Hôtels situé en banlieue sud-est de Los Angeles. 400m d'un supermarché. Pratique, car en dehors du restaurant de l'hôtel, il n'y pas grand chose autour. Très bel établissement. Idéal pour une étape. I had an overnight stay and there was a free morning buffet. The food was great and the service was too,

I stayed one night at the hotel for business. I called ahead of time and gave them my Hilton Honors member number. I did this because they offer bottled water in the room if you are a Gold member. When I arrived they didn't have my Honors number on the reservation. That was annoying since I waited on hold for 10 minutes to have them add it to my reservation. The […] next morning, when I went to get breakfast there was a line that wrapped around the walkway. I stood in line for about 35 minutes and had only moved a short way. Having the convenience of eating breakfast on the property is one reason that I pay the extra $ to stay here. However, I had to get to work, so I had to just grab a coffee and a stale danish and leave. This is the second time this breakfast situation has happened in my stays here. The Anaheim location has many more guests than this one and their lines moves very quickly. The Downey location is the last resort for me because they do not live up to the standards that I have come to expect from a Hilton property. I would not stay here unless I absolutely have to! The hotel mini fridge didn't work. We didn't realize it til the morning and our water's were still warm.

Have stayed here many times on business. Free breakfast and the daily happy hour are great (happy hour food not so great but the two hours of free booze make up for that). My most recent trip found the hotel taken over by bus loads of high school kids on a tour of local colleges so my usual high floor room wasn't available. The hotel lay out is really nice. It feels like a resort hotel without the resort prices. The suites are really comfortable because of the amount of space and the design of the rooms. It is a great value for the price.

The hotel was beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff/service was great! This is definately the place to stay in Downey!

My stay at the Embassy Suites, Downey, Ca. was wonderful. The suite was very nice and comfortable. I was really impressed with the complimentary breakfast. Full scale with omlets and the works. The location was ideal. I will recommend and stay at this hotel again.

I always stay at Embassy Suite properties when traveling and this was my worst stay. The hotel was noisy 24 hours. People running down halls, having parties in their rooms, and the downstairs bar seemed more like a night club. I stay at Embassy whenever I travel, which is quite often. I usually am very happy wiht the chain, however the Downey location is sub-standard when compared with the other locations. The staff is surly and always seem "put upon" when a request is made and are dismissive when a problem is mentioned. I will not stay at this propery again. It was a great hotel! We're coming back the following weekend.

My family and I were in Downey California visiting family and enjoying a theme park. The location of the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and freeways. My only complaint is that we had to call housekeeping repeatedly to bring towels and extra blanket. after 3 times of calling I decided to go downstairs to the front desk and get it myself. […] We took our two pets which was nice. I was upset at checkout because the pet fee was doubled and it was not disclosed to us that the pet fee was daily. It was a nice hotel, continental breakfast was great for the family and the unlimited drinks at the bar was great also. NO HEAT!!! The hotel is fine, the restaurant has poor food, but at least it doesn't cost much. The problem with this hotel is they don't turn on the heater until 11pm. I sat in my room wearing everything i own shivering until 11 so i could shower and go to bed. I know it doesn't get too cold in Los Angeles, but this was ridiculous. I rented this room for my daughters slumber party. It was great to have an indoor pool they couuld swim in. They had a managers reception which included free drinks (that's always nice). Feeding all those kids breakfast the next morning was god sent! The food was great so manay things to choose from. My only issue was my room. It was cold as ice in […] our room. They couldn't fix it because the hotel is on some energy saving program so it's not controlled by each room. That I did not like. They had no floor heaters and the addtional blakets just didn't do! That issue may keep me from staying there again! I have to be able to control my own climate. I'm sorry.. But otherwise nice hotel. Very little parking at night so get there early! Having stayed in a number of different Embassy Suites hotels, I guess I was expecting the same quality at the Downey location. It was incredibly noisy. I downloaded a sound machine app on my phone to try to drown out the noise from "karaoke night" at the hotel bar. The shower was gross. There was mold and mildew around the enclosure. Due to conservation […] policies, we could not control our own room temperature. The room was uncomfortably cold. Even cheap hotels have hair dryers in the bathroom. Not this one. Everything seemed to be fine until I went to pull the sheets off the bed and found there were ants coming up to the bed. We called and they helped us move our luggage over to another room. We were fine again but then when the occupants from the room upstairs would open and close their door it would shake our door - ordinarily this wouldn't be a problem […] but when traveling with a baby it can be frustrating. The other complaint was the hotel had decided to repave their parking lots but they neglected to inform the hotel guests. A courtesy call or note would have been nice. my wife and i stayed for a night, the staff were very helpful, the location was great in relationship to the starbucks and bj's pizza... i would totally reccomend... you could use a few more cooks to help with the breakfast bar....the line was a bit long...

