The only thing that is missing is free internet in the room. In other words include the internet fee in the room rate so that we can compare with other hotels.

Good customer service. I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the hotel room though. That would be my only negative. But everything else was nice.

Our stay was nice, but expensive for what we got. The room was clean, but very small. I requested a king bed and got a queen. We had to wait in line to check-in, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. "Business Trip"
My stay was great. The staff was very curtious in helping me with maps, directions and/or getting me a car service to get around the city to different locations. My room was very clean and comfortable. I will be there again next year and plan to stay again.
"ok but noisy"
Hotel staff were really friendly. Neighborhood felt a little dicey. The city is doing construction around the area, Hotel supplied earphones, but it was one pair of earphone supplied for a room with double beds. It also was loud with street noises in the middle of the night. Housekeeping came by at 9 am, sent them away and they didn't return until after […] 3. "Great for the price"
The hotel is obviously older but the lobby and rooms are nicely renovated. The hotel restaurant, while good, was a bit pricey and could use some remodeling, especially in the bathrooms. Skip the parking fee and use one of the city garages nearby.

This hotel is just a few block from the harbor area, and a straight shot up Charles Street to the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus. Construction going on at the harbor side of the building was not a problem for us, since the noise and activity was during the daytime.

The stay was nice, but there was no mirror or trashcan in the room. The only mirror was a small vanity mirror in bathroom. This was a problem as my girlfriend could not put on makeup while bathroom/shower was being used because of mirror fogging up. Upon check-in we found ourselves in a room with bed-linens, pillows, etc. on the floor, left over food from previous guest. The room itself (king bed) was small and seemed very basic. Talking to the reception over the phone was no help and we were kept on hold forever. Finally, I had to walk over to the reception. The reception personnel was very polite […] and apologized several times for the inconvenience. As a courtsey we were upgraded to a deluxe king bed with free breakfast. The deluxe room was spacious, with special toiletries. It was definitely much better than the original king bed we had reserved via hotels.com. Hotel parking is expensive, however there are cheaper parking options available very close by within walking distance. Inner harbor is a short 10 min. walk, we did see some homeless people around while walking. Booking rates on the hotels website were expensive, we got a special discount (50% off) via hotels.com and proximity to the inner harbour was another reason for booking this hotel. Overall, I would recommend it if you get a great deal like the one we got. Higher rating for cleanliness & comfort are based on deluxe king bed room. Lisez la suite

it was just great. i had read the reviews and everything was correct. it is a great hotel minus the elevator wait because it is so big and busy. also the parking fee which i didn't mind because at least i didn't have to worry about finding a space.

This hotel is a great location. That also means it is right in the heart of town, so it can be a bit noisy. We've been there before and there is always lots going on. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The room is not terribly large and the bathroom was small. Both were well equipped and maintained. The hotel is an easy walk to the Inner Harbor and the staff is friendly and helpful. We did have a short wait with the valet parking due to a mix up but it was under 10 minutes once they realized the error. […] Our only complaint was the noise from outside. This hotel was heading for five stars untill I noticed a condom wrapper on the floor and floors that were as dirty as a college dorm hallway. Someone in house keeping seriously dropped the ball. Very dissatisfied.

Great price for a great hotel! My son & I were able to walk to Canden Yards to catch an Orioles game, visit the inner harbor & the National Aquarium, paddleboats & shopping - convenient location!

"More for your money"
For what we paid for the room I was not expecting such a nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was beautiful, our room was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. There were cabs available out front of the hotel at all times. I would stay here again.

"Sheraton in Baltimore"
We were able walk to eating venues and the Power Plant. Having after fun drinks before bedtime was convienent at the hotel. Room/bathroom was clean and hallways were quiet. Would stay there again.

