Un peu excentré et murs entre les chambres mal insonorisés.Sinon, service irréprochable.

Bel hôtel, trés propre, la personne à l'acceuil était trés sympathique, on a eu la suprise d'avoir été surclassé. Beaucoup d'attention de la part du personnel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

L'hôtel sur photos semble très prometteur. L'accueil est courtois sans plus, la chambre supérieure que nous avons occupée spacieuse, la déco assez sobre et feng shui pour les amateurs si ce n'est un énorme canapé trônant là tel un obstacle majeur à la circulation des énergies que propose le Jade sur le papier. La salle de bain est liliputienne et, terrible […] erreur de l'architecte, avec des toilettes intégrées positionnées à 1 mètre du lit juste derrière une porte en verre dépolie coulissante. Inutile de vous préciser le manque totale d'intimité que confère cette aberration à moins d'aimer les jeux d'ombres chinoises en son et lumière ... L'hôtel dans sa globalité subit un manque évident de personnel, une seule personne, un manque de disponibilité et d'harmonie et même parfois de courtoisie. Dommage, ça pourrait être ça ... Hotel très central, calme et bon accueil. lors d'un prochian séjour à Genève, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

bon confort des lits de la climatisation et de la salle d'eau.

bon accueil à notre arrivée avec offre d'1 plan de Genève et d'un pass transport pour la durée de notre séjour. La décoration (zen) est très agréable , les photos encadrées dans la chambre sont trés jolies. La literie est de trés bonne qualité avec 1 confort douillet. Le petit déjeuner devrait être moins cher

Très bon accueil, très belle chambre spacieuse, personnel serviable avec sourire. Juste un petit bémol pour le parking (mais pas grave qd même ;)) qui n'a pas d'accès direct à l'hôtel, il faut prendre la clé unique, sortir pour atteindre le parking, puis s'arrêter devant l'hôtel pour rendre la clé, et vice-versa pour le retour (c'est un peu lourd...). Sinon […] la gare Cornavin est proche à pied, et de même un parking public est proche si plus de place au parking de l'hôtel. J'avais tenté un autre hôtel (hôtel Savoy) tout proche de celui-ci, et à quelques euros près, le Jade offre une qualité de service (avec le sourire) à des lieues de ce que propose le Savoy (hôtel à éviter surtout à cause de la gérante ou chef de réception qui est très peu accueillante...) . Made the choice to stay here for a night before I took my flight back to the States the next day, and chose the Hotel Jade instead of one near the airport. Boy, was I glad I did! Walked down to the lake, stolled over to Old Town, shopped, ate and enjoyed the beautiful city, and then had a great walk back. Hotel is conveniently two blocks from the transit […] buses ( available free through hotel transit pass), which are just two stops from the main train station. Airport is five minutes from that stop via train. It was easy, and I would recommend it as a great alternative to seeing the city, and still saving money. You don't get things like slippers and a robe in your room, but the room itself and the bathroom are large and spacious - even by American standards. This is the largest room we've had out of any hotel we've stayed in throughout Europe. Everything was well maintained and clean and the decor was nice enough without being over the top or intrusive. Sophie […] at the front desk was really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has a nice selection: cold cut meats, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, eggs for boiling, pastries, bread, Nespresso coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal, muesli, yogurts and cheese. Worth the 18 CHF and there's a nice, covered outdoor dining area, too. As a visitor to Geneva, hotels are required to give you free public transport cards. You can also travel for free from the airport on public transport but you need to get a ticket which is good for about 80 minutes. A taxi ride costs about 40 CHF and take 15 minutes - the same time it takes on public transport. The elevator is tiny. We fit three people with three small bags. The official capacity (according to the plaque in the elevator) is four persons but the night manager recommended we limit it to two. We didn't have a problem but his comment makes me wonder if people have gotten stuck before. The neighborhood itself doesn't have much going on but it isn't a far walk to the UN (15 minutes) or the lake (7 minutes). And the Cornavin train station and bus station are nearby as well. It's about a 5 minute walk from the Cornavin train station where you can catch the tram to CERN or to Carouge (cute artsy neighborhood - small boutiques not luxury brands and good prices on food and drinks). We didn't have any problems with street noise as our room faced an interior courtyard area. Our friends' room faced the street but they didn't complain about noise, either. Lisez la suite

Hotel Jade came as a surprise, ideal location, easy Walk to lake, gardens, etc. Modern decor, clean, Pleasant people running the hotel, we will certainly use Hotel Jade again.

From the moment you walk in, this hotelmakes you feel relaxed. The staff are brilliant, rooms are fantastic, and with its proximity to the lake, its the perfect base to explore Geneva from. 5 stars!

Great accommodations with large rooms, and beautiful bathroom! We really enjoyed the hotel, use of the gym across the street. The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the decor were also top notch! A gem of Geneva!

