Hotel trés classe et trés bien situé sur une rue commercante au centre de toronto je le recommande sans pb à tous on se sent comme dans un grand hotel alors ke le prix est abordable. Seul bémol la salle de bains un peu petit et l'eau chaude ki faisait des siennes car on arrivait pas à la regler

Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse! Très bon rapport qualité/prix, super emplacement avec plein de restaurants autour.

"Hôtel bien situé, facile d'accès"
Hôtel situé en plein coeur du centre ville, à 10 minutes à pieds de la CN Tower. Un parking se situe juste en face de la porte d'entrée. Literie très confortable, chambre au style assez vieillot, WIFI payant.

Très bel accueil. Bien situé.Tout près d'une station de métro. Le lobby est très beau, mais une fois dans les chambres et sur les étages, on remarque, malgré la propreté, que quelques coups de pinceau et un peu de rénos pourraient rendre l'endroit encore plus accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Toronto. L'accueil est très souriant comme on peut le retrouver dans ce genre d'établissement. La salle de bain, est assez petite avec un plafond bas et un éclairage blaffard. au dessus de la baignoire, les deux plaques au plafond étaient assez branlantes. De plus les produits de bains sont basiques et ils n'y a pas de peignoirs à disposition. En conclusion, cet hotel est très convenable même s'il est en dessous du standing que l'on entend pour ce type d'établissement. This hotel offers a great location and high quality service from the staff (typical Starwood :-). That said, it's getting very dated and even had a slightly _off_ smell in the public spaces (almost a musty smell). Granted I'm a bit sensitive to sights and smells, but it was enough to make me hold off from rating them a bit higher on my overall experience. The hotel and hotel staff were exceptional, especially for the price. It was the price of a 3 star hotel, but the service of a 5. The location is perfect. Parking and restaurant prices exorberant, but given the room price, still worth it.

"spacious, comfortable, convenient"
It was perfect for our needs. My only disappointment was the scaffolding - I wanted a photo of facade. The King Edward was a special treat!

Beautiful hotel but no Wi-Fi. For someone travelling internationally for work that makes it impossible to stay here. Lost one star in the review and not recommended for this reason only.

Loved this hotel- very historic, has a wow factor right when you walk into the lobby, our room was ENORMOUS, the king bed was wonderful, and although the decor in the rooms was a little outdated I didn't mind. It was all high qulity and the public areas of the hotel are stunning. A wonderful place to stay for what we paid and I would definitely stay […] there again. Also, at first we thought the room and bathroom were very, very dark- but once we turned on the lamps it was well-lit, and after a minute or two the lightbulbs in the bathroom had a chance to warm up and they were lovely and bright as well. We got an upgrade no problem, we couldn't find any fault with room or service. We never eat in hotels because of the price, there is such a wide variety around outside to choose from anyway. We love to stay at the King Eddie. It's central to the great places in TO. It's traditional elegant charm makes it a great place for us. Concierge is polite and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The spa is great too.

The hotel was centrally located in the financial district . I went to Toronto to do some Christmas shopping at the Eatons Ctr and it was very close to the hotel. I have stayed in a number of hotels for conference's etc that are newer but not as nice as this hotel. The staff are also a pleasure to deal with. This is by far my favorite hotel. It is always so nice to stay there.

The room was very small, bathroom floors fridgid, no key was given to access the fridge? The Sunday Paper in front of door - would have been a nice free, and welcoming treat, but it had a price. I thought was rather rude. The bed (king size) was the only thing about my stay that was truly comfortable.

Our executive room was spacious, but tired and in need of a carpet clean, new wall coverings, etc. We had to call down for a coffee machine, & then it came with paper cups!, but I guess they matched the plastic cups in the bathroom. For their star rating and the rates they charge, the King Eddy should stop presenting like an inexpensive motel. the room cld have been a little bigger, the tv wasnt well placed in the room ....internet should be free in the rooms we are in 2011 ! but over all the room was clean and i really enjoyed my stay not much complaints...

We were lucky to get a very competitive rate for our stay, but the parking is high and if you chose to read the "complimentary" newspaper left outside your door every morning, there will be a small surcharge on your bill.
