This is a strange Hotel. It looks like the hotel is part apartments and extended stay Hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but that bed is another story. You could see the two indentions in the mattress when you came in the room. Now these were almost canyon size indentions. You had to sleep right in the middle to keep from feeling the […] springs. I had reserved a room that had two queen sized beds. From the picture, I assumed, there would be the suite and a bedroom with two beds. Much to our surprise and extreme pleasure, there were TWO bedroom and TWO bathrooms. Everything was great. It was clean. The people checking in and out were extremely kind. This hotel was nothing like its description. I did not feel safe, the hotel complex was worn down, with trash all over. The room reminded me of a Bomb shelter. Uncomfortable, filled with bugs, dishes were dirty. I was supposed to have a king bed, but instead got two twin beds pushed together that were hard as a rock. The divider connecting the beds […] stuck up and was hard. The breakfast was disgusting, if I was lucky to get anything at all. The first day I arrived 20 minutes before breakfast ended and everything was gone: no coffee, no toast/bagels/muffins. Basically the bottom of the pan of eggs was all there was. I asked the front desk what the deal was and was told the kitchen lady was probably done cleaning up. The next day I arrived 40 minutes before breakfast and the same story, except I witnessed the staff cleaning up. And this was 40 mins before the close of the breakfast. The one day I was able to get something, it was disgusting anyways. housekeeping didn't even clean my room until 6pm...I wish there was one good thing I could say about this place, but I can't. If you value your money, your comfort, or your life, don't stay here. It's kind of like living in a cheap apartment. It was big, living room and king sized bed...huge closet, full kitchen... It's not near anything...just office buildings...but it was easy to find from the highway. Restaurant Row was 4-5 exits away with a lot of choice...Papasitas, Papadeaux were good choices... I enjoyed my stay great breakfast served in the mornings..my room was very nice & open & bed was very comfy, will be returning!

The matress in this room had a deep depresion on one side that had to be avoided to get a good nights sleep. But the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is free but not worth the price, the coffe was bad and the slection mostly greese.

The staff were very helpful in every way, but.....the king bed in the suite we were in was damaged so badly that only one side was good enough to sleep on. If you choose to stay at this location, check the room before you commit.

I was so exhausted when I arrived. The room had no odors. THANKS FOR THAT!! the bed was clean, comfortable and welcome. The breakfasts were very nice except the coffee was always cold. We just brought our own from the room. To be able to relax without some wild person in the room overhead with music or just party non stop, OMG. That's why we changed […] hotels mid stay. Pros: Large Suite, Clean, Comfortable Bed, Close to the Airport, Reasonable $ Cons: The room was a little dated. Parking was a little tight (my truck is longer than normal). Definitely worth the price.

Stayed here last year and everything was really top notch. Different room this year and a couple of very minor issues but none worth calling and complaining about. Shower knob was loose which was easily tightened with a phillips. Heater probably wasn't working like it should since it took a while to warm up but it did work so again no big deal. Guess […] the heater worked better in the room last year. Rooms are huge with full kitchens, nice sized computer table, large flat screen tv, etc. Large bathroom. Closets including a pantry. Litterally like spending the night in a fully furnished apartment. Again for the money I don't think you can find a better hotel. Also the breakfast is good. Scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast, coffee, cereals, milk, etc. Everything was freshly made and nothing was 'old'. Will be back again next year let's hope the rates stay the same! Lisez la suite

Great rate for a large room - but front desk staff not informative or friendly. Breakfast was a bummer for us, as we are vegan and it was all animal products. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the walls are paper thin evidently, as we could hear every footstep above and beside us. Great nights' sleeps until people moved into the vicinity. […] It was far away from the part of town where family and friends are. Though a bit gloomy, offering studio suites with full kitchen for the price of a room and located just off the freeway this is a good value. Breakfast was better than average, though the weekday evening reception was pretty bleak.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in December. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was larger than the typical hotel room and included a bed area, living room area, bathroom and kitchen with a full-size fridge. My main complaint is the bed was very lumpy and this is the reason I will probably not stay here again. The rooms were somewhat […] dirty (we found a roach on our second night), but I could probably overlook some of that because of the lower price. When on trips, I usually use the hotel only for sleeping, so having a lumpy bed was a big let-down. Close to Love field, close to the Hilton where my conference was. Free shuttle to within 5 miles was nice. Overall was just OK, it gave me a place to sleep so that was fine.

It really wasn't a bad room for the cost. Location was a plus for me. Starbucks two blocks away, very important!

The rooms are spacious and clean. I loved the patio and kitchenette! Great deal for the price! I will definitely stay here again! The staff was very helpful to me as well!

Good place to stay if you need lodging near UT Southwestern Medical Center on Harry Hines. Close to the medical facilities, fairly reasonable rates, clean and neat. I stayed last week for radiation treatments and looks like it will be my choice for the next four weeks.

