Does what it says on the box. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. The fan for the airconditioning was noted by other reviewers as being loud - it is not quiet, but it switches off.

Je n'y suis restée que une nuit avec une amie, mais l'hotel est trés bien situé (Je trouve), trés propre, les chambres sont confortables, enfin tout est correct ! Le prix de la chambre est correct pour ce qu'elle y propose ! :)

"Mall + Skytrain Connected without going outside"
This is my first time in Vancouver and this hotel was perfect. I met a buddy at the airport and took the Skytrain (Vancouver Subway) from the airport to the hotel in about 25 minutes for less then ten bucks. You exit the subway into a large shopping mall that is connected directly to the hotel. On almost every occasion we came and left the we were able […] to move a couple blocks in any direction inside the mall before exiting on foot towards our destination. Other then the mall, it's a Four Seasons, so the rooms and staff are going to be great. We were there to eat, drink, and explore all of downtown Vancouver so the central location was perfect. "Nice Hotel, Thought It Was Going To Be Posher..."
Good hotel, well located on top of the Pacific Centre which is great for shopping. Gastown within easy walking distance. The hotel had no view and an inside outside swimming pool surrounded by offices which was quite cool but a bit odd and the pool was full of children so swimming lengths was impossible. "A bit dated, otherwise typically Four Seasons"
On the whole, a very enjoyable stay, we were lucky to be given a room on the top floor (28th) which had a view of North/West Van and the Mountains. Two minor niggles - the room was a bit dated despite the renovation (new wallpaper cant cover for everything) and the shower area was a bit dim. That being said, the bed was super comfy. Service was excellent […] in general, esp. the concierge, but had a minor screw up when they delivered somebody else's food to my room and I cant believe there is no kettle in the room (or bathroom slippers!) which had to be ordered via room service/housekeeping. This hotel was amazing I would highly recommend it , the location is great the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent . Our room was located right in front of the elevator, which kept us up all night with the dings every time it opened. Also, our heater/air was making a loud noise to the point where we couldn't turn the air on. Slept in a hot room one night until they fixed it the next morning. "Not the best Four Seasons but it's ok"
We (my wife, my son and I) went to Maui and stayed at Four Seasons there a few months ago. It's definitely a much better Four Seasons. This one in Vancouver downtown is not that good. But don't get me wrong. You'll still get 5-star service here. The standard room is small and I regretted I didn't follow front desk's advise to upgrade to a larger room. […] The hotel provides babysitting service and I asked for it to take care of my son. My son got sick (vomit) on the last day so we have to leave earlier. My overall impression is, this hotel definitely provides 5-star service. But its appearance and inside look not as shining as I expected. My son's sickness might impact my feeling... "Four Great Seasons"
the room was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. the only drawbacks were 1) no mini bar - had to go down to the YEW Restaurant for a $5 fountain soda, 2) no coffee maker - again - had to go down to the Restaurant. 3) the bathroom door faced the main sitting area - very little privacy. perfect downtown location HUGE TIP: self park. It's $40 […] a day (plus tax and tip) for valet, and on week days $27 and weekends $12 to self park! Just cross Georgia Street and deek down the ramp. The Four Seasons earns its money based on customer service, and the level of interaction the guest services staff displayed with us was excellent--consistently referring to us by name, happily accommodating requests, and providing us with great information about the area. The hotel itself is attached to both the Canada Line and the Millennium / Expo […] Skytrain Lines, which made it very convenient as a jumping-off point for our explorations of Vancouver. I wish the Hotel had some more options of restaurant and a coffe area maybe; and for sure a better breakfast area, as you live the restaurant with the smell on your clothes and hair as they have a open kitchen. The hotel was in a great location. You can catch the train there directly from the airport and not have to go outside via underground pedway at Pacific Center Mall. Great central location downtown. "Amazing Stay at a Quality Hotel!"
Came in very late the morning of Nov 24, due to a flight delay, and not only did they have our room waiting but upgraded us to a king bed corner room. Person at the front desk was very warm and a welcome, and sharp contrast, to the customer service we encountered earlier in the night with West Jet staff (more specifically Kiran- an over the phone "super" […] agent the night of Nov 23, 2012 who was very rude and lacked any compassion). Although trip started horribly, it all melted away once we got to the hotel. Room was beautiful , and large, and had a view of the city on side and harbour on the other. Bed was super comfy with quality linens and a nice flat screen TV. Did not hear any other guests at anytime so made for a relaxing stay. Staff were some of the best that I've encountered from the front reception, to the cleaning staff, to guys out front. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to accomodate no matter what was asked. Close to lots of pubs, restaurants, shopping and the harbour front, it was a perfect central location. We even walked to BC place and Rogers center for a couple concerts! Got a great deal through expedia and would highly recomend to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and a great time. "Four Seasons Vancouver not worth the hype"
Upon checking in at the Four Seasons I went to my room to get ready to go out to a meeting. I decided to take a shower noticed the bathroom was in disrepair. The towel rack was almost falling off the wall. The wall sconces were all turned/bent off centre and one light was very dim almost burned out. The shower is a bit strange and very drafty due to […] the partial shower door. I had to turn the water as hot as I could to get the water warm enough for a shower. When I tried to iron a dress shirt for my meeting, the iron leaked non-stop despite the iron only being Half full of water. I tried to adjust all the settings but it made no difference. To top off a long day of travel and the on-board entertainment system not working on my 6 hour West Jet flight, the cable was out at the hotel. Once I was finally ready to go to my meeting I stopped at the front desk and asked that they device the room. I get back to my room after the meeting and go to my room only to notice my key not working. I go down to the front desk to inquire about the key not working to find out they switched my room. I thought at first them must be giving me an upgrade for my trouble. Upon getting to the new room on a higher floor, I quickly noticed it was the same. The Four Seasons experience I had was worse than a lot of other brands I have stayed in. The room was basic at best. On a positive note the bed was comfy. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia

