ce n'est certainement pas un 4 étoiles. Un 2 étoiles oui. Couloir d'entrée à propreté plus que douteuse, une tache de sang vielli sur la housse de couette dans une chambre trés petite à fenêtre retrouvée ouverte lors d'un retour à 23H00 en plein crise de froid !!!! Accueil parfait. Chambre impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet. Bonne prestataion. Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute (1/2h avant d'arrivée) et au lieu d'un grand lit, il s'agissait de 2 lits jumeaux accolés. Pour palier à cela, on nous a offert les petits déjeuners. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Si je ne remets en cause la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel, je n'accepte pas quand ayant une chambre pré-payée dans un 4*, on me demande en arrivant une empreinte de ma carte de crédit, de ma carte d'identitié, de signer un papier sur des dépenses futures ; d'autant plus que l'on ne me rend pas ces empreintes quand je pars et paie l'ensemble […] de mes dépenses!! Par ailleurs, je descends régulièrment dans des 3*, et je n'ai jamais vu une aussi petite douche en coin et je connais même des personnes qui n'auraient pas pu y entrer du fait de leur stature! Enfin, l'ascenseur date, ne mémorise aucune demande et est en plus très étroit! je suis très décue par cet hôtel et ne le recommanderai pas. Lisez la suite

C'est un hotel à éviter si vous avez des bagages. Le couloir et surtout l'ascenseur est tellement petit que vous ne pouvez pas rentrer en même temps. La chambre par contre est assez agréable.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel très bien situé, chambre très propre et très joliment décoré. Dommage que l'on entende si bien la TV de la chambre voisine.

Des chambres confortables et très bien décorées mais un réel problème d'insonorisation. On a l'impression d'avoir tout l'hôtel dans son lit tellement les murs sont en papier carton. C'est insupportable.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration de goût de l'hôtel, la très grande gentillesse du personnel, les prix raisonnables du mini-bar et les produits bio de la salle de bain.

Very clean and staffs are very friendly. Location is close to Arc de triomph. definitly will be back.

Excellent hotel with very good sized rooms

The hotel is great for a quick weekend get away for 2 or 3 days. But a definate problem is parking and the size of the rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room and with my bags and myself the room was too cramped for my comfort level.

Its close to metro station,and near charl de goal etoite....

First time in Paris the Eiffel tower was about a40 minute walk from the hotel the staff was nice and helped us in every way Just wish they had a shuttle service from the airport because its 3 train rides or a 50 euro cab ride

The hotel was very nice and intimate. The location was great. Away from the tourist stuff and in a nice neighborhood with all the good shops you could want. We spent time just walking around by the Hotel and it was great. Metro is around the corner so it is very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is renovated with taste. Great location, 15 min. walk to the Arc de Triompe and Champs Élysées, 5 min. walk to Wagram metro station (direct to Louvre and Notrea Dame). Clean and cosy room, bathroom with window. Excellent service!

Everything about this hotel is just ok. If you get a really good rate, then it's an ok deal, but don't over pay. The location is reasonable but not great. The hotel is rated 4 stars, but I would probaly give it 3. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have alot to offer. There is one cafe across the street. The location of the Hotel was good and the manner of the receptionists excellent , but I do not think it was a four star hotel. the room was small and more maintanance needs to be done. For example the lift was very small and was out of service the whole time we were there !!! The room was very small but it was clean.

Could not open the door of the room wide enough to fit the suitcase between the door and the corner of the bed. The shower ceiling was peeling and was so low anyone over 5'4" would be touching the ceiling. And this for an expensive rate!

Myself and the girlfriend took 4 days off in Paris and I have to say this hotel couldnt have been better. While we didnt spend much of our time in the hotel, as there is so much to do and see in Paris in 4 days, whenever we required information on transport, dining out, and just a friendly chat, the staff were always great. It is a great location to […] launch a days exploration in the city as a short power walk gets you to the Arc de Triomphe in ten minutes, or 200 meters away is Wagram Metro which brings you straight down to Notre dame/Louvre area. We found a great italian restaurant (Antonio's) across the road which is perfect for evenings when your too tired to make an effort for dinner. And many more in the locality within a ten minute walk. The cleaning staff start at about 10 - 1030 in the morning which acts as a great alarm to get you out of bed and kick starting your day in this beautiful city. It was great to come back every day to a freshly cleaned room and changed bed covers. Im certainly not used to that. The lift is hilariously small but as it was not busy when we were staying it suited out lazy needs perfectly, sure who needs room in a lift anyway, its more romactic that way and sure it is Paris. We stayed there 3 nights. The phone never worked, neither did the Wi-Fi. Then they placed a PC by the reception area charging 5 euros for 12 minutes. Now, that's a rip-off. In all, the room was not bad, we followed other reviewers and not ate breakfast there. Instead, we walked across the street to the bakery and had brunch. Small and cosy. Close to both the metro (2 min by foot) and Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (10-20 min by foot).

