Quality Hotel & Suites At the Falls - Niagara Falls

I had to start asking for names of the staff to report to someone. They were kind,helpful,fun and made our girls night in niagarafalls the best ever. They went out of their way to notice us and respond to us in every way possible with hospitality that the more expensive hotels have never done WOW kudos to Felicia,Candice, and Mike!!!!

Located on a short walking distance from all Niagara attractions. Very decent service and very affordable pricing.

Very affordable prices for a hotel located in 2 minutes walk distance from major attractions.

Restaurant in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think the floor had seen a vacuum in many many days! There were leftover bits of food all over the floor that remained there the entire length of our stay. Not appetizing at all. Beds were comfortable, upper corridors were "tired looking"

Absolutely no parking. Had to use Valt Service but was free after we complained. Better accommodations across the road. Comfort Inn. Our room was the last room on the floor so it was a long walk. Will not stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk personnel need a lesson in customer service, but they got the job done. Had to go on the hunt for a working ice machine and traipse through the lobby to get to the pool. But had a good time in the atmosphere in the Legends bar. Hotel was great, restaurant was good. The pool is in an awkward spot, but still good. Location was great if you plan on going to Casino. Also,not far from other shopping outlets.

Enjoyable stay for the family. Pool is quite nice and the staff quite friendly and courteous. Location is excellent. Value for money.. will recommend if price is right. I'd echo a lot of the other reviews. It is run down (although renovations are promised), but the room was clean, and the location is fantastic. The night we were there, there was a dance party at the convention centre that was very loud, so try to get a room not facing 1st street if you can. Service was friendly and efficient

We stayed on 11-11-11. There we many beautiful weddings in the chapel. The staff was friendly and they were handing out samples for food and candy all day.

the front desk staff people werent that nice to a few people that didnt speak english well, that bother me a bit. my room was clean and great but we did get a room that had an automatic door and we had to wait like to minutes for it to close because we werent able to close it on our own do that kinda sucked, great bar and perfect people in it, live […] music always a plus and you really cant beat the location. We stayed 3 nights, and the best thing about the hotel was the pool/hot tub. It was clean and not crowded, so we used it in the morning and the evening. Also liked the free wi-fi and free valet parking service. only minutes from Niagara Falls. Lobby was spacious and staff were friendly. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had good food, though choices […] were limited. The room was ok - the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and adjuster for the curtains came off on the first night but was never fixed during our stay. Cleaning wasn't properly done, as a paper plate that fell beyond the desk (visible and reachable) was never picked up. Bed was clean and comfortable. It is certainly not a luxury hotel but if location and price are the #1 priority, I'd recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite

The hotel was very clean and comfy. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel that serves til late at night. The breakfast wasn't great though. A guy at the desk took forever to get someone to valet the car and had a very bad attitude when I asked again if someone could come out and take care of it. We actually didnt spend that much time in the hotel, we only were there for sleep, The parking is a problem and there is no enough space to park your car, they will freely valet your car though they will have no responsibility for any lost items, the ATM machine should be fixed.

Poor parking near hotel. Breakfast buffet in morning not included and not worth the price: very poor quality. Pizza and wings at night very poor quality. Service at night was terrible at restaurant. We asked for box of Kleenex and never got one!

Excellent hotel, very good condition and maitenance, excellent location the room was very confortable and I recommended this hotel 100% to others. I enjoy a lot!! Thanks Quality for your good services!!

It was an old hotel and needs to be renovated. Parking was cramped. nothing special. We wanted to be close to the Falls, but would have preferred a cleaner and nicer hotel farther away.

Review might be a little harsh, but this seemed more like a 2 bit no-name motel along a little traveled road. I believe they were about to be renovating the side we were on, but that doesn't excuse dirty linens, bedspread and the carpeting. Some of the bath towels were folded and wet (you could wring water). I also got a cold while staying there. The […] staff's answer to these concerns were what was amazing - they said "whatever, if you don't like it, stay somewhere else". Also, they don't have near enough parking spaces, and you have to have your car valeted to an unattended parking place - without any kind of security. The Niagra Falls area is nothing like what I remembered from the past - it is more for foreigners than US Citizens. Makes me wonder what is going on, that being a border crossing. Lisez la suite

2-min walk across a park to the falls casino right behind very clean; very customer friendly there's a visitor info desk where u can plan/book tours, ask for info etc. reasonable in terms of cost unfortunately no complimentary breakfast - i've become used to that. they do have breakfast/dining services though and is not too bad

1st of all, if you are flying into Buffalo airport don't take those expensive shuttles or taxis, which could cost you an arm & leg. When you get down to baggage claim go to the info booth and grab the pinkish red Metro flyer with the schedule of the "210" bus. To catch the bus from Buffalo airport, just walk out the doors from baggage claim & exit left. […] Walk a few feet across the corner street, which is where the covered bus stop is. This bus has a stop right next to this hotel. Believe me, it's allot cheaper, which the cost of taking a taxi, you could feed a family of four to a nice restaurant, so don't waste your money on it. The bus ride isn't all that bad, they even have space in the back for your luggage. This hotel is about 0.8 mile walk (15 min) across the rainbow bridge. Clifton Hill is about 1.0 mile walk. There are not many great places to eat at on the New York side unless you like Indian curry type food. The only places we ate at was Denny’s (0.5 mile/10 min. walk) & Hard Rock Cafe (0.4 miles/7 min walk). On the Canadian side there are several places on Clifton Hill (Burger King/Wendy's). TGIF is on Victoria, which is on the top hill of Clifton Hill and left at Victoria. The Skylon Tower is about 1.7 mile walk from the hotel (35 min walk). I really didn't need to exchange American currency to Canadian. Some stores take American dollar and some will add a little to the price if using American dollar. Some may give back Canadian currency as change. We rented a car on the Canadian side, the walk to this place from the hotel is about 2.0 miles (40 min.). 40 minutes may seem long, but when walking through Clifton Hill and Victoria, you lose track of time looking at all the shops & people watching. We drove to Toronto, which is an hour and 30 min. drive. Parking is a bit pricy . The Blue Jay's stadium (Rogers Center) is next door to the CN Tower. They do sell food where you purchase tickets for Maid of the Mist downstairs where they show the movie about Niagar Lisez la suite

