-1-le départ de l'hotel à 11 h du matin mériterait d'être indiqué plus clairement au moment de la location. -2- nous avons réservé au nom de "Royal Waikiki " et avons tourné en voiture un bon moment avant de réaliser que l'adresse correspondait au "Royal kuhio". quand on arrive après 20 h de transfert depuis Paris, on suit à la lettre son bon de réservation;

"Extremely Disappointed"
We stayed in the Rainbow Tower with an Ocean Front Room. The room itself was very nice and very clean. However that is where the positive experience ends. For a romantic getaway or a portion of your honeymoon stay away from this place. Concierge will not help at all in preparing your room beforehand. I requested to have a bottle of champagne and some […] flowers spread throughout our room and they would not help at all. The concierge said I could call a local florist and have it sent to the room after we arrive. Also for the champagne bottle to call room service after I arrive. As for the elevators to the rainbow tower, completely awful. You select your floor and it tells you which elevator you will be taking. You wait minimum 5 minutes for your elevator to arrive and by the time it does, you are packed like sardines in a can! This stay was the second leg in our honeymoon where we just arrived in Honolulu after a 5 day stay in Maui. This resort also nickle and dimes you for everything! Expect to be dinged for the following: wifi, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, parking (valet and self park). Also the prices at the breakfast buffet were outrageous! Avoid the hotel restaurants at all costs, there are plenty restaurants within walking distance that are half the cost. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Lisez la suite
"No sleep in paradise..."
We had a great room.. 6th floor in the Rainbow Tower.. facing the ocean.. just one BIG problem! Every morning at 4am, a construction grade beach tractor swept the beach for 2 hours.. waking everybody and everything. Yes... I could of changed rooms but why? higher up wouldn't work.. and facing the ocean was what we paid for! The response of management […] was that it was out of their control and that it was "the city"... Come-on.. .really?... you can't get the city to stop waking up all your guests at 4am every morning... say it ain't so. I am a Hilton Honors member.... this is one property for sure that I won't be going back to. Lisez la suite
"Hilton-April 2012"
Found everyone to be friendly and helpful at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Unfortunately, while our room was comfortable in the sense of furnishings etc we very close to the service lifts which were noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to relocate us per our request. However, the inconvenient noise would not stop me from re-booking with the Hilton […] again but I would ensure that I was able to secure a room away from the lifts. Great family holiday location! "Best Hotel Ever!!!"
My kids and I enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed the pools, restaurants and most important the location. You didnʻt have to leave the hotel because they had everything you needed. My family and I vacation here almost once a year. Itʻs a big treat for us.
"over priced food"
all the food there was over priced it was a big rip off i dont mind paying good money for good food but it was far from that .......
"1 night on the tail end of vacation"
I stayed here at the very tail end of my 10 day vacation. The staff were courteous and helpful. They gave me an upgraded room and a late checkout. So, my family enjoyed two days' worth of poolside activities. Well worth it to me. The surrounding restaurants on the Hilton grounds were expensive and not very good. They rolled their eyes when we wanted […] to charge the meals to our room. Whatever billing policy/process is going on between Hilton and those businesses--it's reflects poorly on the entire experience. Lisez la suite

"terrible, big mistake"
This was a disaster. The moment I stepped into the resort i knew I had made a mistake. wAY TOO busy with too many people, the quality of service was bad, and to get to reception it took too long. I regretted the whole stay I wante to leave the day I arrive. I wanted a refund.
"Needed Staycation"
My partner and I desperately needed some alone time and the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort was a perfect accommodation for our staycation getaway. Though it was pricey, we wouldn't have changed anything! The room service was the best part of our experience!
"Hilton Hawaiian Village - PERFECT"
We have stayed in Honolulu before in the middle of Waikiki Beach and found the Hilton Hawaiian Village to be so much better due to being at the end of the beach. The beach was not crowded at all, the pools always had plenty of room and the resort itself was amazing. Very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant to deal with. We […] will definitely be recommending this property to others and look forward to returning for another amazing vacation! Lisez la suite

