It was a good place to have a ships reunion. The USS Charles S. Sperry (DD 697) Association had it's annual ships reunion at the Builtmore this year. The staff was helpfull and curtious in every way and helped to make our event a sucsess.

We reported the air and phone not working when we checked in at 3:00 and waited til 6:00 before we had to leave. Came back at 12:00 and still not working. tried to stay but about 3:00am had to go ask for another room. My wife reported it again the next morning and they said we had to notify expedia.

I have used this hotel before with no issues, but this time I was extremely ill within 12 hours of entering the hotel. I complained to management, and was written off with allergies. What i tried to explain we I was a native to the state and live within 2 hours of the City. My illness was specifically realted to the room.

Room was nice and clean. Coupla minor things in the bathroom, but not bad. One instance of having to rekey entry card. Lots of the niceties that used to be around are gone, but hey, the economy is bad. Have stayed here many times before, they are great to work with.

The Biltmore Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in recent years; I would suggest if you are in Oklahoma City you stay at this classic hotel with the best service

It was a good stay wish there was a refrigerator in all rooms.other that service was good we were only there long enough to sleep shower and leave for meetings. Liked how there were places to eat within walking distance all around.

The overall condition of the room was fine. The AC/heating unit in the room was loud and could sometimes be a nuisance. I was missing certain towels in the bathroom and it makes me wonder if housekeeping had not replaced them when they'd cleaned the room before I got there. Other than that everything was fine.

It was a perfect location for where we wanted to shop. The continental breakfast is worth the money. The Chisholm bar is great for entertainment in the evening. It was ideal for what we wanted.

We received EXCELLENT customer service. They responded to any request we had quickly and courteously whether it was a need for towels, pillows, or even a middle of the night sheet change (our daughter had an uncharacteristic accident). Our room was clean and quiet as were all common areas. Negative: There were several thunderstorms during our stay and […] the water poured into every walkway with a common outside entrance, I do not know if it leaked in the rooms with outer entrances as we stayed on the second floor. This is an older hotel and they are currently updating, so I am sure it is in the works to have this issue fixed. I would suggest to the hotel, placing towels poolside so that guests do not have to use their room towels. I realize there is more than one pool and this would create more work for your staff, but it would be a welcome convenience for your guests. Not sure why this hotel has some bad reviews we loved it! Staff was great, room was clean, pool and sauna were great. They are renovating so I called and asked for an updated room. Will try and stay here again if in OKC.

The service was great, the hotel was mostly clean and was in working condition, some parts need some obvious remodeling but nothing severe. It was quiet and easy to sleep, beds were comfortable. The only disappointment is this hotel has 4 pools, 3 outdoor and 1indoor and all of them were locked, so my daughter and her friends did not get to swim like […] they wanted, other than that we were pleased with our stay! Worst place i have ever stayed, 1st night something was wrong with the ac and it would bang every time it shut off. Could hardly open the door to the outside because it was stuck on carpet. made reservations for four people but they only gave us towels for two. my daughter drop her phone the next morning and when she went to grab we found a pair of […] children pants that were wet and had poop on them, Got moved to a new room the 2nd day and had a broken door. shower was awful and the floor was all stained up. went to use the iron and it was all black and burned. i was never so glad to leave some place in my life. The hotel is off the beaten path from downtown OKC and its attractions. The hotel itself shows a lot of wear and tear, but is fairly priced. While there all of the rooms had a problem with the key card not working so you could not get into your room and they all had to be reprogrammed. Ice machine near our location did not work.

Got there to check-in wanted a court side room none available was full to the max w/kids. Understandable. Took my heavy bags upstairs opened my room and like someone was already there because there are towels and water bottles laying on the bed. I'm freaking out so I go back to check-in and I need another room. She acted like how could that be I must […] be lying to her. Got a non-smoking king size over by chisholms bar. This room is smokin------------------------------------ Make it a smoking room so non-smokers can breath. Next morning heard the maids and went for more towels - 2 people resv. and only 2 towels. We were there for a bridge tournament and found the hotel to be very accommodaring.