The hotel is conveniently located to the State park, just walking distance so you do not have to drive your vehicle and find /pay parking fee. However, the hotel itself is old and needs some serious upgrading and renovation. There was only one clerk who was on the phone with a customer booking a reservation while we were trying to check in so we had […] to wait until she got through. Our room was so small for 2 adults and 2 kids, just had double beds, the bathroom was so tiny. They made our beds but did not replenish the towels since we were spending 2 nights. They only had tiny bar of soap which again was not replenished as well as a box of Kleenex that was almost empty when we checked in. For the room rate charged, it was way below our expectations. We would have transferred to another hotel but it was late in the evening and we have a toddler with us who was exhausted from the long travel. Lisez la suite

We lost our Cellphone when we checkout on Monday. I called 'housekeeping' on tuesday and they FOUND my cellphone (which is first time it every happened). Then they took my CC and shipped it on thursday by UPS which we received on tuesday. Would like to thank the housekeeping for doing this Only sore point, I had to call 20 times to get status on the […] shipment. I believe they were busy with holiday travellers. We were in this area for a wedding (that was at the Niagra Conference Center, right across the street). For the purpose, this was a good hotel. Room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it fit the bill for a short stay. Several downsides, there are about 20-25 parking spaces outside - and when they're gone, you have to valet (or hunt for another […] spot) - street parking is between 1 and 2 hours. Their breakfast buffet really didn't look that good (it's $10) and the front desk directed me to another place (I had a car, and it was about 1.5 miles away), the "Why" Cafe. Really good and cheap food, so it ended up being a great recommendation (cash only). One odd thing about the room - the bathroom did not have any sort of fan, which is an inconvenience. There was no view (unless you count exhaust units), but again - a view wasn't needed for our trip. This location was also really close to the Conference Center, and not far from the falls. Very close and walking distance to the attractions, don't make the mistake of bringing your car and pay for public parking. go to the visitor center, a lot of places are free and short drive no need to pay for expensive tour.

Very good hotel and I was actually surprise that for that kind of price you have got almost everything accept no refrigerator no free breakfast and not that much parking spots but comparing other hotels in the area price is almost 1/2 cheaper.

Great place to stay. Free Wifi and nice comfortable rooms with homey lobby and a jacuzzi and pool room. Very good experience.

Not far from the casino, and very good value for the money

Best hotel for the value. Great food and beer prices at the bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to the Secena Niagara Casino (only one block away).

the hotel was located in great proximaty to surrounding features, but it was drastically under renovations due to leaks all over the place, i hate to see it in spring! TV cable wasnt good even though it was a flat screen wall mount. Toilets didnt flush well. repairs done to leak at window was left messy leaving drywall screws etc in window tracks. over […] all, we will not book there again! should of at least had a renovation night rates, not what we should of paid for the conditions it was in. For the price of the hotel, it is definitely worth it. The hotel is in a great location. The parking lot is really small, but valet parking makes up for it! Room was pretty clean, only some fuzz and piece of cereal under the bed... haha Rooms are in need of an update of technology.

Very courteous check-in with no negative surprises. Great deal on-line for an excellent hotel value. Nice flat-screen TV. Kids loved the pool--very warm on a cold winter night. Nothing negative to report. Not necessarily the best location for eating--the great family-oriented choices are across the border but the Falls and the scenic drive are minutes […] away. Quite satisfied with the room at that very low rate.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel with mixed views. Great hotel for the price I paid. I was expecting a 2 star hotel, and got what I think should be 3 star. Hotel is dated, but very clean. Don't expect too much, and you won't be dissapointed. After all, it IS a 2 star. I would stay there again.

I spent two nights in Niagara Falls with my Father – it was the first time for both of us. The hotel is a great location, only a 5-minute walk from the falls. Price was very reasonable. Other then that, the hotel was as expected – a little run down and staffed with folks who only half care. Sound insulation between rooms is non-existent, coffee maker […] in the room didn’t work, but otherwise the room was fine. The restaurant in the hotel, Legends, was another matter. Paid full market rate for the breakfast. Took asking 4 times and 30 minutes to get some batter for the waffle machine (while serving a total of 8 guests at the restaurant). The next day, the staff was more attentive, but the waffle machine broke, the instant coffee machine broke, and we had to ask for knives as they were missing at the counter. But hey, we went back the second day, so it couldn’t have been that bad, right? Lisez la suite

The only problem was parking. But, noticed there wasn't much parking for other hotels either. At least, Quality had valet parking. They do have the two small lots, one right beside the hotel and the other a short walk from the front entrance. I walk with a cane, and didn't have a problem. They are still doing renovations, but it really didn't impact […] our stay. I had read so many negative responses that I was apprehensive about our choice, but I can't say that we have any real complaints. Lisez la suite

We wanted to see the falls and casino and the hotel was close to both. The staff at check-in was great the explained everything about the hotel and surrounding attractions. The breakfast was akay for the money and the rooms were great. When we go back we will definitely stay there.
