Rocklin Park Hotel - Rocklin

husband left his cell phone charger in the room, called, they found it, asked to have it sent back to us--still waiting for it. the only negative though--all else was great! Kuddos to the very friendly staff.

If you need to stay overnight near Rocklin. This is hands down the best place in Town. Staff is always very friendly and rooms are always clean.

nice hotel, clean and quiet. friendly and helpful staff.

Great quiet location and the hotel was extremely quiet as well. The only downfall, we had the jacuzzi sweet and the t.v. Was an old tube type I kind of found it odd with as nice as the hotel was also there was a gentlemen there that went above and beyond his duties. My previous stay here was great. My most recent was below average. The wifi didn't work and the bedding they gave me was prison quality. Really disappointed since I had a quality stay the precious time i stayed there. Hopefully, this was only a fluke.

This hotel was very small. Facilities such as weight room and breakfast were very limited. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Hotel is fairly isolated and a couple of exits on the freeway from Rocklin's main shops and eating spots.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel looked like it was under renovation on the inside. The sink in the bathroom was plugged up. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower not very good.

We loved staying at the Rocklin Park Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to shopping and site-seeing.

Only at hotel a few hours... arrived late and left early on way to Tahoe. Good value given the limited time we spent in the area.

It was nice but the sheets were stiff and irritated my legs I wasnt able to sleep but other than that everything.g was nice

Friendly staff and very fast check in. I originally checked in a competitor, but the had to change due the poor service. I upgraded at Rocklin Park Hotel and it was well worth it. I will stay there again

The hotel was nice and the location was nice and serene. However, when we booked the reservation we were not aware that the hotel was under construction. Therefore, we were not able to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel such as the sauna and the hot tub which would have been nice; especially since the name of the hotel is Rocklin Park Hotel and […] Spa! Hotel going through remodel right now so signs of renaissance taking place. Everything in the room worked. Desk clerks Jim, Kyle and especially Serena, were terrific hosts. The garden and convention center will be awesome after they finish the remodel. Very comfortable stay. The breakfast was nice. It would be nicer to have it last past 9:00 for those […] who sleep in a little longer. Only 3 rooms have hot tubs. Be sure to verify you have one with the hotel if Hotel.com says you have one. Pool was not really that clean but you could have a nice swim. There were not any stores close to buy any needs you may want.

This hotel was overall acceptable. Just a few things about the room which were below expectations: 1) the phone on the nightstand didn't work; 2) the safe in the room was not quite fully operational; 3) the pool is somewhat small and is in need of some repair; 4) our room was not cleaned for 1 day of our stay due to shortage of housekeeping staff; 5) […] the shower head in our shower was not very good; 6) there is no fitness room The hotel staff was overall friendly. the 1980's wallpaper border was peeling off. The carpet was stained and worn. The interior design looked like something from 20 years ago. Tile countertops in the bath with stained grout. The hallways smelled like an old casino (smoke). It was a room in serious need of a remodel and update.

Great room and very quiet location. The restaurant next door was closed. The pool is a bit small. Very clean lobby and nicely laid out breakfast area. Easy access to I-80.

The Rocklin Park Hotel was very nice for the money. It was close to family we were visiting and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is no longer a spa in the hotel. Although we were looking forward to services it really did not affect our stay. The only hick up was the smoke alarm battery in our room went out. This caused the smoke alarm to beep. We reported to the front desk and 20 to 30 min later someone came to our room to access the problem. About an 1hr later we were […] advised that the hotel manager would change the battery because the maintance person was off. We offered to change the battery. But, were rudly told that we can not. About and hour later our room was changed. Both rooms were very nice, however, we do feel that the situation could have been handled differently and maybe avoided us having to change rooms. Great hotel despite the closing of the Zinfandel Resturant and Spa - Rubino's was highly recommended and fortunately for us they were correct - great food and service. The best time was meeting fellow San Franciscans at the pool who threw a 4th of July soiree - to all the nurses, teacher, and RT'- we just loved hanging out w/ you and sorry we missed […] saying goodbye. I don't usually write reviews, but we have stayed at this hotel so many times with such good service and enjoyed the location, it was time to say so!

