"Great hotel"
Very accommodating hotel. Nice and clean facilities. Only one thing I would recommend to the hotel itself, install mini-refrigerators in the room. Being an almost 5 star hotel, you can afford refrigerators in your rooms. Aside from that one suggestion, this hotel was great!
"not quite ready"
in the midst of a remodel...the staff was amazing, however; the "restaurant" was not even close to being ready to serve the complimentary breakfast. Comfy beds, bathrooms need huge update. blowdryer was ancient.

"Hilton Greenville"
The shuttle to the Bi-Lo center was invaluable, had a great time and no worries. The lounge was a good closing act for the night. Only 2 issues: the lamp on the desk was dead and most of the water pressure didn't make it up to the shower-head. The beds were fantastic, I would and will, certainly stay here again.

Our stay was unpleasant to say the least. We went to a concert at the Bi-Lo center(which was just a couple miles away) so we were only staying for one night. We were running late arriving, so we were in a bit of a rush. When we get up to our room the room had not been cleaned there were dirty towels on the floor the bed was unmade there was trash on […] the floor and desk so we had to get another room then once we had went though a rat race to get a new room ( the lady was not polite acted as if it was our fault and we were unconvincing her!) I had to rush to get ready we were late to our concert. Once we arrived back we thought we'd try the hot tub( around 11:30 pm with no pool hours on the door) it was closed the hotel employee was very rude in telling us it was too late. Then the next morning house keeping knocks on the door at 9 am when check out is 12... (after we had walked into a dirty room at 5:30pm the night before) don't stay here!!!!!! "The HIlton Greenville, SC-Haywood Road"
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. However, the weekend we stayed at the hotel was the same weekend of a youth soccer tournament. My wife and I heard a lot of slamming doors on our floor during the late night hour. Everything else was great.

This is our second stay and with our son just starting 4 years of college there in Greenville I am sure we will be there many more times. Besides my son insists that I stay there so we can keep entering the drawing for the putter. Both stays very nice. "Convenient location; clean rooms & courteous staff"
Staff courteous, rooms clean...however, my bed was lumpy...my preference is a firmer mattress. I did not have room cleaning service on day two of my stay, as I came back to my room for a nap midafternoon, and room had not yet been attended to. Service provider was generous with coffee, tea and creamer, at my request, when she did come by. Misunderstanding […] regarding "complimentary breakfast". I thought it was mentioned that there was one. I was wrong. Desk advised me there was no complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, overall, great hotel. Lisez la suite

"Hilton-less than best"
My room was supposed to be a corner room with a view. It was a corner room, but the view was of the building roof. The TV was from the dark ages. You can't even buy one of those anymore and I expected more from a Hilton. Finally, I was made to give a $50 deposit for services. Not just present my credit card, but give them $50 from the card or cash. […] Never, have I been required to do this at a hotel before. The $50 was returned to me when I checked out. However, the receptionist wasn't very pleasant about it so I won't be back any time soon. Lisez la suite

Knowledgeable and excellent staff. The best hotel I have every stayed at. The professionalism at Crown Plaza has set the standard for me and my family. I became engaged at this hotel, so the staff wasthe icing on the cake!!!! Rodney Brown made a lasting impression on my family. Thank you Crown Plaza.
"Extra charges"
This hotel charges you $10 a night for a tiny microwave. I mean seriously, you could buy one just like it for $35 at the Walmart. The internet access also will cost you $9.95 for 24 hours. No breakfast included at this hotel either. I have stayed at the Embassy Suites on Verdae Blvd a couple times, but wanted to try somewhere different. Much more bang […] for your buck at the Embassy Suites!! The Hilton is average at best. For the same $$ practically, stay at the Embassy Suites! Lisez la suite

Needs new management, better security, and make sure they book correct bedding request! They were no help to me at all. car broke into and busted window on their property and manager was no help!

"Free Upgrade"
I had an appt in the Greenville area, so I looked on Hotels.com and found the Hilton was in my price range and only two blocks from my meeting. When I went to check in I was upgraded to the next room up since it was available and enjoyed a wonderful complimentary breakfast.
"Good solid hotel"
Good stay at this Hilton. Very nicely kept up, staff was friendly and courteous. Pool and gym were very nice. Only downside is we reserved a Junior suite with the understanding it would be a 2 room suite, it was not. Just a larger one room with pull out couch.
