Hôtel très pratique en cas de longue correspondance car il y a un service gratuit de navette avec l'aéroport . Demander au centre d'infos à l'aéroport de la commander pour vous en arrivant à charlotte. Hôtel propre et lit confortable. Pas de restaurant autour sauf un dinner à gaufres. Le petit-déjeuné est inclus. Hotel bon marché et parfait pour se reposer entre deux vols et se remettre du décalage horaire.

Situation
Au cœur de Charlotte, l'établissement Omni Charlotte Hotel est très pratique pour les familles. De plus, cet hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Discovery Place et Time Warner Cable Arena. Les sites NASCAR Hall of Fame et Stade Bank of America se trouvent également à proximité.

"Excellent location in the heart of Charlotte"
Hotel was very clean and very quiet, great location, would definitely stay again.
"Good location but hard beds"
Can park your car and not need it the rest of the stay. Great location and are in walking distance to everything. Nice pool/lounge area. Work out room was small. The rooms themselves were not impressive. Average room. Toilet was clogged when we got in there. Bathroom was tiny. The beds were horrible and HARD. Beds were like sleeping on a floor.

The is no counterspace in the bathroom so which was very tedious. The hotel front desk insisted their breakfast was wonderful....it is just average and priced extremely high. I got a parfait that was $9 dollars not only did i leave hungry it wasn't even quality yogurt.

In the heart of uptown Charlotte. Only hated paying 15$ to park but the service and everything else was great!

Enjoyed our stay..staff very friendly and helpful. They sent a complimentary slice of cake with happy birthday written on the plate in chocolate and 2 bottles of water as it was my husbands birthday. great location within walking distance to downtown attractions.

"Close to EVERYTHING!"
We decided to stay the night in Charlotte after seeing a concert at the Time-Warner Arena. The hotel was very elegant and the staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was within walking distance to the arena with a multitude of restaurants and eateries along the way. We had a wonderful time!

"Beautiful hotel"
The Omni Charlotte is magnificent. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and gorgeous! We wanted to nothing.

We stayed at the Omni because we were going to a Hockey game and wanted to be with in walking distance. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly they were very kind to my 2 little girls In fact when we cam back from the Hockey game we found two HUGE cookie on the dresser the staff left for my two little girls! they went out of their way […] to make us feel welcome. we will be staying here again the next time we are in the area!! I went to Charlotte to visit some friends for St Paddys Day and was pleased with the accomodations only complaint was shower pressure was low but couldnt ask for a better location with no need for a rental car .

Quiet, clean, spacious room. The shower really works well, the beds are comfortable, the elevators are quick. good location if you want to walk downtown. Easy check in and check out.

"Moni Hotel Charlotte NC"
The quality of the hotel was great. It was in a great location in reference to all the downtown activities and surrounded by excellent restaurants. However, it was the noisest hotel I have ever been in. My wife and I were on the 4th floot and could hear street traffic alnight long as well as people talking loudly in the hallway.

"Pleasant Stay"
I had been in a car accident and was injured shortly after arriving in Charlotte. After checking in 12 hours late, the staff sent out a bellhop to get me a big bottle of Ibuprofin, at my request, and just put it on my tab. The hotel restaurant had a nice breakfast. The room was very good for the price, also.

The hotel is in a great location. Right across the street from the Epicenter....restaurants, bars, and more. Only blocks away from other night life. Also, on-site restaurant and adjacent to shopping plaza....good for weekday stays with Starbucks, gym, etc.

hotel towels had yellow stains on them..NASTY!! this happened two days in a row. a lot of kids that stay and very load. kept me up and the room across the hall up all night. manager didnt care too much.

Hotel staff very friendly & nice. It only took minutes to get checked in. Once we got to our room, we found that they put us in a single king bed. Our confirmation and booking was for 2 double beds. Again, within minutes we were in a room that meet the original confirmation and booking. The only negative issue/comment is that the water pressure taking […] a shower was less than lacking. It was difficult to wash your hair and get the soap out. It was not just with our room. we were staying with a group and everyone said the water pressure was low. Great location easy walk to football stadium. Over all great stay ; we had some problems with parking due to the hotel running out of parking space in their garage but the issues was very quickly resolved and the staff was great.

After ariving home I discovered that I was chargede twice for my accomendations. I booked through Hotel.com and paid, then was charged the same by Omni Charlotte Hotel. It took six days to get my money back. I still don't know why they charged me $8.98 for something. There were other guess that kept us up because of thier noise. They were druck and […] loud. Stayed at the Omni for a Panthers game. Great location and great rooms. Hope to do a repeat in 2012!
It has a nice view and in nice location. Didn't know I had to pay $10 a day for parking.

We had a great trip. The hotel was really nice and the staff very friendly. The only trouble was that once we went back to our room to sleep, the nearby bars, restaurants were so loud that we couldn't sleep. At two o'clock in the am, the party was still going strong. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel this year. In both cases the care/consideration of the staff appears genuine. I had room service both times and in both cases the entree was only warm, not hot. During the first stay, the Internet was last for a day due to a problem beyond the hotel's control. During the second stay, I found that neither […] the sink nor the tub drained with any speed. I do not know how this would have not been found by the cleaning staff. I reported it to the hotel staff, who offered to have the "engineers" visit my room that night when I discovered the problem; however, I was very tired and told them they could come the next day and fix the problem after I left. If you stay in room 514, check the sink and the tub drains ASAP! I will stay at the Omni Charlotte again! Lisez la suite
"Outstanding service"
The Omni staff, all of them, were amazing! Front desk staff very friendly, always said hello, good morning or good evening as you walked by. ONE experience in particular stands out though. I called down to housekeeping for a thermometer. Chris from housekeeping said that he was so sorry they do not have any and suggested we try CVS across the street. […] He asked if I was sick and if I was OK. I told him yes that it was a precaution for my operation recovery tomorrow. Chris wished me luck and told me to call if I needed anything. About five minutes later there was a knock on my door and it was Chris from housekeeping with flowers, two bottled waters and a very sweet note wish me a speedy recovery.
