"Ramada London Hyde Park"
Bon hotel, bien situé et très qualitatif. Parking souterrain gardé idéal à Londres.

"Not a 4 star at all"
The hotel is absolutely not a 4 star but even 3 stars are too much for such a place . I've been given a superior room so I wonder the status of a standard room !! The place has a urgent need of total refurbishment and cleaning !!!!
Terrible service in the restaurant/bar. We also had to endure construction on our floor early in the morning.
"Needs sprucing up !"
More like 2 or 3 star accomodation. Room size was okay but decoration needs attention and is in need of updating as do the corridors, carpets etc. Our room only had a shower which was fine but the grouting was black with mildew/mould and some tiles and the basin were cracked, not very nice ! On the plus side location is good with Queensway tube station […] just up the road and Kensington Palace a short walk a way. Lisez la suite

"Good value for money"
This hotel is in a very central location across from Hyde Park. Our rate included English Breakfast and dinner. Great room with a view of the park. We dinned one evening and the food and service was excellent.

"Ramada hyde park hotel. Bayswater."
Very good hotel, staff very, very helpful, our foom was clean comfortable and had all we needed. The reception, bar and dinning area very clean and presentable. Food, plenty of it, and very good. Only fault i could find was the carpets in the hallway could do with up dating, not tatty but colour begining to show it's age. Would highly recommend.
"Timewarp!"
It was like being in the 80's all over again! Brown patterned wallpaper and curtains! Basically ok - but compared to a Hilton or Holiday Inn, the Ramada is overpriced. Bed wasn't that comfortable either. Despite being clean - the room was tired and in desperate need of a makeover. I'd look at others before opting to stay here again.
"Ramada Jarvis - Hyde Park London"
Situated just opposite Kensington Gardens this Hotel is ideal for a leisurly walk to Harrods approx 30 min stroll. Lots of easy to reach restaurants locally, The Hotel staff where very friendly and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. Love the lazy Sunday breakfast and late check out. Would definately stay again.
Very nice hotel and great location.
"Ramada London Hyde Park"
I booked a two night stay in a deluxe double room, with complimentary wifi. For the first night, I was put in a single room, but given it was late I couldn't be bothered to complain until the morning. On the positive side, when I returned to the hotel fro my second night, I had indeed been moved to a double room. However, the wifi connection was appalling, […] dropping every five minutes or so due to a very weak signal. I was staying on business, and had to rush out on my final morning. If I had been staying for leisure reasons, or had more time available, I would have complained to the hotel management. When I checked out, no-one asked if my stay was OK, so they had no chance even for quick feedback. I am voting with my feet and never returning! Lisez la suite
"Ok, but don't eat your dinner there"
* Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable * Good location * Breakfast is very good !! * Dinner in the restaurant is terrible. Expensive and bad . Don't eat there.
"Super value stay"
couldn't fault the rooms for comfort and cleanliness. Location superb as Bayswater Tube just a stones throw away, and bus stops virutally outside hotel. Restaraunt a little tired but makes up for it with a fab breakfast. Would definitely stop again.
"Not quite 4*"
The location was perfect with a few minutes walk to the tube station and a short ride to the shops and attractions. Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel didn't match. The building and fittings are in desperate need of refurbishment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The quality of the cooked breakfast was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend […] this hotel purely for the fact it was ideally located and was an ideal place to drop off your bags, spend all day out and come back to sleep. Lisez la suite