Upon arrival I was quite impressed with the value for the money - a real suite w/ a sitting area, desk, kitchen w/ full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and walk-in closet plus 24 hour desk service and morning breakfast . I enjoyed my stay overall, the only issue was the internet service. They had multiple networks you could access for the suites but […] it was hard to keep a good signal and you've have to disconnect and reconnect, or connect to a different network. One night I couldn't connect even after they re-set it and had to go find a 24 hr FedEx - no fun. So if you don't need internet, definite thumbs up, but if you're a business traveller or need internet, you may have some hassles. Lisez la suite

Visited for business and subsequent holiday ... staff did all and more to ensure home like atmosphere ... courtesy bus within 5 Miles did excellent service for my wife ... A1

While I selected the hotel because it was close by the location of an event we were attending, we were a little disappointed with the room. As we walked into the room, we noted the furniture is old (the couch was sunken in and getting back up was not easy as you sort of fell-in; fireplace looked like it was breaking, our TV's and phones didn't work. […] It was a bit scary to tell the truth. Then that night, in the wee hours of the morning as we were all sleeping there was a knock on our door. Needless to say it was startling and we were restless that entire evening, especially with the verandas we had on each floor (2 story room - had a loft). I loved the stay I had at your hotel.It was like having your own clean apartment.Big refrigerator, nice stove. Everything was just great. Will visit again next year if the price is still the same.

My husband and I went to Dallas for a 5 day business trip. The hotel is clean, service is good . They provide hot and cold breakfast and they also offer wine in the evenings. It's a good place, nothing fancy. Would certainly go back.

When I booked the room I asked if there were separate bedrooms and was told yes. Didn't realize no privacy with open upstairs loft. We stayed at a Wyndham Suites in Dayton, Ohio that was very similar but had locking bedroom door downstairs.

I wasn't expecting converted apartments to be the rooms but that worked ok. The carpet and sofa at the door were a little worn. The AC didn't cool off until early morning but it had been > 100 degrees for > 30 days in Dallas at that point and everything was HOT.

After reading the reviews of this property, I felt pretty safe it was a good choice. Not the case. Room was old, property in 700 building was pretty run down, with several people loitering there. Didn't really feel safe. Decided to leave early to get out. Needless to say I don't recommend this property, at least the 700 building.

We were looking for a place that could give us the room to spread out with two adults and three children, and this hotel was perfect for that. It reminded me of an old apartment complex - we had the two-bedroom suite, with one bedroom up in a loft and one bedroom down off the living room. It had an equipped kitchen, and two baths. The decor was dated, […] to be sure, and would've made 1992 proud! However, it was clean and comfortable, and we had no real complaints at all. The only thing I wished was that there was a door and wall on the downstairs bedroom - it just led directly out into the living area, which was a tad awkward. Lisez la suite

I attempted to get the telephone fixed twice during our 4 day stay and it was never done. The hotel seemed clean, however I was present during a housekeeping visit and saw her place a dirty cleaning rag on the sofa and left it there. It grossed me out so I placed a sheet on the sofa and left it there during our visit. It looked better with the sheet […] because the sofa was torn anyway. We had friends staying at a different room there and their suite was much nicer and the kitchen was stocked well. They appear to be remodeling the facility and it appears we had one that they have not gotten to yet. I would stay there again as it is a good value, I would just request a room that has been redone. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite. Place was clean and comfortable, even if it's a bit dated. Hotel staff was courteous. TV signal was a bit fuzzy on some channels. Had no problems with the surrounding neighbourhood. There's not much around. The location is ~15 minutes from both the airport and downtown, convenient enough with a car. Room key did not work; Hotel clerk was nice enough and changed my room. The next room had the smoke detector chirping. I had to go to the front desk to request that maintenance change the battery. I was mostly pleased with this hotel. Other reviewers have noted the place was dated, and it is. I was OK with that. I do not need the latest TV in the room to be happy. I did have 2 primary complaints. The room was very drafty, and we had no hot water to the downstairs portion of the suite. I called the front desk twice, and the problem was still not […] fixed when we left 3 days later despite assurances it would be fixed. It was not the end of the world as the upstairs bathroom had hot water, but it was inconvenient for washing dishes, and I REALLY hate being lied to by the front desk people. I wish the room numbers would have been better marked on the end of the building. Once we found building 900, there were absolutely no markings anywhere on the building to designate the room numbers. The room numbers were small, hard-to-read numbers posted at the door. I had to wander around each side of the building until I got lucky, and spotted room 926. As someone noted earlier, the neighborhood left a bit to be desired. That being said, we had no security problems of any sort. The beds were phenomenal, and I slept like a baby! Despite the hotel being 100% full, there were no noise issues. The wireless internet should be better secured. A 5 digit numeric code is easily hacked. I would most likely stay there again, but if the hot water problem is not resolved, I would cut my stay short. Pretty good value for the money spent. Lisez la suite
