Hampton Inn Dallas-Richardson-Central Expressway - Richardson

This hotel doesn't really meet my expectations for the quality and comfort I am used to with Hampton Inn. The hallway I stayed on was so saturated with cigarette smoke I had to cover my nose everytime I walked through it. The bathroom in this hotel is very small. Limited counterspace to use the coffee maker and set up my personal items. Had to move […] the coffee maker to the desk and it leaked everytime I used it. Used a lot of towels to soak up water to make a couple cups of coffee. There was no microwave or mini frig, which I kind of expected to have at a Hampton Inn.. The plug to the hairdryer was partially broken, so that was of concern also. The location was convenient by very noisy with traffic in front and behind the hotel. I will probably pass on this Hampton Inn next time I come into Dallas for business. Lisez la suite

Easy to find. No hot tub. Did not use pool. Friendly staff. Clean but small room.

I spent 3 days at this hotel for business. Was in the hotel much of the time during those 3 days. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The place was very clean, and does not "need" updating. The surrounding area had great places to eat and the neighborhood is safe. Great stay for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Richardson. The breakfast was great and the staff was always smiling. We used the DART light rail service to get into Dallas for a show and the station was less than a half mile away. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to others

Hotel staff was wonderful !! Rooms were clean. Hotel was quite. Great location w/restaurants & shopping near.

Front desk clerk went out of his way to be friendly and helpful! Kudos to him! Great breakfast with good selection, eggs, sausage, waffles, you name it!

I recently stayed here when in town for business. I felt safe and welcomed. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and 'pretty.' I had previously stayed elsewhere and it was night and day difference...this place rocked and the other hotel where I stayed was awful!

My wife and I were in Dallas to visit family and stayed at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful; the room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent with easy access to I-75. Breakfasts were varied and there was fresh fruit available most of the day. We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. We love Hampton but this one is the best of anywhere and we travel all over. The service is phenomenal and Hampton's are great with handicap accessibility. Will stay here every time we are in the area!

Sam the night attendant was superb! He was so helpful, courteous, professional, and just awesome! In fact all staff was wonderful. Hotel and room was super clean and the breakfast was delicious!! I am 100% sure I will go there again and have already recommended friends. Great job!!

I'm on a strict budget for traveling, so when I used hotels.com to look for a great hotel at a low price, I was not disappointed. Good, quality everything! I will be back soon.

After getting a super cheap rate on the hotels.com mobile app, I wasn't sure what to expect!! I was very happily surprised to find super clean rooms, a friendly staff and it was super easy to get to!! Breakfast buffet started earlier that it was supposed to, which helped us a lot!! All services, from the superb complementary hot breakfasts and sack lunches to one of the most friendly, accomodating and professional desk clerks I've interacted with (Chris), were memorable. I will definitely use this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay in the Richardson area.

The lobby and breakfast area was ok, but the room decore and carpet is from the 1970's. Dark, dingy, and worn. The rooms look like caves - really depressing. I wouldn't stay there again until the whole place is updated.

I had to leave at 6am and there was a cooked breakfast there waiting, self serve but all that one can want. A good clean room with a comfy bed and bathroom.

Me and my wife stayed the night here and we loved it. I am the critic type and could find nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was fast, easy, affordable, and clean. The clerks were nice and fast at check in.

I stay at the Hampton Inn Richardson frequently, and I can always rely on everything being perfect.

Courteous, clean and comfortable. I was able to get a great deal on the price which made it even better.

I have used this hotel on many occasions! I like to look here before I look other places. The staff is always so nice and goes the extra mile to help! I love the quietness of the hotel, even though it is right on the highway and I feel very safe in the neighborhood!

I stayed here for a church conference and it was a great hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Breakfast was a nice rotation. Staff was friendly. Only down side was no restaurant/bar in the hotel. But the Humperdinks next door was a nice place to chill.

Excellent staff, very friendly and peaceful environment. would recommend it for a business trip! Clean rooms and secure too!

We had a good experience, but another family staying there at the same time had their car broken into and things stolen. Since I was familiar with the neighborhood, we had locked up, brought in, or hidden everything we had with us so as not to tempt break-ins. The neighborhood isn't bad, but it's proximity to highway and other hotels make it tempting […] for thieves. If you stay there or really if you stay at any hotel that has street level, unsecured parking, you should not leave items in your vehicle that could be an enticement for thrives. I will say it appeared the hotel staff was doing everything possible to assist the family with the situation. This comment is really just to notify people that you need to remove or hide anything in your car to avoid this happening. Lisez la suite

I stay in this hotel periodically as it's close to my mom, and it's always a very good experience. The door by the elevator was acting up and not locking at night, but that's the first time I've noted a problem with this hotel. I will be back in this hotel next month. Thanks for taking care of me, so I can take care of my mom.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast bar rotation. In other words, we didn't have to eat the exact same thing every morning. My family and I will return.

my original room had loose electrical wall plugs. I was reluctant to use the wall plugs to charge my laptop and cell phone. The same situation ocurred when I was transferred to a new new room.