The location is prefect if you stay in the surrounding area during the day. I went for a walk through that community and felt somewhat uncomfortable both day and night. It's very close to the harbor attractions. The restaurant/bar was warm and inviting. Great staff there also. The Front Desk personnel was very knowledgable and friendly. This was my […] third time visiting this property and I'm disappointed AGAIN. The first visit the elevators were out of service for several hours including during check out. I was located on the 17th floor. Imagine traveling down 17 fliights with luggage. Second visit the telephones were out of service and the same malfunctions occurred on this past weekend visit. No one from management issues a personal apology. There were letters explaining the various situations but no comps were offered. "No WiFI in rooms"
We loved everything about the hotel EXCEPT their lack of free WiFi in the rooms. In this day and age, who doesn't have free Wifi in the rooms? They offered it for an additional $25/day. I travel alot so I have stayed at many hotels. Even in the lesser quality hotels (howard johnson, days inn, super 8, etc ) the wifi is free in the rooms. Why would a […] more upscale (and much more expensive) hotel not have free wifi. I wasn't going to pay an additional $50 (just on principle), so I had to do my work down in the lobby, It was VERY disappointing. For this reason alone I would never stay here again. We actually only stayed at this hotel for one night on St. Patricks day. The service was awesome! The room was great, they had a driving service there for you, which was great, the driver was such a sweet guy. They had starbucks coffee in the room for you waiting. My only complaint was that they never have a plug by the long mirror no matter what hotel […] your at. PROS: Hotel was right in the middle of Baltimore Inner Harbor Excellent View of the city Room was very clean Modern, ergonomic furniture Very comfortable pillow-top beds Window able to be opened! Bathroom was nice, plenty of towels! CONS: We stayed on 17th floor, ice machine on 16th and 18th, didn't figure out till later Concierge could not recommend […] any late night food spots so we had to walk to 7-11 Hotel room was HOT!!! Did not sleep, set air on 65 and it was sweaty. NO MINI FRIDGE??? Underground parking garage was a little sketchy. Would not travel alone. (VALET OFFERED) Overall, I would stay here again. We had a great corner room which had great window views. The only down part of the room is there was an old refrigerator in the room, as well as a non matching microwave. The room with it being a corner room had two doors that adjoined it. I was not comfortable with that feature. Great staff, and what was nice when you called the front desk they greated […] you by your name. Not just Hello front desk. I am glad that your enjoyed the corner room but not the connecting rooms on either side. We would have been more than happy to move you to another room that did not have a connecting door. By the time I was half way through my shower, the water was ice-cold. A phone call yielded an apology and a visit from an "engineer" who also apologized and said someone was supposed to push a button at 6 am to turn on the hot water and they didn't. He let the water run a good long time and eventually got hot water to the room. Plenty of excuses and […] apologies but no offer to adjust the bill. Please accept our apologies for the issue that you had with your shower. I am glad that the engineer was able to fix the issue immediatley but this should have never happened. This is certainly not the Sheraton experience we aim to provide our guests and I am truly sorry this happened to you. Yes Iam one of those people that for the most part only writte when they have a negtive review...so here it goes...I had the worst parking experience in my entire life staying at this hotels. 1. Valet parking people were rude not friendly at all 2. I don’t understand why a guest at the hotel would have to pay so much for parking specially in Baltimore […] city, in addition its $10 more to have the valet guy parked for you, so no longer is just a tip ok, paying the valet guy is a requirement now? 3. Once I finally found a spot to park my car the valet guy told me to move because that space was reserved for valet parking only, so I paid $25 dollars to park my car WHERE THE HOTEL VALET PARKING PEOPLE WANTED!!!! Not worth the hassel I would rather pay a little more and avoid their parking experience. Lisez la suite
"Exceptional Value and Exceptional Customer Service"
Sheraton Hotels consistently provides exceptional customer service and value. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows assure an comfortable full night of rest and relaxation. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained and stocked with sundries. See Steven the Restaurant Manager or Yvette for outstanding recommendations in the restaurant […] during remodeling ( I personally would recommend the Chesapeake Eggs Benedict with Old Bay seasoning). One minor issue was the synthetic creamers in the room were less than fresh (i.e. solid and rancid), but one simple call to the front desk alleviated the situation with room service providing a fresh pot of coffee and creamers at no charge.
