Un très bon séjour. Nous avons très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio est équipé d'un micro onde et frigo, idéal pour préparer et garder au frais les sandwich pour les visites aux environs. Bed and breakfast à 2 km de la gare accessible par les bus 256 et 15. Arrêt Koiipark. A very nice place to stay. Far from 2 km from central station. Need to take bus 15 or 256 Koiipark stop if you don't want to walk.

Hôtel calme et luxueux,à 20mns de Rotterdam en pleine nature(piscine en sous-sol).Le confort des chambres très spacieuses, et la propreté sont parfaits.Un personnel chaleureux,toujours à l'écoute des clients; excellent rapport qualité,prix!A RECOMMANDER SANS HESITATION!!!

Adapté aux familles, tout était agréable et le personnel charmant. Le seul point négatif :mauvais écoulement de l'eau de la baignoire

very nice stay good location excellent bed small but clean bathroom management is a little beit cheap and behind on internet access, that would be the only down side

Très bien situé , central tout en étant au calme , super petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité en quantité . Je suis resté 2 nuits 158 euros pour 2 avec petit dejeuner , c'est royal meme si la chambre na pas été faite entre le premeier et le 2 eme jour .Chambre très confortable

"Hampshire Hotel - Savoy Rotterdam"
The hotel is well situated, but has no wireless on the rooms. There was no dinner possibilities and the late arrivals could only get a cold pizza or some nuts. That gave a slightly poor impression.
"Parking"
Don't use this hotel if you need to park a car as there is no parking and the street/multistory nearby is extremely expensive.
"Short break"
This Hotel was superb for our short break. It was very clean, friendly and just far enough away from the centre to be away from any noise and bustle but easily accessible ,on foot, from the central rail and bus stations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
"For those who just want a place to sleep"
Visited in March 2012 for 2 nights. Generally Clean but toilet had sewerage smell. Booked a double bed but got a twin beds attached together. Called reception but they denied any double bed request info. Location is good for those who dont drive. Very Expensive parking opposite EUR 19 for 24 hours, EUR 1.50 for 43 min. No Restaurant in hotel, just […] breakfast but have few places around ot eat. I have stayed in better hotels in Rotterdam with same price range. Lisez la suite
"A surprisingly terrible hotel"
We only stayed in Rotterdam due to a last minute change in plans and had to find a hotel in a hurry. Based on my previous assumptions that the name Savoy was associated with quality we chose this hotel - I will never make that assumption again. The room was dirty, had stains on the carpet and the celling and the bathroom was falling apart. This was […] not a one off experience as our friends had the same conditions in another room. When we arrived there was an empty bottle of champagne and 4 glasses outside our room - it was still there a day later. The staff on reception did seem slightly concerned but why would you place people in a room that looked like it had been trashed by Keith Moon! "Tiny bath"
Other than the fact that all rooms are exactly the same which means they all give you 2' by 2' standing space in the bath , an extremely narrow entry to your room, and less light than the average refrigerator, the hotel is clean, the staff friendly and beds relatively comfortable. Visit Rotterdam only for work and stay only as long as you must.

"Rotterdam, Eden Savoy"
The Hotel's location made it easy to access by car and to walk to teh city centre. Public parking nearby was good. The room was ok but poor maintenance of some furniture and teh impossibility of washing from teh sink let it down. It was also the noisiest night I had ever spent in a hotel. Breakfast was ok but I was amazed to see new clen plates still […] having food remains such as eggs on them. Staff did not seem bothered. Coffee making equipment and drinks ni room were good. A really nice hotel, Nice, comfortable room except for the dirty carpet. Couldn't believe carpet would be so bad when everything else was so nice! Location is great. Near supermarket, shopping mall, tram system to cruise terminal and central train station. "Eden Savoy Hotel Rotterdam"
Stayed at this hotel for business from 5/15 - 5/18. In general liked the hotel. The surrounding Old Harbor area is nice and plesent to walk around with some shops and restaurants. Metro is about an 8 minute walk from hotel. Room was nice, only negatie was that the carpet looked a bit worn/stained. Not to the point of being gross but obviously it took […] away from the overall look. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. WE just loved this hotel. Good and modern designs. Good service and friendly receptionist. We recieved a free welcome drink. The hotel is just a little walk from the train station.

