Tout était super bien Rapport qualite prix incroyable même le petit dejeuner était inclus et excellent ! Le seul petit point négatif le chauffage dans la chambre était trop bruyant obligés de l'éteindre le soir et donc froid le matin même avec une deuxième couverture !

Superbe prestation. Pour une somme plius que raisonnable nous avons eu une suite enorme tres confortable et bien equipee, un fitness center, une pisicne avec spa chauffe, un terrain de basket, des PC avec Internet gratuite, le wifi gratuit, une laverie a 1 USD, les jurnaux gratuits, le petit dejeuner buffet et les repas du soir 5 jours sur 7 tous copieux et varies. Je recommande chaudement cet hotel. Superbe rapport qualite / prix.

une famille avec au mons 5 enfants utilisait la piscine intérieure et des plongeons, pourtant interdits avaient lieu , nous eclaboussant avec des cris permanents ce qui nous a amené a retourner rapidement dans notre chambre

L'hôtel se repère très facilement, en contrebas de la route qui va a l'aéroport, en face du parking retour des voitures de location. Par contre, pas évident d'y accéder (le mieux est de suivre la direction "rental car return", puis passer sous la route qui va à l'aéroport). Agencement intérieur identique au Hyatt Place Uptown d'Albuquerque. J'ai eu le choix de l'étage (demander 6ème étage, côté sud : belle vue sur Albuquerque et le désert au loin). La chambre qu'on m'a donnée avait une clim défectueuse (très bruyante), mais on m'en a donné une autre sans aucun problème. Grande chambre, moderne, tout confort, silencieuse. Contrairement à ce qui était précisé dans l'offre internet, WiFi dans les chambres (+poste libre accès à l'accueil), et petit déjeuner compris (plats chauds : oeufs, bacon, ... sont eux en supplément). Voiture indispensable pour faire quoi que ce soit ; j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la dernière nuit d'un circuit dans la région, avant de reprendre l'avion. Idéal pour se poser et refaire sa valise tranquillement !
Situation
A Albuquerque, l'établissement Plaza Inn se trouve tout près de Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, Rio Grande Zoo et Tricklock Company. University of New Mexico et Civic Plaza se trouvent également à proximité.

"Noisy and rundown"
This place was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was road noise from the nearby highway, not other guests. The facility was rundwown. There were so many litttle things wrong with this place that I couldn't list them all. This hotel is nowhere near the 3 star rating it has on hotels.com.
"A bit out of the way..."
The hotel was out of the way. I know the streets of Albuquerque, but still missed the street leading to the hotel. I had to loop around and come in from the east side of the hotel. I dont know if I would stay there again.

"Week-end Getaway"
We were expecting a bit more from this hotel (the picture on the internet was gorgeous and looked much more romantic than reality) and we were a bit surprised that the hotel did not offer all the amenities that the website claimed (i.e. free DVD rental library - there was a DVD player that was a bit weathered and wouldn't play a RedBox movie without […] squealing). "Plaza Inn"
Very Nice people and good service overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The condition of the hotel however was poor and kinda run down, the location is good and all of the staff were great.
"Nothing like the picture shown"
We reserved this hotel for three days and changed because the rooms were dirty, the halls looked like they had not been cleaned for weeks, plug-ins were on two power bars, electrical short in night lights and dirty cups on the deck. Light panel in elevator on the floor, window by entery door broken. We should of walked out immediately, but stayed one […] night and changed to another hotel. "Wonderful weekend stay"
Our stay at the Plaza Inn was great! It was extremely convenient for any destination we had planned. Staff was very nice and courteous. The hotel was cleaned well decor throughout the building. "Good value"
If you are on a budget, I recommend this hotel. For a motel price, you get a clean room with some other frills (breakfast) at a convenient Alburquerque location. There are certainly downsides -- many rooms overlook the noisy freeway, the attached restaurant is not for gourmands, and the courtesy van is no limousine -- but, on balance, the place is well […] worth the price. If you want to spring for a fancier place, have at it, but if you just want a clean place to lay your head and get a morning cup of coffee, I doubt there is better value in the area. Lisez la suite
"Plaza Inn -- ABQ, NM---if you want to buy crack..."
Stay at the Plaza Inn! A maid was murdered the week before we got there, stains on sheets and cover, TV goes in and out, "undesirables" hanging around all day. Surrounding neighborhood is not a place you want to be caught roaming after dark. It was cheap and right off the highway though!

Patio door was broken. Balcony railing loose. Closet doors missing. Power strips laying across the floor. Cabinet doors missing. Microwave turntable missing. Was like a spring break hotel room nowhere near the beach.

