We were happy with the overall stay. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean and they have a very good service. Good location. Close to restaurants and other stores and easy access to taxis. Laura R, Houston, Texas
All was excellent, only negative was the shower curtain, had mold in an area (dirty). Other than than the curtain, all was excellent. Hotel adjacent to Plaza Morelos, Macro Plaza, good Restaurant/Bars.

The hotel itself is nice on the outside as well as the lobby and restsurant. The rooms are large, however, my room smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking room. The rooms look old and dingy and the room I stayed in did not have a working heater and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. The location was good if you are a tourist and […] wanted to stroll downtown. However, I was there on business and the traffic to get to and from the hotel was horrible. I just had a 10 night stay and found the staff to be extremely helpful and the room o be spacious and comfortable. Also, the location can not be beat! Highly recommended.

"Comfortable Stay"
The first thing I noticed as I arrived at the hotel was the great location, at downtown Monterrey. Then, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and tasteful over-sized room and bed. Both qualities were found to be as advertised. Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The only thing lacking was free Internet access.

my husband and i liked this hotel a lot. Location was great. A lot of restaurants near by and shopping. You can walk to the macro plaza and to the riverwalk (Paseo de Santa Lucia). The attention from the employees was excellent.

Sheraton Ambassador Hotel is like any 4 star American hotel, with all the comforts of the USA. Staff all spoke perfect English, the room was top quality. "great value, but few ammenities"
Having stayed at many Sheraton's during my career, I was expecting the hotel to have many more ammenities. One central restaurant, a dark dingy bar, and no swimming pool.

This is a good hotel for the price, a little old but for the price beats many in the US of its kind, the downside was that i paid for a Club Level room with breakfast and when i check in i realize this was not that i was given, the good thing i had my reservation and they did not like that much on giving the room for the price i paid... dont know if […] it is the Hotel or Hotels.com issue but needs to be clear, specially because the breakfast buffet there is expensive, fourty dollars per person. El hotel estaba demasiado lleno ya que habia un congreso religioso y tenian un descontrol en recepcion. Me enviaron a una habitacion que estaba ya ocupada.

Hace un año visite la Cd en otro hotel cercano al de ustedes, con una calidad muy por debajo, por una tarifa muy similar Una felicitacion a la cadena Sheraton.
