Situé sur la rive droite de la Seine, tout près du jardin des Tuileries, le Louvre domine le coeur culturel de Paris. D'élégantes boutiques bordent les rues Saint-Honoré et de Rivoli, et l'ancien marché des Halles a été remplacé par un centre commercial moderne. Le deuxième arrondissement est le quartier des théâtres et de la finance, où vous trouverez la Bourse et la Comédie française. La station Châtelet-Les Halles est la plus grande et la plus fréquentée de la capitale.

Cet hôtel est confortable et serait un bon trois étoiles. Il n'est pas digne d'une étoile supplémentaire. Petit déjeuner à peine moyen, offert certes, mais il vaudrait mieux le faire payer. Stayed here in March. Great location for access to the central Paris tourist sights. 2-3 mins walk max from Opera metro station. Room size is standard, comfortable & clean. Great location near the Opera--we could walk to most of the hot spots. Very quiet room. Comfy beds and bedding. Nice tub and shower--all bathroom fixtures modern/lovely/clean. Front desk staff very helpful and spoke English well. They helped us find terrific neighbourhood restaurants (La Petite Colbert was the best--ate there 3 times!), made reservations, […] called cabs for us, etc. Only complaint was that bathtub ring wasn't cleaned for a couple of days, but with a call to the front desk this was remedied promptly. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the Garnier Opera House, and a 5 minute walk from the Louvre. We walked from the Louvre through the Tuileries Gardens, and from there down the Champs D' Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. Very do-able if you like to walk. We took taxis to the Eiffel Tower and from the train station, but even those were walkable if you […] wanted to give it a go. We also walked back to the hotel from Notre Dame, although that took about 30 minutes. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and most importantly--quiet! No voices and slamming doors to keep you up at night. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was accomodating and courteous, if not overly warm and friendly. I would recommend this hotel. The location is great, and the price and overall condition of the hotel is very good. Consider that this is the hotel in the center of Paris, so don't expect new building and big rooms, but the bathroom looks brand new renovated and the room is in good condition also.
