The exterior doors were not secure. Although the signs say that you need a key card to enter. One night several teenagers who were not guests were swimming in the hotel pool and running through the halls. Only 2 towels were left for us in a room where after we asked for 3 more after the room was cleaned. I booked a non smoking room but when I checked […] in I was informed that I booked a smoking room. And I had no choice but to keep the room. The room stunk like they never aired it out. Overall experience was not satisfactory. I will not stay there again. Lisez la suite

Great location to the River Road plantations. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only problem was that there was a sulfur musty smell in our room. I did not smell anything in the rest of the hotel.

The hotel seems a little "dated." No elevators and the decor seems old. However, the employees and the service was exceptional. Would stay here again based on the great customer service.

I got a room at this hotel because I thought that it wasn't too far from downtown and I needed a room the night I got back from a cruise and I was going to do mardi gras. There was NO PHONE in my room, had a heck of a time trying to get a cab to go all the way out there. The sheets were stained, I got a rash on my face from the pillow, the room stunk, […] the next morning I went to get breakfast that wasn't half bad but the cleaning lady came up to me and asked kind of forcefully if I was checking out now. The hotel has no locks around the building, like they all go ripped out. The pool area was gross. There were no resturants at all around the area and I had to call a different town to order pizza. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER, I was crying it was so bad Lisez la suite

This hotel was an adequate place to stay cheaply just outside of New Orleans for one night.

From our 4 rooms, one toliet didnt work, air conditioning didnt work in one room, the floors were in major need of deep cleaning. Had it not been the weekend of the BCS game, I would have changed hotels. But unfortunatley, due to the game, there werent any other rooms in a 50 mile radius.

Motel was okay for short stay, since we weren't in room except for nap and showers. Would have been better if we hadn't had to request towels every time needed, finally had 3 new towels brought in 4 days for 4 people and ended up using hand towels.

The floor felt very dirty. the pictures were missing from the walls. The bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom had mold in it. My wife sat down at one of the chairs in the room and fell over because it was broke. So was the other one. They moved us to a diffrent room, the only diffrence was that the new room had the pictures on the wall. I was also […] worried about my safety in the parking lot. The only reason this hotel was a good location was that my brother lived close by. There was nothing else, we had to go the city for a good place to eat. Nothing else to do around there but to visit my brother. The matress needed replaced, we felt the springs. The room was very musky smelly. The people that worked there were very nice. The breakfast […] was to end at 10.00 AM but at 9:30 there were no waffles and no orange juice or any kind of juice at all. Again, the people that worked there were nice. Lisez la suite

it was supposed to be a “non smoking” hotel. smelly, very dirty carpet on the hallway upstairs, no elevator, and smell, smell, smell. and that was not only the smoke smell.

I waited until the last minute to book so I had to get a hotel further out of the city. This hotel wasn't near anything, except a railroad track !!! It runs only a few yards behind the hotel. Needless to say, this was not listed on the description of the hotel. The rooms were not very clean. They smelled very musty. The lady who checked me in was not […] very friendly. She actually acted as though I was bothering her when I asked to check in. I will never stay at this hotel again! Lisez la suite

This is our second stay here. We came back because of our first visit. It's not a bad place to stay, but the clerk who waited on us appeared disheveled and not happy to wait on us. The hallway had a bunch of what looked like crumbs strewn down the length of it. The area around the pool (plants, etc) was littered with dead foilage and looked unkempt. […] The room itself was clean, except for the bathroom shower soap holder - it had hair in it. It was extremely quiet and I suppose that was due to the fact that there may have been a total of 10 guests when we stayed. Lisez la suite