We greatly enjoyed our Spring Break time away from home at the Biltmore. Excellent facilities, location, and staff. We will definitely consider this our Oklahoma home away from home.

Hotel is easy to find. Keys did not work on the door. Maintenance had to come let us in. No Ice Bucket in the room. They did bring an ice bucket right away. Hotel has 4 pools. 3 of them were outside and were not ready for swimming due to the end of winter. The only indoor pool was not very clean and you could not see the bottom. Overall, for the price […] it was okay. Maybe during the summer time it would be better or if your wanting to just crash for the night it would be good. The Hotel in general was very dirty. Half the lights in our room did not work. Even though there was an outside room door to the parking lot you could only enter room from inside hallway. Hall and room carpets were filthy.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. I loved the fact they had a shuttle to the airport. But the actual room was a joke,there were only two outlets in the room. There was a microwave but could not plug it into any outlets. Bed was bare not even a bedspread. Room was in need of a major remodel and update. Nice size room with nothing […] in it. There wasn't even a chair or desk. And the only hotel/motel I have ever been to that gives you only one wash cloth for four guest. The staff at the Biltmore hotel is awesome. The quality of the rooms and the pools needs to improve. I am aware that the hotel is in the process of updating their rooms which the rooms need.

The Biltmore in OKC is perfect for your next conference. With the most professional and helpful staff that I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. We have used them twice now and look forward to continuing and expanding our relationship in the future.

This hotel was old and in need of remodeling. It also needed some extra cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom, a leaking ice machine in the hallway that was leaking onto old and moldy carpet. When someone vomitted on the stairs and I reported it at 8 pm, it was still there the next morning and afternoon when I checked out. The "spa" was filled with […] kids the whole time and I never was able to help my back muscles after a horrible night sleeping on an uncomfortable bed. Our son booked our hotel on line. When we got there they had no record. We had to call expedia and was on the line with them over 45 minutes. It ended up they had sent the confirmation but the biltmore's printer was out of ink and had been since about 3:30 so they didn't have any record of any incoming confirmations. It took us an hour to get checked […] in. We would have gone somewhere else but we had already paid for it. They gave a free breakfast buffet and it was horrible. Never again will we ever eat there. The weekend before we stayed at the Marriot and there is no comparison. In the future I will pay the difference. Guess it is true, you get what you pay for. Lisez la suite

We stayed 2 night for my son's wrestling tournament and booked this hotel because of it's location near the fair grounds. We neglected to read the reviews, they moved us to 3 different rooms, 1st was 519-the heater didn't work, 2nd was 503, when we finally got to the room @ 11pm there was no electricity, the maintenance guy said the breaker blew. He […] had to beg the front desk to find us a room near by and explain to her that this room should not have been booked, apparently they knew of the past electrical prob. We finally end up in 506, all those rooms did not have a blowdryer, iron but they had ironing boards, or a microwave, they were dirty the bathroom was moldy and smelt of dirty feet. We called the front desk numerous times and no one would help, our bathroom didn't even have towels! We didn't have breakfast due to the service, if they can't take pride in their rooms I can't imagine what the food taste like! Don't waste your money it's not worth it! This is an older hotel but they keep it up quite nicely. There is a resturant and lounge. A free breckfast is included if you ask. The rooms were clean and the bed was good. If you need a good room at a good price then this is it. There are many other newer hotels in the area but the rates are higher.

Dont be deceived by the online information. This is an old hotel with needed renovations. There are many amenities on location but they are spread out so that you need to walk from one complex to another in order to accomplish most things. The service seemed to be dealing with multiple complaints at a time and didn't have the time to effectively take […] care of them all. I got checked in okay, got to the room, and the potty seat was broken. Not a good start. They would have changed it out that night but we declined. Carpet in room was not vacuumed well and was a little growdy. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent. Towels were a little thin and dingy. Internet service was slower than dial up. We had to call maintenance 2 times about the heater/AC. Peeling paint in shower on the tiles. Other than those things, it was a very nice stay.
