"Great location and a friendly staff"
The hotel was located within walking distance to downtown and many restaurants, bars, and attractions. We only stayed one night before our flight, but they allowed us to store our luggage for free after check out so that we could explore the city a little more, and they provided a free shuttle to the airport after we were done and ready to head home. "Better than expected"
Super location, 4 blocks to the big mall, near the museum, close to the hop on hop off. Yes...we would book there again! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were large, we had a suite w/kitchenette the first 3 days, then a single room when we returned. "Good location but....."
Hotel needs maintenance like fix the curtains so it'll look good not messy, some major carpet cleaning or must change carpet (too old)! Your feet could feel empty pockets underneath the carpet and it gets irritating as you walk around and about in your room. Needs.....MAINTENANCE!Avis véridique Hotels.com

When we checked in the man at the front desk was an awesome/ helpful guy, my son loved it but he loves any hotel, the cleaning ladies were also awesome, I couldnt let them in the room BC my dog would go crazy so they let me borrow their vacuum and gave me trash bags and plenty of towels and sheets etc...they are very friendly people, the pay was great […] for accommodations and overall we enjoyed our time!! "5 blocks from the 5th Ave mall"
Parking is poor, only 10 spaces are adjacent to the hotel. The front desk lady is rude and very unhelpful. The room had gummy bears on the floor and the microwave would not work if the refrigerator was on. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and disinfectant, the hallways smelled musty and dirty. Our room was so small we could barely move around the bed and our alley view afforded us loud, raucous all night entertainment from the iffy club just behind the hotel. Our bathroom was badly in need of renovation, typified by the randomly scalding water in the […] shower. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, but there are other hotels in the area that I'm sure would be a better value. There were a preponderance of smokers and spitters surrounding the entrances day and night as well, which didn't add to the ambience. Find a different hotel and save yourself the grief. Terrible hotel. Customer service was terrible. Stood at the front desk for half an hour trying to check in. Sketchy people in the parking lot at all hours of the night.