Pros: Clean room, nice wood work inside the room, friendly and helpful front desk. Cons: Tiniest room ever, even compared to european standards! Tiny elevator (2 people with one luggage is the maximum capacity), a little far from the main events ( you have to walk 15-20 min to get to Champ-Lysee),

Location, Location, This hotel is the place to start yoiur holidays in Paris. It is just about 100 meters from the metro and in a walking distance from the Arc de Triomph. Great despite the very small rooms.

This is a find! Tucked away in a quiet residential area but close to everything, a Metro station just around the corner and a great Pattiserie across the road!

The hotel is very charming and clean. The service is very much not there, however that seems to be the norm in Paris. The location is a short 10 mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe through a charming neighborhood. There are lots of little restaurants around the hotel and a metro station at the end of the block. For the value, I would stay there again.

This hotel is down-right acceptable. It's clean, cute, and located 2 minutes from the most fabulous subway system I've ever seen. Very reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Good service. Room is a little small, but not rediculously so. I'd definitely do it again.

it is close to a subway station that makes it easy to visit all Paris but is located in a residental area with nearby coffee place that makes it very attractive. The staff was very helpful and arranged our return back with a cab even though you could use the train if you don't want to spend the money on airport transportation.People complain of the […] shower and that is true. They should put a shower curtain or something otherwise the whole floor gets wet but who cares. Is not that you have to clean it yourself.We walked everywhere and restaurants where open until 2 pm in the neighbourhood so it always felt safe to walk back. If you want to stay in Paris choose this one. The rooms are lovely (LCD TV), plush pillows. But you can find these things in other hotels, what you cannot find is the staff. This is the most helpful and caring staff I have ever met. Period. Let me clarify. We had our stuff stolen during our previous visit to italy and we didnot have enough money on […] our credit cards to pay for the hotel breakfast. We just passingly mentioned this to the staff at Best Western and what did they do? They offered us free breakfast, called us up multiple times to ask for our well being and wait for it....Shiran, the restaurant manager offered to drop us to the Airport at 5:00 in the morning. We stayed 4 nights for our anniversary. Other than the service upon arrival, overall it was a pleasing stay. Hotel condition is good, in a nice neighbourhood, and about 1km walk from the famous street. On arrival, we were given a room without A/C near the road and told there were no other room available. After refusing to stay and asking to find another […] hotel, we were transferred to the top floor in a single room and were transferred to a delux room next day. The room was as we expected in France,very clean,on the small side.A sweet little balconey overlooking the street below,and a nice view over all.The staff was exceptional,very helpful with the area and with "What Should I try to see in the limited time I have." Very accomadating,can't say enough about all of them but especially about Valentine she was […] the best,went above and beyond the call of duty.The only thing that needs improvement as far as we are concerned would be the shower,it was like trying to shower in an old fasioned telephone booth,very,very small. As we walked into the lobby there was a customer complaining about something (I dont know what) to the desk Manager and saying that he wasnt going to pay. We felt the same way by the time we checked out. This is, on paper, an average hotel made substandard for us when they put us in a room that had an inoperative AC. Complaints to the desk resulted […] in relative indifference with no problem resolution, no room change and no compensation. They wouldnt even give us a fan to make our nights a little more bearable. This being August, it was too hot to sleep comfortably so we had to open the window. This also being a 1st floor room facing Wagram Ave (a major thoroughfare)the street noise of fire engines, trucks, and loud scooters all night long made sleeping a real challange. Without AC in Aug, we didnt much care about the rest of the "amenties" of this hotel, which appeared average. One other negative was the size of the shower stall which was so small that whenever I turned around inside the stall (I am realtively thin to average in size) I would bump the water flow handle slamming it to full hot or cold (depending on which direction I turned). Stayed 2 nights. Hotel desk people were very helpful and accomodating. First night shower drain backed up and overflowed onto floor. Had to take a shower in vacant adjoing room. 2nd. night air-conditioning was not working. Shower did work.

Hotel is one block away from the subway WAGRAM station (Line 3/Close to ST. Lazare). If you are taking a taxi to the airport, it's perfect, but if you're going by train to Orly airport it's 45 minutes, but complicated, 3 different trains, you could do it if you're good with maps. 15 min. walk from arc the triomph, good neighborhood, quiet, but at night […] it's deserted, everything closes unless you walk towards arc the triomph where you can find lots of restaurants. Good hotel, clean, Asian girl and blond girl at the front desk spoke English and were helpful and kind. Good price for a Paris hotel. The Best Western Mercedes was a nice hotel located in a residential neighborhood. The metro was a five minute walk from the hotel, however I didn't feel it was so safe to walk around there late at night since not many tourists stayed in this area. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The room was a good […] size as well as the bathroom with modern fixtures. We got into this hotel after having stayed at Orly for five hours when our luggage was misplaced by EasyJet (the same happened to another 12 passengers). So maybe I was just tired, but, despite a beautiful room in a quieter section a bit farther from the Arc de Triomphe than I thought, I was displeased with a $5, 10oz. Coca-Cola and with the attempt […] to charge to print out a boarding pass in the morning. The sole computer (no WiFi) was a heavily locked down affair and the sole hotel employee relented when I protested about being charged, but I didn't feel any warm and fuzzy things about the hotel.