Wonderful Boutique Hotel. Part of a very nice small chain on hotels in the area. It is listed as a 3 star but should be a 4. The manager even said that they wanted to make it a 4 star but they have one across the street that is, so they left it 3. Very large nice room with nespresso machine.

Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is clean and modern. The front desk staff were very helpful, fluent in English and extremely nice. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were large, and made with nice marble. If I return to Geneva, I will certainly stay at Hotel Jade.

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Would have thought the hotel could have been a 4-star. Walking distance to everything including the lake and the train station (About 5 minutes to both). Very easy commute to and from airport via the train station (takes less than 5 minutes by train to get to the airport). Overall satisfied with hotel. The pictures make the hotel seem a lot bigger and grander. The staff, cleanliness, and rooms were overall nice. I was very happy that even though there was no gym in the hotel jade (it's a lot smaller than the pictures make it look) the hotel epsom right next door had the gym facilities I could use! We had a great experience except for the parking. We were not aware that we needed to reserve a space. At first we were told that there were no spaces available (they only have 4) but then a space became available. They parked the car for us. We spent two nights. The second day, we spent the day driving and came back to the Hotel about 9:00 PM and was […] told we needed to park the car because they were too buzy. They gave us the key & instructions. The garage was very narrow and we had trouble getting car in. Two men approached during this time (we are women) trying to distract us and managed to slash the tire that we discovered the following morning. The Hotel personnel was very helpful with the situation of trying to exchange the vehicle but we felt we should not had been put in that situation in the first place. Just beware if you drive. This was a great find in Geneva. I lived in this city for a couple of years and have visited a number of times since then. I never expected to find such a clean, friendly and modern hotel in the center of town. I was absolutely pleased with my stay at Hotel Jade. Well kept and well run but no restaurant or bar facilities - mini-bar is ultra expensive like all of Geneva where wine is prohibitively expensive in restaurants and bars so take duty-free! Shower over bath turned bathroom into a wet-room - a walk-in shower would have been better and cheaper. Otherwise, comfortable rooms. Generous pricey continental […] breakfast. TV has only news channels in English. Located near the lakeside in walking distance of everything - centre and UN offices. A modern, very well kept hotel at a convenient walking distance from the city centre and Lake Geneva. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Breakfast extra, and on the expensive side, but less than we have been charged elsewhere. Well worth your consideration.

great hotel. just be careful about a couple of things that are very important to me. the employee refused to provide me with a statement indicating that everything was paid for. Although not a bargain, this is a very nice hotel, conveniently located, in pricey Geneva. Internet is gratis and excellent. Parking is feed but is secure in an underground garage. No complaints, would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, close to the tram and the main train station (walking distance). The hotel is also close to the lake, which is nice. However, my room was facing a very busy street and it was always very loud. Also, the room was not cleaned entirely in the mornings and the hotel managers wanted to charge me for breakfast […] and usage of the minibar even though I never had breakfast there and did not use the minibar at all. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, gepflegt und mit viel Charme. Unsere Zimmer war sehr sauber, und alles Benötigte war vorhanden. Das Hotel können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen und sollten wir wieder nach Genf kommen, wird das unsere erste Wahl sein!!

The Hotel Jade is well located, close the the so called " Geneva red light district". The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated (so is the hotel in general). I think it was a great 3 stars hotel. The only minus was that the ventilator in the bathroom was not working and the room felt a little humid when entering […] of after the bath. The reception also lights some encense in the evening, which is not optimum for astmatics like me. Breakfast was not included but I understand that this is common in many hotels in Geneva. Estancia de 3 días en agosto. Hotel muy recomendable, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y un poco alejado del centro. En los alrededores hay varios restaurantes. A destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, en especial el recepcionista de tarde del fin de semana. Habitaciones muy, muy correctas, con todo lo necesario […] para el aseo. Buena limpieza. Como negativo destacaria la poca insonorización de las habitaciones y que el personal de limpieza comienza su trabajo a las 7,30 h. y hace demasiado ruido interrumpiendo el descanso. Lisez la suite

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, mitten im belebten Quartier... Was will man mehr, als Stadttourist, der einfach bequem, sauber übernachten möchte. Die Zimmer sind asiatisch angehaucht und von angenehmer Grösse. Die Badezimmer gut proportioniert und sauber. Parkgarage gibt es nicht aber genügend Parkplätze im Quartier. He estado en Ginebra en varias ocasiones y este es el hotel que más me ha gustado. La habitación es moderna, con todas las comodidades de uno de 4 (minibar, caja fuerte, secador) e incluso con productos para el baño. Está cerca de Cornavin pero no pegado (10 minutos) lo cual nos gustó porque no suelen ser de mi agrado los hoteles justo en frente de […] las estaciones (colgadillos, follon). Solo teniamos alojamiento (sin desayuno). Es un buen hotel, más barato que otros de Ginebra aunque sigue siendo caro si comparas con los españoles. En España por una habitación así, pagas menos y tienes desayuno y si te descuidas hasta media pensión incluida. Asi es Suiza. Lisez la suite
