Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'ambiance de cet hotel qui nous a plus fait penser à une maison d'hotes d'ailleurs. Une déco superbe, une atmosphère empreinte d'Histoire, des petits déj "maison" délicieux, l'heure du vin. Très très agréable.

"Not worth the price"

"Not close to the riverwalk!"
My stay was ok. The room appeared clean for the most part, however, I saw that back behind the bed's headboard, there were crumbs of some sort, the drain could have used some drano as it drained very slowly, and underneath the toilet, the cleaning was less than adequate for my taste in cleanliness. It also appeared that the carpets needed a steam cleaning. […] The front desk clerks were awesome to work with and very accommodating. The location was not near the River Walk and didn't have much but a McDonalds, Wendys, Eddies Mexican Restaurant nearby, plus a gas station. It is close to I35 which does render a lot of noise, so bring your ear plugs. The continental breakfast is nice which offers waffels, bagels, toast, cold cereal, fruit & fruit juice plus coffee. "Our stay"
The blankets were dirty and had hair on them. The floors were dusty like they never vacuum and the shower and toilet had hair on them!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"spring break"
Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms where clean and had great air conditioning. The beds where a little hard for my taste but my grandson slept like a log. Wish there were refrigerators in the room...the rooms were very clean, but were showing their age. Trains run through the night. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my car during my trip away. This was a tremendous help.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Comfort without excessive cost."
The manager at Days Inn downtown is one of the most gracious and attentive that I have ever met, confirmed also by other guests. INN was clean with modest amenities and good continental breakfast. I was very unhappy with customer service they opened our door trying to give our room to someone else they did not knock. I requested more blankets before I left to go out they said they would put some in our room I returned in the evening no blankets. When I went to front desk they said oops we forgot and now we don't have any extra . They would not […] give us extra towels. They said please use them hang them and reuse. "Convenient but dirty"
I stayed here for one night before a conference. The service was fine, but the room was filthy. I didn't want to touch the shower, and I kept my shoes on the whole time. It's a convenient location for getting into San Antonio fast, but I'm glad I only had to spend a few hours there. It is right next to a highway, so don't expect a good neighborhood. Dowtown Riverwalk Area is false advertising. It's a mile or more away from the river. Room was infested with bed bug. Traffic and trains will keep you up all night. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are just absolutely desperate.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Nice Place"

Some of the online information is not real, not even the photos. They say it has WiFi, but I never got internet access in this hotel, even after calling 2-3 times to the front desk to report it, they say they'll take care of that but they didn't. "Hard to get to"
The king-sized bed wasn't very comfortable at all, along with the pillows. The air-conditioning unit was very noisy, and kept us awake. Everytime we got fresh towels, there always seemed to be black hairs on them; my guess would be from the maid or other people who stayed there. The continental breakfast was ok- but would've liked to have more fruit […] than just bananas. The hotel was right off Hwy I-35 North and wasn't very convenient to get to.