"Lovely stay at the Four Seasons Vancouver"
Had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Vancouver. The location was wonderful... Just seconds from Gastown, the Waterfornt, Robson Street, Art Gallery of Vancouver and across the street from the Sky Train. The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. I especially enjoyed the l'occitane bath products and twice daily […] housekeeping. The health club, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were all excellent. My only complaint was the difficulty we had controlling our room temperature and the lack of restaurant options at the hotel. "Really disappointed"
Was really looking forward to staying in a Four Seasons as their reputation is five star but was very very disappointed in this hotel. In the bathroom we only had two bath and two hand towels (even three star hotels give you more than that) and when we ordered breakfast in the room we had two postage stamp size pats of butter for two orders of toast […] and breakfast wasn't cheap. "Wonderful Service"
The Four Seasons Hotel is perfectly positioned for a stay in downtown Vancouver. The location is perfect, very close to all the downtown attractions. The hotel itself is wonderful. Our room (on the 16th floor) was clean, comfortable & well appointed. In our party, there were 3 ladies sharing one room, which had 2 double beds & a pull out sofa bed. […] The sofa bed was folded up during the day & every evening the staff would come in & set it up. All the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfy. They offer in room wi-fi for 2 devices for the duration of your stay. The fitness area & roof top garden are a must to check out. It was very pleasant to sit & enjoy the sunshine whilst we were waiting to go to the airport. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the hotel. They are awesome! Everybody is professional & polite. The bell boys are so helpful with directions, getting taxi's & suggestions for local dining. The reception desk & concierge service staff are just as helpful. We didn't eat at the Yew restaurant, but I am happy to report that they do offer a Vegan menu. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to downtown Vancouver. "Great for a business trip but not for couples!"
My husband were a little shocked to see how much of an office block this hotel was like. The building looks like it is from the 1970's and I'm sure it was very luxurious then, but now I would say it is more of a business hotel, as opposed to a luxury couple's retreat. We paid extra for the Deluxe Preferred-View Room but we ended up facing the newly […] built apartment complex that still had lots of construction workers in it during the day who could look into our room, so we didn't feel as if it was that private.The room was pretty decent - clean, and a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was a decent size with great L'occitaine amenities. The pool area was quite nice - I like the different flavored water in the water jars located in the gym area. When you swim outside though (the pool is half indoor and half outdoor), it's just very strange as once again, you are surrounded by highrises and so people in their offices can see you! Just not very private.We had a few drinks and appetizers downstairs in Yew, which I would really recommend. The food was delicious, the cocktails amazing and the waitstaff were very friendly.The one real complaint we have about the hotel was the concierge. We went to see whether we could book a whale watching trip and we asked the concierge about it. She was very rude and didn't explain to us what our different options were and frankly was quite patronizing to us when we have never before been whale watching and therefore did not know what to expect. "Great hotel for families"
Wonderful 6 days spent at the Four Seasons in Vancouver. Hotel is centrally placed downtown within walking distance to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Chinatown, Robson Street and other points of interest for families. We stayed in a huge deluxe city view room which had more than ample space for a family of four. Concierge, cleaning staff, and other […] hotel personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, gym, sauna and kids play area (complete with video game consoles). Hotel conducted many events for kids including a junior chef tour and outdoor kids movies. Brunch at the Hotel restaurant Yew was fabulous (take advantage of the great half-price wine deal on Sundays), and lots of inexpensive eateries near the hotel. For Asian travelers, there's an H-mart within 5 minutes walk for for a quick bite or fresh fruit or other groceries. This hotel will be at the top of our list for any return trip to Vancouver. I gave this hotel bad marks because you enter the hotel and can not get on the elevator on the main floor you have to take an escalator to the next floor. What makes this worse is that the elevators do go down to the main floor but no call button... I will be going to the Hyatt on my next trip.Avis véridique Expedia
