L'hôtel se trouve à proximité du Seattle Center (= Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Monorail, Children Museum, etc, etc), et juste à côté du quartier Queen Anne. L'accueil est très plaisant et j'ai apprécié d'avoir toujours une personne disponible pour nous aider et nous renseigner. Nous avons même eu des conversations très plaisantes avec certains membres de l'accueil ! .... Il y a de nombreux bus aux pieds de l'hôtel, on a aussi la possibilité de louer des vélos ce qui est un vrai +, le Waterfront est très proche à pieds ou en vélos. A part le fait que les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de frais et une déco + moderne, pour le reste tout est correct. On choisit avant tout cet hôtel car il est pratique et que l'on a une kitchnette dans la chambre !

Tres bel hôtel bien entretenue accueil très agréable service shuttle gratuit Attention si vous louer une voiture le parking est payant. Petit déjeuner continental inclus bien sans plus.A disposition eau, chocolat dessert, glace, et chips, jours et nuits.Seattle se situe a vingt min en voiture.Salle de sport ouverte jours et nuits. Hôtel très calme dans la verdure l’accueil est a votre service pour toutes demandes.j'y retournerais les yeux fermes

"out of service room"
They put us in an out of service, with faulty air-conditioning. Someone tried getting the room at 8am. He said that the room was suppose to be empty. If I had not put up the night latch, he would of walked in on us. The front desk would not acknowledge that they had put us in an out of service and made no effort to make in right.

The heater unit was very loud. It woke me up several times during the night. Our room was very nice though.

I come to Seattle often on biz trips. Love the Paramount. Very comfortable and an overall excellent value. Lots of attention to small details that you would expect from higher priced hotels. Tasteful rooms. Spotlessly clean. Great location if you have to quickly get onto I-5 in the am. Yet handy to downtown shopping and loads of restaurants in Capitol […] Hill or downtown. Easy walk to Belltown or Pike Place Market. I've stayed there twice now and both have been consistently positive experiences. Lisez la suite
"A classy refuge in the heart of the city"
Generally great. Although the room service dessert was pretty paltry. the friendly accommodating service of all the staff. The beds are heavenlt!

It was amazing. I rarely ever give 5 Stars, this was a wonderful hotel, located close to shops, restaurants, convention center, and transit. Had a wonderful stay, super clean and well kept, amazing rooms and staff. Just wonderful!

"Very Pleasant Stay"
The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional with a nice personal touch. Check-in and check-out for our group of 23 was very smooth. Hotel was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Every time I walked pass the lobby, I was greeted by my name, which you don't find anywhere. It's a small hotel, but I give it a big thumbs up.

Satisfied our needs, however , came back early to watch a movie in our room. We could not order from tv, and called down to the desk. They were unable to fix it and never got back to us. We really wanted to watch a movie. I was bummed.

"Downtown Seattle"
Hotel is in great location, we got great service and I highly recommend the Dragonfish Asian Cafe on site. I did not like the beds and the heater in the room was a little noisy at night so we turned it off. Overall it was a great stay.
"Used Water"
The customer service at this hotel is lacking to say the least. They were full of excuses as to why free parking was not included in our hotel stay (it was a special on Hotels.com). Next the front desk clerk basically accused my husband and myself of being cheap. The thing that pushed us over the top is our brother started drinking one of the bottles […] of water that was in his room and come to find out it was already opened and someone refilled it with tap water (the other bottle that was with it was the same way). When he approached the front desk about it (I was there with him) the front desk clerk again was very rude and insisted there was no way my brother in law could know this (keep in mind there is a seal on each bottle of water that was broken) and then almost came to blows with my brother in law. "Stayed for a Conference"
I was quite pleased overall with the facilities. The doorman and valets in particular were very helpful and friendly. That really stood out. I know that someone else in our group needed a room change due to a crying child next door, and the change was handled very effectively. My only criticisms are fairly small: the HVAC was a little loud and windy […] while not necessarily warm. The free wi-fi was slowwwww (G-grade vs. N-grade), considering what most of us are used to at home. And street noise can be a problem when in a lower floor. I'm also spoiled by true HD TV at home, and that level of picture quality would be nice, particularly since I can't view content on my computer due to the slow internet connection. Lisez la suite

This was our first time staying downtown Seattle and we truly enjoyed it. The hotel was close to shopping, Pikes, great food, etc. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly. However, I had read reviews before booking our stay and a lot of people mentioned fees they had been unaware of. A promotion of "free parking" […] came with our King room and I made sure to print a freeze frame of where it was stated on the website...just in case. I was assured that the charges would not be applied at checkout, but they were. I had the print out so it was no big deal and they erased the charge without hesitation. I recommend this hotel. The hotel was in a great location to things around Seattle. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and quickly fixed a billing error when it was brought to their attention.