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for 2 nights and 3 days. Check-in is at 3 PM, we arrived at noon as we were having some work done on our house and the construction crew arrived early. We figured it couldn't hurt to ask if we could check-in early. The day manager was very accomodating and allowed the early check-in. The room was extremely clean with […] plenty of towels and extra blankets. The made-to-order breakfast omletts were wonderful. In addition, there was a buffet style spread of fruits, pastries, cereal, pancakes and a do-it-yourself waffle maker; we sampled everything. A tray was provided if you would rather eat in your room instead of in the beautiful atrium. In the atrium there were waterfalls and koi fish, beautiful lighting and just a relaxed atmosphere about it. During the evening the hotel hosted an reception with complimentary drinks and a tapas bar. The enclosed pool was sparkling clean as was the jacuzzi and sauna. Located adjacent to the hotel was a major bank, across the street was a Denny's and many different fast food restaurants. Also located nearby was a bakery, market and gas station. A shopping mall was located about a mile away as well. Each morning there was a USA Today newspaper at our door. When it came time to leave, we were given a 2PM check-out (normal check-out is at 11AM) without any additional charges being added to our bill. This was my first time staying at Embassy suites and I thought it was just too coincidental that the event we were attending was right next door. Our arrival was after 3 pm, we were surprised to have all our check in taken cared off, our bell boy was great. We were told that at about 5 pm, there will be a happy hour hosted by the manager. It was very […] classy and everyone was friendly. The breakfast is alwasy important to me, and it was very good. Hot and made to order omelets, juice and fruit bars, could not be happier. Husband and I stayed here over a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort, staff, and amenities. While the hotel is a little older, the staff do a great job of maintaining it and keeping it in tiptop shape. During the stay, the A/C was blowing hot humid air. The maintenance department was unable to fix it and a new room was not available/offered.

Liked the rooms, clean. The view was great downstairs, hearing the waterfall. My kids enjoyed feeding the huge fish. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I was not happy with was downstairs at the bar/ restaurant. The bar tenders took a very long time to take our order at the bar, eventhough they were not busy. this hotel is in a perfect location close to FWys and stores evrething is close around perfect for families with young children. My only disapoint is whit the front desk personal (Johnathan) he just ask for my name and a credit card to check in ( it was easy, good)but at the end of check in I was expecting that he tell me all the complimentaries that […] the hotel offer and where it was and offcourse I was expecting a warm welcome. all this was explain me for the lady in the gif shop but I think that the front desk has to do this. The bathroom has the frame door broken at bottom and the ceiling was to low carefull with your head if you are 6 feets or more. The breakfast buffet was great. Air Conditioning did not work that well, unfortunately I got back late night and thought the room would cool off after awhile but the room never got cold and made for a restless hot night! The upside! The complimentary breakfast bar was fantastic and well prepared.

Good location, check-in was ok, room was good although toilet flushing is slow, sometimes needed to flush 2-3 times. An employee let himself in while I was in the other room, states he didn't realize someone was already in room and just wanted to replenish water bottles. Internet charge around $10 a day I thought hotels like this do not exist anymore,I guess internet access for their guests is too "big" cost for this facility, back in 90s it may work but they should go with the time things like that only distract from nice vacation, thank you very much but not anymore in Embasy Suites...

Not only do they offer Free breakfast, but complimentary drinks! I love this place.

Great hotel and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and well maintained. I look forward to staying there in the future.

Was there for one night only due to a near by birthday party. Staff was amazing and made me feel welcomed. Great food at the restaurant and will definetly staty there again.

The fridge and microwave are to small. They are not any use like this.

The Embassy Suites Hotel-Downey is a beautiful place. You walk in and feel like you are on vacation! It has been stylishly updated by a multi-million dollar renovation, but still retains elements of old charm. The staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and nicely appointed, bath products are exquisite, excellent room service and restaurant and the big […] daily breakfast buffet and nightly cocktails are a nice bonus. Downey is short on hotels to stay in while in town. The only clean and decent place to stay is Embassy Suites. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed.
