"A Good Place to Stay to Experience the Dells Cheap"
This is a fairly average hotel in most aspects, but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bedspread was questionable but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a good choice if you want to experience the dells on a budget and won't be spending much time in your room. Free breakfast and free park tickets to chula […] vista were a definite plus, especially as chula vista was our favorite indoor park (visiting off season). "great price, no issues"
no isses with the hotel at all it had older rooms but nice sheets, warm blankets, etc I wasn't expecting luxury but breakfast offered a lot of choices and there was enough for anyone to choose from there were renovations underway so perhaps the old rooms will be updated
"Uncomfortable Inn"
The shower stall was so dirty we didn't even think about using it. The beds were comfortable. The door had obviously been broken into at some point.

"Cheap hotel needs maintenance."
Our room was spacious but definitely in need of repair. The showerhead fell apart; had to hold down the handle on the toilet to make it flush properly and you can hear everyone walk above you and shower next door. If you're just staying for a layover - fine, but I wouldn't want to spend a whole vacation there!
Hotel was either in process of remodeling or serious disrepair. Carpet in hallways old/coming up. Wallpaper in hallways peeling. Vending machine out of order (only one in hotel). However, our room was clean and they did have a very nice breakfast in am.

has a nice stay, the room was clean and provided good service. They has good deals for Cascade Mountain and Chula Vista waterpark. Couple of things to watch out for: the heater in the room was slow, when we checked in the heater was turned off and it took a while before the room warmed up to the right temperature. "Comfort Inn in WI Dells"
Overall the hotel is in need of updating. Elevators were not very clean but room was pretty clean. We couldn't swim in pool because there was WAY to much chlorine in it. Decent stay for the price.

BED BUGS ; Wisconsin Dells is very beautiful but the whole family came back with a rash(sores). Doctor was seen for medication due to bed bugs.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
"Good Value"
Booked this hotel quite close to our stay so options were limited. Despite the limited choices however the hotel was a good value and unbeknownst to us at the time of booking they provided waterpark passes to a nearby waterpark as part of the hotel stay. This was a wonderful bonus to have!

The hotel staff was accomadating and friendly but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms lack enough towels for a family of four. The furniture is outdated and the chair in my room was broken with a stain. Overall I didn't pay much compared to other hotels in the area so I got what I paid for.

Beds needed new mattresses. Not very much support for sleeping. Pillows were not to bad. Shower head didn't work very well. Couldn,t adjust flow. Over all room was ok but needed updating.

The room had a lot of gashes in the walls and the bathroom was very outdated. also the front desk staff was not very helpful. We stopped down three different times to ask for a pair of scissors to cut our bracelets off our wrists from Noah's Ark. So bring your own scissors or a pocket knife.

we booked for two queen beds they gave us one king bed.we paid for brekfast during booking. breakfast was not provided.

First we were given a room that was not finished with the repairs. Second we had to ask twice for a microwave for the new room.Third the continental breakfast tasted like a continent, but the staff were all smiles and helpful.

"Bad, smelly hotel!!!"
the whole hotel had a funky, nasty smell to it! it was horrible. Breakfast was done by 9am so sleeping in on vacation wasn't an option here!!! would NEVER stay there again and don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel was close to walgreens, resturants, and the water parks. Good service and staff. Would stay again. Got a last minute room, and paid for everything online.

"Just as expected."
We stopped just to rest overnight on a road trip. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The hallways smelled like bleach, but the room was clean and comfortable.
"Dirty pool"
The edges of the pool had disgusting slime, and the hot tub wasn't much better. It was nice to have the breakfast available when I left before 6 am. Room was decent.

Good hotel and very well located. Clean. Good breakfast - but dining area is too small. You may need to eat in your room if you go for breakfast at a busy time. Like most small hotels, floors are made of wood with carpet and they squeak. It's a little annoying if you have a troop of elephants in the room above you.

Our stay at Comfort Inn Wisconsin Dells was a very nice and pleasant experience. The location is great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!! The only issue that we encountered was the elevator being out of service on our first nights stay. This created a slight issue as our son suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and can't get up […] and down stairs. The elevator was repaired the next day however. "OK for the price but that was about it"
The hotel was locatd close to where we wanted and that was about the only highlight. The front desk mess up my reservation and ended up double charging me for my room. There is no washer/dryer located in the hotel. Which is a big negative if you ask me since it was located right next to the Biggest Water Park in the world... The bed was as hard as a […] rock.