"Clean and Comfortable Hotel"
This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Across the street from the Paramont Theatre and within walking distance to the 5th Avenue Theatre. We also rented a car on two occasions and walked to Avis. Very clean hotel with comfy bed.

"Vending machines"
The only complaint I would have was the soda machine was not stocked well enough, i ended up having to take a 3rd choice, which was disappointing.

"The second glowing review I will write this week"
I alluded to the Paramount in a review of an excellent hotel that is much higher in price. The worst thing I can think about that other very fine hotel is that The Paramount is so shockingly good and at a lower price, it seems unnecessary to pay for a five-star. There is a wide range among what kind of hotel you get at a four star price. I always worry […] that the condition of the hotel will not match the price. The Paramount is worth it's rate. Whatever that might be at any given time. The neighborhood is conveniently located in downtown yet no overly busy most hours of the day. The room itself is exceptional and perfectly maintained. The staff are attentive and available. The whole experience is in a higher category than other hotels in it's price range. I wrote a scathing review of an airport hotel that I stayed in during this same trip. As it happens the Paramount and the airport hotel were identically priced and had similar star ratings although the Paramount received more glowing reviews. I can say that the downtown Seattle hotels are often as a group above the expected experience, although slightly more pricey than some other similar sized cities in the states. The Paramount is a stand out among this notable group. It then seems shocking to me that the Seattle airport area hotels can be so much more painful an experience at equally high prices. A day at downtown hotel is pleasant and worthwhile, whereas a night at a SeaTac hotel almost always feels like a punitive fleecing. So if you have the time, spend your nights downtown and do not hesitate to try The Paramount. You can hardly go wrong, since the worst that I can honestly say about the Paramount is that the 7am opening time of the hotel restaurant can be a problem for business people with early mourning meetings. And of course room service is not open 24 hours as it would be at a more expensive five-star hotel. But these are small things and the downtown is full of restaurants. Lisez la suite

"bed was super comfortable"
The bed was super comfortable and the room was very neat. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of Pike Place and lots of shopping.

We were traveling back from a trip to Florida and spent the night in Seattle prior to the drive home. It was Valentine's Day night, and what a great place to spend it. The room was spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was large, with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower with great water pressure. Some of the features of the room that we especially […] appreciated were a refrigerator (rather than an expensive mini-bar that can't be used for anything else), and the number of electrical outlets on the desk and on top of each nightstand. It is very challenging in some hotels, particularly with two people, with the various electrical devices that need to be charged overnight, and we were impressed with that feature. Everyone we encountered was very nice, and one of the bellmen in particular was especially helpful and congenial. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, and it was a great value for a downtown hotel, where breakfasts are often astoundingly expensive. We hope to try happy hour and dinner there on a future visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and although I usually find it annoying to have 4 small pillows on a king-size bed, these were actually comfortable for both of us. The room was a little more expensive than we usually pay when we travel, especially once you add in parking, but with the overall comfort, it was worth it. "Paramount Hotel, Seattle"
This is my favorite hotel to visit in Seattle- it's convenient to downtown, although it's in a little bit of an awkward spot. Tom, the doorman, is just about the friendliest character you'll meet in town, and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and updated- what else is there, really? I would say don't eat at Dragonfish downstairs. I've tried to […] eat there twice- the first time I was overcharged by almost $75.00 and had to call the management to get it straightened out. The second time, our party waited for almost 45 minutes JUST to get a drink order taken... and the restaurant was nearly empty. It wasn't like they had a lot of tables to deal with! Internet connectivity was so slow as to be almost unusable. This is very important to me when I'm travelling and would keep me from staying there again. The heating/cooling unit in the room was one of the loudest I've ever heard. Woke me up in the middle of the night and I'm not a light sleeper.

"Paramount in Seattle"
Close to shops, restaurants and the theater. Clean. Nicely renovated. Comfy beds. Quiet, even through we were near the elevator. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel retaurant was great.

The Dragonfish restaurant happy hour was great, however the hotel left much to be desired. Our valet didn't notify us of the cost of parking and to top it off wasn't very friendly. The two receptionists that we dealt with were both unfriendly and had poor customer service. The hotel was overpriced for the level of service we received.

This was my first time to Seattle and I loved this hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly. We had a small problem with the bathroom in our room and the staff fixed it straight away. The location was amazing very close to all the great tourist locations and the shopping areas. Very convienent and affordable.