We stayed here because it was close to Loomis.where we were attending a graduation. We were pleasantly surprised with the nice greenbelt view and patio off our room. We had a room on the main floor close to the lobby which was great to go for the continental breakfast and also a neat machine that dispensed Starbiucks coffee, cafe mocha, hot chocolate, […] hot water. all day long. The pool area was nice and had a jacuzzi. They had a nice complimentary computer and printer for guest use. It is easy on and off for Hwy 80 but you will need to get in your car to go to a store for anything. Lisez la suite

my husband and i stayed just this first of june 2011.we were very pleased with are stay. they were clean ,well kept ,very quite.our view was very pretty .we have family near by we would stay there again .

The hotel staff responding quickly and successfully in replacing a defective computer cable. The on-site breakfast had problems with the coffee machine.

The carpet had a big bump between the beds; concerned about that. When I woke up and turned on the shower the most awful loud screach! During the night when the fridge turned off there was a big thump sound. At breakfast the toaster was not working. Then the coffee machine stopped working too. I asked for a glass of water. The lady said there was none. […] I asked if she could get me a glass of water and she said no. My husband asked the desk clerk if we could have a glass of water and she said to buy it in the machine. The waffles were very good. The fruit was at a table where kids were eating with thier parents; no so sanitary to have food by kids eating. I can not drink juice and I do not drink coffee so it was important for me to have water to drink. The beds were good and so were the pillows. Lisez la suite

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rocklin Park Hotel. We were only there for one night, but we both liked the hotel a lot. Next time we're in Sacramento, we won't hesistate to book a room at RPH.

I stayed on a Monday night when there were only 3 guests in the hotel, but the staff made sure that there was a full spread of breakfast options available in the morning. The TV in the room was an older model, but the furnishings of the bedroom and bathroom were fantastic,. This hotel has gone through a major up-date. It is clean and pretty and has nice amenities including an exercise room and spa. Nice staff, very helpful and accommodating. Gave us a great tip on a local restaurant. Nice breakfast area and food. Good parking, and good access to area. The only downside is the restaurant is not up and running.

The Rocklin Park Hotel was a nice place to stay. It was very quite. The only negative thing I would say is the front desk personnel could be more friendly.

Good location & comfortable

We booked a room with a garden view and a balcony overlooking the foothills and it was very pleasant. Also, when we had to check-out earlier than reserved, Tracy was very pleasant and helpful and we were given a refund. All rooms are non-smoking.

The hotel was almost empty, so they did the right thing and upgraded us to a room that overlooked trees rather than the freeway. The bed was very comfortable. The heating worked well. I don't know why some complained. The only thing that makes this hotel a 3-star rather than a 3-1/2 is the so-so breakfast. It's not bad--at least it has fresh fruit […] and has yogurt, but it's just clearly done on the cheap. We paid a very good rate by booking with hotels.com, rather than directly with the hotel. The Hotel is very nice and clean, with a modern fill. As other has said though, their free morning breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. They could take a few tips from the Residence Inns as a good model to use. Other than that issue we had a very pleasant stay about would not hesitate to stay there again should we be in the area.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Matresses were hard. Could here the cars on the freeway.

I didn't expect for this hotel to be quite as nice as I imagined. I was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful outside "curb appeal" and wondered if the inside would do justice to it. It did. What a gem. The hotel room was a suite, and seemed more as a great condo, with all oak wood, wicker baskets for trash, great accessories, such as an ironing […] board, iron, bath robes for two, free internet access, microwave, refridgerator, extra pillows, plus two puffy loungers. For the price, facility was great. Breakfast left lots to be desired. I would stay there again.

Hotel was nice and spacey, room was cleaned and kept up to date. The beds are bit too soft and springy. Wish the beds are more firm. location was great.

I found our stay at this hotel to be pleasent. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was they didn't allow pets or smoking. Everything was clean and neat. We stay here before heading over the pass to Tahoe in the morning. This hotel is perfect distance from home to get us to bed by 10am for an early wake up call. Love the price for such a nice room.

One of the better stays I have had in the Sacramento/Auburn area. And, at under 70 per night it has to be considered a bargain..... Quiet, comfortable and clean!
