La gare se trouve juste en face ce qui est parfait pour prendre son train (il y a un couloir privatif pour rejoindre les quais). L'acceuil est très bon. L'état global de l'établissement est parfait. Le centre ville est très proche et facilement accessible à pied. Deux bémols cependant, le parking est payant mais il y a des voituriers. De plus, les soirs d'événements sportifs, le bar est bruyant. Mais cependant je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel de grand standing !

Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 2 nov. 2012Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

Room was very nice as was the lobby and breakfast. We had asked to have a room near our daughter's room and, while we were on the same floor, they were around the corner and way down the hall. We have been staying at this hotel on our visits to Richardson over the past 5 years. It has recently changed hotel chains and is undergoing a renovation. We stayed here in November while it was under renovation, and made the best of the inconvenience (no breakfast and limited features). We were told that renovations were still ongoing, but they were […] minimal so we again booked with this hotel. However, this stay was one of the worst experiences we've had. The a/c in our room was not working properly. It never did cool the room which made sleeping near to impossible. The breakfast area was in shambles, but there was food available. The staff was very unprofessional in their attire and demeanor. Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager, however he was unavailable. I was told that I would receive a phone call before the day was over. That was 4 days ago. The outside makes it look like.its not even a hotel. They are doin construction and maintenance on the inside. U can see all the paint and the elevator doors looked as if they were starting a new building. Once u got to the floor you were on, mine was the second, it looked like a real hotel. Overall. This hotel is in the midst of a major renovation, but I knew that when I booked. This did not affect my stay. My room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet. The hotel is in a good location if you need to get on Central Expressway. I got a great rate because of the renovation and I was extremely satisfied […] with the experience.