"Smart hotel and good value rooms in Rotterdam"
The Eden Savoy seemed good value for money for the standard. I paid for room only, breakfast was rather expensive at sixteen fifity euro, but par for the course with hotels. Staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. Location reasonably central too, twenty min walk from centraal stn.

Very nice property. Everything worked. Plan on a little walking to get to main attractions ... public transport is good if you can figure out the ticketing system and where things go.

the room was ok, but certainly not "superior" which is what I booked. Apparently, the difference between a normal room and a superior one is the "superior pack" which is bathrobe, slippers, and a fruit bowl.... I had two goes at getting a room with a working safety deposit box, and in the end had to use the safe in the hotel to leave my things as neither […] of mine worked. Bathroom was small, the toilet needed a good cleaning, and the front fell off the soap dispenser. On the plus side, it was a convenient location, and the staff tried to make things work for me. overall, for the price paid, it was a fairly ordinary hotel, lacking in atmosphere, and in need of a shake up. The first impressions given by this hotel and its neighborhood might not be the best (on a rather unassuming street), but once you get to know the staff and Rotterdam better it's a great place to stay. God beliggenhed. Venlig betjening. Dog et minus - henvist til p-hus kort fra hotellet. Ved afhentning af bilen, var det ikke muligt at betale med Visakort, hvilket havde været rart at vide, da ikke alle turister er beriget med EUR - og IKKE oplyst ved opslag i p-huset.

Sólolo utilicé para dormir y asearme, pero la habitaciónb era muy vieja, con aspecto de sucia, y el cuarto de baño impreesentable, sólo una pequeña ducha en la que era imposible ducharse con un mínimo de comodidad. No iré más.
Ældre lidt slidt hotel - dog god beliggende tæt ved Rotterdams strøg. Værelset var generelt nedslidt, men absolut rent (boede kun 1 nat). Fint lille og funktionelt fitnessrum.

Ich habe vor ca. 2 Jahren in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Es ist unglaublich, wie man in so kurzer Zeit ein Haus so verkommen lassen kann.

"Average hotel in good location."
Hotel was quite ok. Lobby was newly repaired and receptionists were pretty polite. There were free wi-fi in the lobby and 4 computers for free and supermarket under 100m away from the hotel. Location is really good! There is metro, train station, world trade center (a lot of shops) etc. near the hotel. But our room... It was also quite ok, but few […] things were a bit disturbing. Door handles were loose, room's lightning was crappy and floor was little bit dirty. But I recommend this if you have to choose between cruise hotel (billion kilometers from city centrum) and Hilton (old , pricy and crappy rooms)! Lisez la suite

Nice and clean hotel, I would rate it more like a 3,5 star rather than 4 star. No complaints except the breakfast was quite simple and could be better.

Ég pantaði herbergi fyrir nokkrum mánuðum og greiddi það þá að fullu. Þrátt fyrir það var ég við hliðina á lyftunni og herbergið sneri út að götunni þar sem var mikill hávaði. Þetta er fráleidd þjónusta. Herbergið fannst mér vera í niðurníðslu, gólfteppið subbulegt og fleira í þeim dúr. Rúmið var varla boðlegt fyrir tvo; ekki tvær dýnur heldur ein og […] báðir runnu inn að miðjunni. Fjórar stjörnur fyrir þetta hótel er langtum meira en það verðskuldar og því miður get ég ekki ráðlagt neinum að vera þarna sem telur sig vera borga fyrir fjórar stjörnur. Fyrir utan það að ekkert netsamband var í herbergjunum. Það er óskiljanlegt á 21. öldinni þegar þráðlaust netsamband er í heilu og hálfu hverfum borga. Lisez la suite
