEFORE we had checked out of room. Other than that, it was a resonable hotel to stay at. Rooms small, but ok. Lisez la suite

This hotel offered exactly what we were looking for; a nice retreat within walking distance to the park. We stayed three days at this hotel and would come back each afternoon to lounge by the pool with a cocktail and watch the family cool off in the water. The restaurants were all great and the the poolside service was fantastic. We will stay here again […] and tell our friends about this property. Lisez la suite

We stayed at this hotel for a second time in March 2011. We liked that the hotel was conveniently located and were satisfied with any interaction we had with staff. We found that our room was rather small, the beds weren't as comfortable as we remembered them and the television was rather old and provided minimal programming.

Very clean room. Nice balcony. But room was old, everything was old. And again there were lots of little screaming cheerleaders everywhere (every year!). That´s why next time I wont stay in Anaheim.

Room and bed very comfortable. Bathroom sink area very small, not enough counter space. Closet very small, not enough room to put more then one suitecase. Very nice view of California Adventure's World of Color and Disneyland's fireworks (for rooms facing Disneyland). This was a perfect hotel for adults visiting Disneyland. It was quite close to the Disneyland entrance yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle around opening and closing time. Our room was large - plenty of seating room for visitors. Guest services recommended a nice place for us to have our nails done and there were plenty of dining and snacking […] choices. our stay was everything we expected friendly conveinent and comfort!

I was upset to find sheets with blood spots and hair when I checked my bed.

Restuarant, bar, valet, host and reception staff were all friendly and helpful. The room size is good and decor pleasing. The pillows were aweful.