Hotel is nothing like the pictures on hotel.com. It is an old out dated hotel. I will stay here again. I can't believe how bad it looks compared to the pictures on the internet.

Price is good - the free contential breakfast was expensive is was not included with the hotel. Take it without the "include breakfast"
"Plaza Inn in Albuquerque, NM-Terrible"
I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled like mold and the bathrooms were dirty. One particular guy at the front desk was very rude. The others were friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is truly wanting a NICE, STRESS-FREE vacation or getaway to ABQ.

"Good, clean, nice employees"
The place looks nothing like the pictures on hotels.com but it is a great value for the price. It is clean and close to the University of NM Hospital. The employees are nice. The continental breakfast includes oatmeal, bagels, cereal, coffee, yogurt and apples--nothing fancy but it was good.
The pool was freezing the hotel looked nothing like the pictures on line. But the room was clean and it was quiet.

Nice room, but a little costly for the condition of the room. Bed was comfortable, towels were small and thin and the shower was not clean. Mildew on the shower curtain. It had a balcony, but the only furniture on it was a cheap and beat up, plastic lawn chair. Again, it was an ok room but not worth the amount they charged.

The hotel is showing its age but it is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A new cafe is attached to the building so it's within walking distance, which is good. "poor"
rooms smelled like smoke, not enough towels and were dirty looking, bathroom outlets were falling out of the wall, bathroom cieling was brown and moldy, "free" breakfast was one bisquit!

I can't complain after the price of the room, spending way less here than my time out with friends in ABQ. It was a nice crash pad close to the university.

Just your basic, slightly outdated hotel just off highway. No frills but non expected. Also, nothing (grocery, conveneince stores, etc.) seemed to be in walking distance and neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Not bad for a stop during a road trip, wouldn't want extended time there. Staff is super friendly though.

"Plaza hotel Albq.,NM"
hotel had no water when we checked in. One elevater wasn't working at check in. Later in the night both elevaters were down. We were on the 3rd floor and the wife was on crutches
"Plaza Inn is right on the freeway"
Try getting a room away on the opposite side of the freeway if you decide to stay here. The road noise carries even to the upper floors. Also, double check the distance to Old Town. It is not too far away but I thought it would be closer.

When we drove up we weren't to impressed, but once we were inside we were very impressed and relaxed. The room was very clean and we absolutely like the indoorbhot tub and swimming pool. Everyone was very nice.

"Would not recommend .."
The room was not as pictured online, but was overall clean. I was quoted a rate thirty dollars lower than what I paid online! Guess I won't be seeing any refund there. The man checking me in was very friendly and courteous, the rest of the staff left alot to be desired. There is not adequate parking for thier hotel, we had to park next door at a restuarant […] and walk -- not well lit either. We went down at 9:20 a.m. for the breakfast, which was over and done with, there was no sign posting breakfast times so we had no idea what the hours were and didn't think to ask the night before. I had a nice stay here. It was very convenient to UNMH where I had an appointment. The people were very nice. Breakfast was also good.

The description for the hotel when we booked it made it seem so much better than it actually turned out. The main thing that I did not like was the fact that we HAD to stay in a smoking room because we had a dog. I have not had that experience at other hotels and we are not smokers. The fitness center was a couple bikes and a weight machine, which didn't […] help me out at all so I ended up having to go to a gym to run on a treadmill. Our room, as well as the hotel in general, was just not maintained well at all. It was a great location right in between everything we were doing, but I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Hotel pictureon the internet is not even the hotel that we stayed at. The swimming pool room was dirty and too cold to stay in,the elevators didnt even work and the towels were too small and dingy dirty. I dont recommend anyone to stay here.

The plaza took very good care of my youth football team and I.the plaza also has a great breakfast
A great place. Very friendly, and accommodating for pets. The nearby residential neighborhood is worth a visit in itself.

The staff were unwelcoming. They did their job and that was it. The room was small and unattractive. The bathroom light fixture didn't have a cover leaving the bare light bulb exposed. The carpet was torn and tattered. The breakfast eggs were not good but I had yogurt and cereal, nothing special. I've stayed at the Plaza Inn before and while it was not in the best condition it has seriously deteriorated. Only two lamps in room and they must have had 15w bulbs. I think they didn't want to see what terrible condition the room was. Horrible towels - could be used for sloughing your skin. The hotel itself is rather run down. The elevator on our side of the hotel wasn't working, light bulbs were 40watt, and the rooms were worn looking. Someone had put shampoo in the hot tub, and staff didn't notice. The ping pong tables and air hockey were so warped as to be unusual. Feral children had run wild. Room was very dirty, was not at all accommodating and hotel management was not compliant with our needs. I would not stay here again.