"Ramada Hyde Park - ok, but brrrrrrr cold rooms!"
Great location on bus route and v.close to tube station. Hotel itself is a little tired - our room was on the side so not too noisy. There was however the lobby downstairs so there was some late night noise of people coming and going, but fortunately did not disturb for more than a minute or two. During our stay we experienced quite a cold snap and […] the weather was freezing. On arrival our room was ice cold, but this was due to the radiators being off - we were able to turn these on without problem - although the radiator was quite small and it was not so effective in the room. I rang down to reception to enquire about blow heaters - but she had no further heaters for residents, I also asked about changing rooms (it was quite arctic!) but she said that all the rooms were the same, she then offered to send up an extra quilt. I did offer to go and collect but she reassured me that her colleague would be up to deliver it - that was on the friday night - Nothing came then, the following day and indeed by our checkout on Sunday, no quilt had been forthcoming! Not to worry - we bought extra warm clothes and bed socks! We ate in the restaurant on the first eve, the food was quick to come and was quite tasty. Breakfast is plentiful and could be quite busy - although we are early risers so not a problem. All in all - the location swung it for me - it was so convenient to access most parts of london. I would stay there again but would be mindful of the cold rooms and would pack accordingly. Lisez la suite
"Ramada London Hyde Park - Great on a Deal"
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights Saturday and Sunday 11th/12th February 2012. Offer was a Winter Warmer which gave 2 of us 2 nights accommodation with breakfast on both mornings and dinner on the first night. Based on the location, quality of food and cost I would recommend this hotel on this type of deal. On the down side the reception staff on our […] arrival where struggling to cope and seemed flustered under pressure - this didn't effect us but I would not have been happy if I was the couple in front of us or the Lady complaining about the lack of heat in her room. One of the lifts broke down and 12hours later the lift was still out of action. Our room was out dated and in need of refurbishment - heating relied on a single radiator and the A.C (not reqd.) was antiquated. Restaurant staff very good - bar staff good but far too expensive. Turn left out of the hotel and Bayswater Road provides a good pub which serves food but not much else in terms of food and drink. Turn left and the u/g station is 200 m away which is handy for central London. Bus to Piccadily stops right outside the door as does the Tour Bus. Hyde Park is 20 m away with an entrance directly onto Kensington Gardens with fantastic access to Kensington Palace (closed until April 12). Hope this helps - get a similar deal and this Hotel is great with the above reservations. Lisez la suite
"hyde park convenience"
great location and close to underground trains. Hotel could be a little more generous with the toiletries!
"Ramada Hyde Park"
Friendly but uninterested staff. Rooms very dated but great bed. Bar has no real atmosphere and the food basic and dull but adequate. Breakfast buffet well below standard expected for 4 star hotel. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family but price through hotels.com probably fair.
"Ramada - Hyde Park - Nice"
Got a few nights here in a cheap deal that included dinner too. Rooms decent size, double room was two singles joined together so bed was huge and confortable (problem with this in other hotels you sometimes wake up falling inbetween beds) Buffett Breakfast was nice and free dinner was £22 per night towards food, fancy food at that

"Ramada Hyde Park"
Reasonable hotel but sightly overpriced and not quite 4 star as rooms are a bit dated.
"excellent hotel"
we were upgraded to two single rooms instead of a twin room and we checked in at 9am . the staff were very helpful and courteous with a knowledge of the public transport which was ideal for our sight seeing. would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will be booking again on our next shopping trip to the capital.
"Great location"
Situated on the Bayswater Road behind Kensington Palace this is a brilliant location - recommend walking down Kensington Palace Mews (virtually opposite) taking in the embassies up to Kensington High Street - ten minutes walk. Also well located for Queensway tube - shame there are few decent restaurants in the area and the hotel menu looked very limiting. Only […] downside was the bathroom in the room - the water pressure was really poor took half an hour to run the bath! Lisez la suite
Hotel could do with updating. Lift was out of action whilst we were there and we had to walk up to the 5th floor.
"GREAT hotel, GREAT value, GREAT location."
You can get to and from St. Pancras with ease on the 390 bus, super convenient if you're traveling with luggage and by train from Paris to London. It's about a 7 pound taxi ride from the Paddington Tube station, which has the Heathrow express to and from Heathrow. Free Wi Fi in the Lobby and Bar, clean convenient, they give you a free bottle of water […] and biscuits in the room, close to many shops, bars, and restaurants plus 2 Tube stops. Queensway and Notting Hill. Great location, Good value. Lisez la suite

"Ramada London Hyde Park"
Terrific room to get over jet lag. Extremely comfortable bed for London. Not hard as a board, but just right. Small room, but that is very typical of rooms in London. Good quality for a good price.

"Pleasent but a little noisy"
Nice clean rooms, a little bit small but pleasent. Lots of noise from nearby street durring the night. Also from other guest rooms doors being closed loudly seems to travel throughout the rooms. Location however is excellent with great access to rest of central London.
Good location, concierge was extremely helpful, breakfast is very expensive at £15, cheaper cafes on Bayswater Road. One thing I didnt like was that you preauthorise room service etc on credit card when you arrive, we went over the authorisation limit and when we came back one evening found a letter under our door informing us that we had exceeded our […] authorisation limit and needed to contact reception immediately to clear the remainder - sounded very much like a debt collection letter and put a dampener on what was otherwise a pleasant stay for a weekend in London. I would have expected a different approach from what is a 4 star hotel. One other gripe was that we had ordered champagne for the room for the evening we arrived, hotel also supplied a bowl of fruit, this was opened on the friday evening and when we came back on the saturday the bowl was still in the room and their were flies on the fruit slices - a small detail but it should have been removed regardless.
