Tres bien mis a part qu'il se trouve à 20mins du casco viejo dommage et le petit déjeuner non inclus n'est pas fameux.

"Idéalement placé mais chambres pas insonorisées"
Hôtel très bien placé pour silloner la ville à pied..Cependant, vous avez droit à un voiturier s'il reste des places au parking, ce qui n'a pas été notre cas. L'hôtel vous indique un parking et vous vous débrouillez.. Notre plus grande déception : des chasses d'eau très bruyantes, hôtel à proscrire pour les sommeils légers !Avis véridique Hotels.com

Hôtel réservé dans le cadre d'un grand week-end. "jamais de 31 décembre à Bilbao!"
l'hôtel est trés bien situé , au coeur de la vieille ville, belle architecture. Le service est correcte et le personnel aimable, par contre les chambres sont trés mal insonorisées, on peut profiter de tous les bruits des salles de bains voisines! La décoration mériterait un grand coup de remise à neuf , de la réception aux chambres. A noter que le jour […] de l'an tout , absolument tout est fermé dans Bilbao ...aprés avoir erré dans les rues nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'hôtel ...qui ce soir là n'a pas de room service!! I do not consider this a 5 star hotel because I asked for several things to make it more comfortable and they were not available. Specifically, i asked for a bath mat to avoid slipping; a tea kettle so I could make tea in my room; a bathrobe to borrow, and none of them were available. A beautiful old building in a central square. The interior doesn't quite live up to the exterior but the room price reflects this. It's not a four star hotel though it must once have been. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Great location. Breakfast, while a bit pricey, was good. Our only complaints were with an intermittent humming sound throughout the night audible inside our room (#304) that distubed our sleep. Another concerned the large semi-frosted glass partition that separates the bedroom area from the bathroom. The light and […] noise when one person used the bathroom disturbed the other person. People that design these rooms don't use them. If they did, they would specify solid walls. Finally, the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for women desiring to apply makeup. Fantastic room with a MONSTER king-sized bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, all of them spoke English (apart from the chap in the parking garage, but the two of us managed). Great location, friendly staff that spoke English. We were given a handicap room (not that it was requested or needed) that was large and clean. The only downside was that it had an "inside" view toward the courtyard & dome over the lounge area, rather than a street view. Plaza de Moyua gave easy access to the bus lines (including airport), metro, walking […] distance to the Guggenheim and to Old Town. "Grand hotel which does not live up to expectations"
We stayed in a totally refurbished room, which was exactly as on the pictures. Large bedroom, fancy decor, large bathroom. However, the room was not cosy - it was very glitsy and very luxurious, but lacked coziness. The common areas of the hotel are grand, but not very new. So there is a large difference between the modern luxury of the room and the […] faded luxury of the common areas. Also, there was a slight problem with noise. The windows are not very tight so you hear a little street noise (not a problem, but shouldn't be like that in a 5 star hotel). Also, you can easily hear conversations in the hallway. I didn't get a chance to test the quality of hotel service, but the way we were greeted upon arrival was not adequate for a 5 star hotel.