"hilton village waikiki"
I stayed here first time with my friend. we found the hotel and its surroundings very satisfying and cannot fault it at all. only one thing we were not happy with and that is the service on checkin at the desk. as my friend and i are both in the airline industry and both in customer service we go above and beyond in making our customers happy and that […] they understand and are well informed about everything. we did not find the same in return and found the staff alittle pretentious maybe a little not interested. being our first point of contact it could have been better otherwise all great Lisez la suite
"HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE MARCH 2012"
We just returned from a one week stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The hotel was everything they promised. We were right on the beach, rooms were clean, property was clean, and food was good. The Lagoon is a great picture, but not worth spending any time there. Get out on the beach and head away from the Hilton crowd. While you are there, find the […] food places off the main drags. We had a couple of meals and multiple drinks at Moose Mcgillicuddys on Lewers. Avoid the reduced tour booths, they are a scam. Avoid the airport shuttles, just get a cab; cheaper. Figure out the public bus system and get away to the great beaches on the North Shore for a mere$2.50 and about a 2 hour trip. We went to Sunset Beach for one afternoon. Locate a local "ABC" Store to get your essentials for the beach and to stock your refrigerator. Dukes was also a favorite spot of ours for lunch, supper, or a quick drink. if you have time, check out the Army Museum right off the beach. Lisez la suite
"Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort"
Great place to stay - two kids under 2 had a ball - loved the penguins, flamingoes and all the swimming pools. Room service was excellent - would strongly recommend it as a great family vacation....
"Hilton Hawaiian village resort, Best on the Beach!"
Rooms were perfect, clean, bright, nice. We read in reviews "the elevators were slow", we never had to wait more then 1 minute for an elevator. The best hotel on Waikiki Beach, "AWESOME" fireworks on Friday night better then We exspected, this was our first trip to Honolulu, we had a perfect vacation, we walked from our room to he top of Diamond Head, […] took 5 hours but I wouldnt have missed that day for anything, take a small cooler and back pack with water bottles, at least 2 each. We rented a car went to Ka'ena point on the most western tip of Oahua we saw munk seals and Gods real country. we were awe struck by the beauty. would go back again. the hotel staff was just Perfect, HANG LOOSE HAWAII we will be back. "not great service"
overall- with no internet, execpt for $17 per day- and expensive food. Service was sorly lacking-and they certainly didn't seem to care. Pay no attention to the details... too bad..i spent my free nights here with my boyfriend..on a really speacial holiday.
"Everything you could want, right there"
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It sits right on the beach in Wakiki and has its own private lagoon. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is exactly that. A village. You don't just get a hotel room, there's a whole open air shopping area built right into the complex. So much so that you really didn't need to go beyond the complex, it would be pretty much […] redundant. However, if you do venture out into the city, it's a 20 minute walk to a mall on the one side, and a 10 minute walk to all the other shopping on the other side. I was most impressed that they offer a free "convenience room" on your last day if you want to stay at the beach or go to Hanauma Bay or something. You get 20 minutes per person to shower and change in a special room, but you need to make a reservation the day before. I really enjoyed this hotel. Lisez la suite
"Simple phantastic"
The Hitlon Hawaiian village hotel is absolutely great. Location, beach, food, room are all excellent. A small paradise.
"Hilton Hawaiian Village has everything"
We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. It was the perfect honeymoon spot. The views from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are clean, and you can request one with an ocean view. The hotel has restaurants, bars, stores, and several pools. Everything you could want is just a minute away. The only problem is that these establishments tend to be more […] expensive than similar places outside the hotel. It's a great hotel with good service, located outside the main drag of Waikiki. "Hilton Hawaiian Village -- almost too much"
This is a huge complex with several high-rise hotel/condo buildings and many, many shops and restaurants. The facilities are all beautiful and comfortable, but the "downside" is that it always feels very busy. It is probably the nature of the "beast" (Honolulu), but travel in the surrounding area is slow, and it has its difficulties. Limited, designated […] crosswalks and extremely long traffic light cycles create impediments for pedestrians. On the other hand -- auto traffic is torturous; on one trip out our cab fare had hit $5 before we could exit the hotel property. Still -- it is Hawaii and therefore, glorious. A day drive into the countryside to explore the island was wonderful. The cruise that offered the chance of whale-sighting delivered. Enjoy the hotel, but make a point of getting off the grounds too. Our room in the The Rainbow Tower had an amazing view of Diamond Head. Having a hotel on the sand is priceless.
"Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach-AWESOME!"
This resort is huge and beautiful. The facility has so much to offer. The several pools have a lot of lounge chairs but the water was very cold. The slide pool is fun, even for adults. There's many gift shops and restaurants (although a little pricey). The penguins and flamingos are a must see. Fireworks display on the beach is awesome. Even though […] it has its own lagoon (which rents beach equipment) it's right on Waikiki Beach which is very clean. We had a regular room and it was large with beautiful furniture, a gorgeous bathroom, small frig.,coffee machine with coffee and tea, and a room safe which required a fee. The facility was so big that even with a grounds map we got lost several times. It took a while waiting for the elevators. There's many local restaurants and bars in the vicinity. A 20 minute walk to the International Market which is a must see. It is a beautiful walk in the evening because all the stores are lit up as well as the torches that light the walkway. Lisez la suite

Everything was amazing. Definitely come here everytime I go to Hawaii
"good times waikiki"
Great place to stay, for the right place and price. Thankyou.
"Hilton Resort"
Had a great stay, pool water was way to cold. They need to heat the pools. The children would turn blue. Had to lay out and no relief from heat by swimming in the pool.
"Hilton Hawaiian Village is HUGE but very nice..."
This is a well-run hotel, given its massive size. There are something like seven towers of rooms (about 3000 rooms), so do not expect much privacy. However, the voluminous and ever-present staff members are all very helpful. The valets, while a bit overwhelmed, were so nice and helpful, as were the valets, registration and concierge staff. This village […] has oodles of shopping opportunities. I am not kidding. They maximize every inch of real estate for possible sales opportunities, including pitches for time shares, but it is all done very professionally and somewhat unobtrusively, as well as beautifully. We bought lots of keepsakes and gifts for our children, and clothing and jewelry for ourselves. There is of course a Starbucks location around every corner, as well. This hotel is convenient in almost every sense of the word. Just don't expect an intimate experience. Lisez la suite
"Huge Hotel if you like the crowds"
This is one big hotel. The good - location is between Ala Moana mall and the Kalakua Street shopping areas within 2 blocks of both. And it has its own beachfront. The bad - there are people here... lots and lots of people ... if you like crowds of course. Beachfront is packed but the water is safe.. ideal for kids and family but not if you are avoiding […] bird flu. Lisez la suite
