Hotel impeccable, un peu éloigné du centre ville.

L'hotel est assez loin du centre ville et pas du tout bien placé. Les chambres sont très sales, le papier peint de la salle de bain et de la chambre se décolle, la baignoire est à certains endroits noire de crasse et je ne parle même pas de l'odeur dans la chambre. En plus, nous avons eu la bonne surprise en rentrant un soir de trouver un cafard énorme […] sur la moquette. Le petit déjeuner soit disant "super deluxe" est minable, les assiettes, couverts et verres sont en carton. Seule bonne surprise, la réceptionniste qui était très sympa. Hotel was fine - essentially what was expected for a Best Western, but nothing very nice. There was a bit of a smell to the room too.

As a motel it was absolutely perfect. It was very easy to fine off the interstate. The room and breakfast standard was very good. It was fairly easy to walk to downtown approx 15 minutes to the center. A free bus comes close by approx 5 minutes walk away. Close to the Station Inn, a must place to visit when in Nashville also approx 5 minutes away (close […] to free bus stops).Highly recommended. Also the tourist information center in downtown was brilliant - full of helpful information and guidance. Do no remember the lady's name but thank you from 2 happy visitors. Lisez la suite

This place is just a short walk away from the main areas of Nashville, but there are a few bars across the car park and street that have regular live music and a decent vibe. No complaints, good price on hotels.com. Large room with very comfortable tepura beds. Pillows not very good, small square and hard.

Room was nice, conveniant location, ok price. We walked to Broadway from this location about a 5 minute walk. Caught a cab back only 6 bucks for two passengers. 3 bucks a piece. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Nashville, and an even better sleep at this hotel. Although we arrived 4 hours before our check-in, the hotel staff were nice enough to give us a free room right then. Otters across the street is a great place for a quick bite, but if your looking to head down to the Nashville strip I advise taking a cab anytime after […] dark. 15-25 minute walk..nice during the day though. Kudos to an affordable hotel chain with FREE wi-fi. I recently stayed in a hotel with "suites" in the name which wanted to charge me 9 bucks per night! In addition, there are several different types of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient, especially if you don't do GPS. Plus, the continental breakfast was more than doughnuts and coffee. […] As a person on a business trip, I found this hotel very accomodating with coffeemaker, micro and fridge in the room. By far the BEST reservatiion made thru Hotels.com yet. Hotel VERY well maintained. Friendly, courteous front desk staff. Room beautifully furnished with comfort of beds beyond description. Up-to-date flat screen tv. No distracting noise. Hotel building has been around since I lived in Nashville and has changed brands a couple of times, but Best Western […] has/is doing a great job of providing nice and comfortable lodging. The breakfast provided in the cost of the room provided much variety with both hot and cold foods. BY FAR the best reservation I have made thru Hotels.com yet. The room rate may be slightly more than others available, however all being considered, it is much more provided for a good night's comfort. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my years but this was by far the worst experience that I've ever had. First & foremost, all of their beds are the new hard foam beds that form to your body. My wife & I both have back problems & these beds were a disaster on our backs for 3 straight nights. Note they do not have any mattress & boxspring beds. Be sure to walk across the parking lot across the street. The Rooster had some great live country music on Wednesday night (and I don't even normally like country!). The bar called the Tin Roof was also fun with live music. Room was very nice and had new name brand king-size Temperpedic mattress. Would certainly stay there again!

Very clean! Comfortable Beds. Was a little further to walk to the Ryman area than expected. About 1 1/2 miles. For us, too far. Good choices for eating close by. Really liked the Irish Pub on W. Broaday 1 block away.

Hotel was decent enough. Will not book through your site again, though, when I need specific accommodations. I desperately needed adjoining rooms and was assured by Adam ( the Hotels.com booking agent) that it wouldn't be a problem. When I checked in it WAS a problem and the hotel said they received NO special instructions. The hotel was booked so we […] were put on the same floor but not adjoining rooms, per my request. Staff is very friendly. Not sure if heater was working. Kept turning off and on. So easier to leave it off. Bed is kind of hard due to a foam mattress. Close distance to downtown. Good rate.

This hotel was nice enough. It was a great value and in a good location, right off downtown and right off the highway. It is an older hotel and in need of some updating.

The people were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, but have to say that we were not completely happy with the hot breakfast choices.

The stay was good. We were there for appointment at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was close to hospital and very clean. The breakfast was good, maybe should start serving a little earlier, especially weekdays

Just one issue to mention, I was lying in bed working with my computer and suddenly see something walking on the pillow right next to me, yes, a cockroack on a bed pillow. Won't be back to this hotel (me and the now dead, roach). I hope this review helps,

I really have no complaints about staying at this hotel. Checking in was fast, and we experienced no problems. The room was clean and well furnished. The memory foam mattress were really nice, and the continental breakfast really hit the spot after a night of partying at a nearby venue.

The location was convenient but the neighborhood was not interesting. It was close to all the highways and only a few minutes from downtown. The hotel is very small and older in appearance. The rooms are fine. The best part is the comfort of the beds, updated bathrooms and flat screen TV. The breakfast is not very good and no cream for coffee, but there […] are really no breakfast places within walking distance, so it was convenient. Stayed 3 nights here in August. Really enjoyed my stay - hotel clean, staff friendly, easy to locate and use as a base in Nashville. Although it is entirely possible to walk to Broadway where all the bars are - and we did walk it - due to the heat in August we usually opted for a taxi which was only $6/7. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The decor in the room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The TV was nice and large. We only wish we could have spent more nights in the hotel. If our son gets accepted at Vanderbilt we will definitely stay here again. The hotel was one of our favorites throughout our college search.

A nice hotel, excellent rates, with a friendly staff. The only issue we had was with the irons because we were at a large conference and they did not have enough irons for every room.

The size of the pillows (small and square) was a little odd and they were uncomfortable. Otherwise the accommodations were good. We were in Nashville for the Vanderbilt graduation, so, the location wasn't ideal for us to walk to the school, but, it was just fine.

I got in late and had my reservation already pre-paid through Hotels.com I was only staying for one night, but the psycho manager insisted I paid for 2. When I politely asked if he could change the reservation to one night instead he continued to tell me it was booked for 2. He was rude disrespectful and psycho.
