Très bel hôtel, chambre très correcte mais dans nouvelle annexe moins glamour. Piscine et centre de fitness ouverts à tous, mais les mineurs (16 ans) doivent être accompagnés des parents. Personnels de réception extrêmement efficaces, certains parlent français. Quartier très sympathique, bien situé.

Un hôtel dans lequel j'ai dû faire une escale d'une nuit. Je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des activités proposées par l'hôtel par manque de temps. Ne comprenant pas l'anglais oral parfaitement, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre par téléphone le lieu du rendez-vous de la navette de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (emplacement 26-H devant l'aéroport). Le lendemain à l'hôtel, devant partir pour l'aéroport avant 6h (heure à partir de laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel) du matin, je n'ai pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) car ils ne le donnent pas à emporter. A part ça, la chambre de l'hôtel est propre, très belle et confortable, et les horaires des navettes pour l'aéroport de l'hôtel (gratuites) sont très larges : de 4h30 du matin à minuit. Etrangement, on peut réserver pour 4 personnes une chambre qui n'a juste qu'un seul lit double.

Hotel bien situé pour visiter Alexandria et Washington (20mn/ 30mn de voiture du national mall et 15mn du vieux centre d'Alexandria). Chambre confortable et spacieuse (pas d'étagère pour poser ses vetements, mais un placard). La piscine extérieure est ouverte à partir du 1er mai. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet inclu dans le prix de la chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut : muffin, scones, gauffres à faire soi-même, oeufs, pain, jus, fruits, café , thé ...Quartier calme de banlieue américaine un peu chic. Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Une grande chambre (2 queen bed et un sofa convertible) nous avait été réservée (famille de 5 personnes). Chambre très propre. Calme tout en étant proche de Dupont Circle, quartier animé, et de la Maison Blanche (environ à 900m et visible depuis l'angle de l'hôtel!) donc idéal pour les visites. Station de métro à 500 m. Thé et café gratuitement à disposition, toute la journée et à volonté dans le hall de l'hôtel. Vives recommandations!

"Neighborhood Gem"
My friends and I stayed at Fairfield and we were very impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. The facility looks new and is very clean. However we had a minor problem with noise at night. Our room on the 2nd floor was near the Irish Channel Pub on the street level and we could hear the music/singing all night. I reviewed many hotels looking for an affordable stay during a conference at the convention center. Fairfield was reasonable and an easy walk away. Wow, this hotel starts out the day right and keeps up the good service all day. We arrived in the middle of the night but were checked in efficiently. The continental breakfast is full of variety and we started off each day with a full belly, ready to tackle the sights. Upon check out, the concierge helped make sure our taxi was on its way so we were picked up with time to spare to get to the airport. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and courteous. Oh yeah, and fresh coffee available all day in the lobby...that was great! Only negative comment would be that the computers in the lobby were slow for accessing email, but that was a pretty minor flaw compared with all the other benefits of staying here. LOVE the location! Only recommendation as I left was that maintenance on the toilet that created a huge puddle under it during the course of a one night stay and the faucet that ran b/c it was touchy in how to turn it off was not conserving on water....but other than that I was very pleased w/my stay! Thank you Fairfield!
The hotel room was small. Closet was small, no room for guest to sit down comfortably in room. Staff and emenities good.

Everything about my stay was great!!!! Surrounding neighborhood is very innercity, but the hotel is very secure. No problems with me or my small 3 children walking around the area. Definitely stay there again.

"great for business travel"
Room was damp feeling... could be the AC, not sure. The neighborhood is a little shady, but only for a block, outside of the liquor store ironically enough. Very nice people work there and it really is convenient to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Very professional and courteous staff. Gave me a verbal tour of where everything was inside and outside the hotel. Had WiFi in my room. Nice, updated hotel rooms that were clean and smelled clean. Gym was really nice as well! Had an excellent stay, too bad it was only for one night.

This hotel is in the China town area of DC and surrounded by mostly Asian restaurants and shops. The location is busy but not bad for business travelers. The room I stayed had a King bed and spacious. I did not like the color combinations used for the walls and furniture. In general you feel a very Asian atmosphere in the hotel decorations.

Wow is all I can say. The staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel sports a very modern fusionistic theme. "Close to everything"
My family and I loved this hotel. It was in a convenient location, close to all the major attractions and metro station. The breakfast was also amazing! We expected bagels and juice but they had everything!! I would def stay here again on my next visit!
