God lead Us to this Hotel! We had an emergency in the family. My brother was admited to the hospital! We had to stay 5 days! We were satisfied that the rate for our stay was reasonable! The staf were so helpful! We enjoyed the location and the breakfast! The beds were very comfortable. We will consider staying there again! God Bless

Hotels.com should not be associated with such a terrible hotel. I am referring to the Baymont Inn and Suites, 9902 Gulf Fwy, Houston TX 77034. No towels, no working vending machines, dirty rooms, poor customer service, and no sugar for the tea and coffee. The internet access was horrible in the room. It kept advising that "your connection can not be […] made at this time" and the internet access in the lobby was so slow we were unable to pre-print our boarding passes. Convenient to airport. Comfortable bed. Had good basic amenities. No bags in trash cans. Dried coffee stains on floor and in chair. Breakfast was pretty simple. Courtesy airport shuttle stopped at 9PM, so I paid for a cab and they reimbursed me when I arrived. Limited selection of carryout menus. Roads kind of crumbly. There are no mints on the pillows here, but I had a clean, well-tended room in a quiet corner of the facility -- far enough from road noises. The staff was courteous and professional. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. I'd stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, close to the event we were attending, as well as store, shopping centers, etc. Access to the entrance way, was discerning. Abigger sign would clear that up. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again, even longer next time.

The beds were comfortable enough for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and even accomodated me with a room closer to a stronger wifi signal so I could work. The buildig is dated. The location didn't feel safe. The parking area was dimly lit. It was also very difficult to find.

The hotel needs maintenance, the hotel met the purpose of what I was looking for. After the first night my room was not cleaned. I only got clean towels but the beds were the same. Not really the best experience.

First the positives - hotel room was clean and had a nice work table. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have experienced. Now the negatives - two lights were out in the bathroom, one next to the shower and one of the ones at the vanity. Anyone cleaning the room would notice it immediately, but it appears making sure all the lights are […] working was not a priority. Also, the hotel does not actually front the I45 access road. There is a sign that points to an entrance that goes about 50 feet in to get to the hotel. Also, at night, the main lobby door is locked and one must go to a side window - a bit of a hassle and was confusing on the first visit. Lastly, Baymont has a strange policy that the rooms that have mini-fridges and microwaves are "upgrades" and they cost more. This is bizarre as I have stayed in much cheaper hotels (and lower quality) that provide that in every room as a standard amenity. I think Baymont needs to re-think this. Lisez la suite

It was affordable, nice, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem I saw was I saw a very small roach in my room so they need to make sure to keep the hotel pest free. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay!

We booked a King bed, but they didn't have our room, so instead we got 2 full size beds. From other reviews this seems to happen rather frequently. Definitely a low quality hotel, but over all not too bad for the price. I've stayed in worse, but also much better. We got a much better room at the Days Inn the next night for the same price.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look good, but once you go into the lobby it is beautiful. My room was so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel had convenient location to Hobby airport and a complimentary shuttle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning hotel staff very friendly and helpful, afternoon staffer at the front desk was a little rude. Not the most desirable neighborhood but convenient to rental car locations and gas stations.

Check in was not great...had to wait 20 minutes for front desk to get off the phone. Room would not cool down and the toilet seat was broken. Advised front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Very loud parties going on in the middle of the night. Breakfast was gone way before time was to end for it and the place was a mess with food everywhere. When I arrived, I found out the "Free Shuttle" didn't run early in the morning. So they said I would need a cab. They said they would call the cab company and set up a pick-up for 5:30. I called and confirmed with front desk after getting to my room. At 5:25 AM, I called the cab company and they had no record of a scheduled pick-up. The only reason […] I made my flight was because security area was almost deserted. Other wonderful things: • There was toilet paper in the toilet bowl - I assume a maid blew her nose and threw it in there • Dirty hand towel - wasn't a stain - came off in water • Carpet dirty - lots of things that would move is you hit them with your foot • Maid forgot to put in shampoo - had to dress and go to office to pick up • Yes, and the office. Apparently a bad area since the lobby was closed from dusk to dawn and you had to do transactions through an apparently bullet-proof window stuck in a clearing of bushes. Also an armed security guard. Slept with one eye open. Haven't stayed at a Baymont for years, but didn't remember this level of facility. Upon check in the front desk could not recommend any places to eat or any other locations. The room was in need major upkeep and cleaning. There were holes in the carpet, hair all over the bed and bathroom. Red stains on the bed spread. After a long day I arrived to a room that I could not open. Was infomed that they only had me for 1 night and not […] 2. It took them a while to figure out it was their mistake and reset my key. This hotel is also very hard to find.
