Tres bien : propre, chambre agréable avec frigo, supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds ( parfait pour les picnique), et metro à 5 mn sur une ligne assez fréquentée. En 10 mn de metro, on est en plein centre ville. Il y a visiblement une navette de l'hotel qui emmene les clients a l'aeroport, mais nous n'avons pas teste ce service. Un seul inconvénient : l'autoroute est vraiment proche.

accueil super, service parfait : pour un hôtel prés de l’aéroport, très facile de rejoindre le centre ville de boston. L’hôtel met à disposition un parking gratuit et un service de navette pour l’aéroport ou pour la station de métro la plus proche ("Wood Island", environ 5mn) puis 7mn en métro pour gagner le centre ville et retour. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux. tout est bien sauf l'emplacement, au bord d'une route (4voies) très fréquentée et très bruyante surtout au 7eme étage. Cependant, les avantages l'emportent sur les inconvénients. A recommander. Réservation faite au dernier moment, deux jours avant d'arriver sur Boston. Hôtels.com très performant.

Hotel bien situé, vraiment proche du metro et de quelques restaurants. Les points noir qui nous ont fait noter a "2" cet hotel et ne pas le recommander, sur trois nuits passées: - Chambre absolument pas propre et ménage vraiment superficiel, gobelet laissé a l'abandon par les anciens résidents, moquette très sale et poussière en sur-épaisseur. -Les […] lits qui ne sont pas King Size malgré le fait que se soit vendu comme tel !!! ce sont des lit de 120 !!! - Salle de bain bricolée .... C'est pas une bonne experience coté chambre ! Niveau restaurant : -Personnel de service vraiment très gentils et serviable. -Restauration sanspretention, mais pour depanner, c'est plus que suffisant, bien qu'un peu cher quand meme. "Hôtel Hyatt Regency Boston : très correct"
La chambre est confortable, seuls les communs ont un peu vieilli. Rien à redire sur le service.
Hotel très bien situé près du jardin Common Boston et du freedom trail. Mais tout est payant dans cet hotel, y compris l'acces aux ordinateurs, et pas question de mettre quoique ce soit dans un frigo chargé de boissons et barres de céréales / friandises par l'hotel. Chaque objet est relié à un sensor qui détecte tout "enlèvement". Une boisson "déplacée" […] est immédiatement considérée consommée, donc à régler ... Je ne parle pas du parking qui est hors de prix, le tarif nuit se terminant à 5 heures du matin... La salle de bain était vraiment très petite, pas l'idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes ! Overall my stay was fantastic, only problem was hotel doesn't give free Internet service which I guess is very basic. Even after paying, Internet speed was so slow, which is frustrating and spoils the experience.

Expensive hotel for what you get - it was old and run down - elevators, bathrooms, etc. need updating. Overall ok but, not worth the cost.
This hotel was under renovation at the time of my stay, so the hotel was kind of hard for me to navigate. "Hyatt Regency was a good choice"
The hotel is located at the heart of Boston. Two blocks from Boston Common and in front of the Opera. I felt it was money well spend. The staff was nice and personable and when I asked for an extra bed (I thought the room had a king bed and a sofa bed, it only had the king bed) they gave it to me free of charge.

Different websites concerning the Hyatt Boston stated they had services that they in fact don't offer. Example...no discount for parking in the Public lot, no free dry cleaning services, no rooftop deck. I read that they offered a late check out for 2pm.....nope! Other problems, can;t open the fridge without permission from the downstairs desk without […] a charge. Thats right no putting leftovers in the minifridge. Walls are paper thin. Quit hours start at 9pm and I had a crazy neighbor who was banging on my walls at 8pm because.....well crazy. Lisez la suite

"not worth the price"
I didnt like the hotel at all. The rooms were mediocre at best. It wasn't clean. The amount I paid for the room I was expecting better. The only thing you are paying for is the location. Our room wasn't very clean. I will never stay there again!

Everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and the Valet car servcie was prompt. We recently stayed at a Faimont in Pittsburgh and the big difference favoring the Fairmont was the size of the bathroom and the shower. "Excellent hotel / Issue with hotels.com reservatio"
This is an excellent hotel at a very good location, close to Boston South Station and subway station, as well as several attractions. Rooms were very clean and cofmbortable, except that the double beds were a bit small in our room. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The only problem with my stay was the following: I booked […] one room for 4 persons, as I was travelling with friends. On the hotels.com website I chose the "Awaken package", which included breakfast. I was charged an additional $60 for the 2 extra persons staying in the room. When we arrived at the Hyatt, however, I was told that the reservation included breakfast for only 2 persons and that I had to pay. After explaining the issue with the hotels.com reservation to the staff, they were kind enough to reimburse the $45-worth breakfast for the extra 2 persons. They stressed, however, that this was a problem with the hotels.com NOT clarifying what was included in the Awaken package. So, people, be careful when you book things like that - Hotels.com can be tricky. Whatever the case, that is AAA+ policy on behalf of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Lisez la suite

Perfect location for everything. I was able to walk everywhere. Breakfast wasn't as great as I expected but overall, it was great stay.
Great room. Staff very helpful and friendly. They clearly went the extra mile. The hotel is in an ideal location for the Theater District, Chinatown, etc. The hotel provided exactly what you expect from a hotel; it provided the basis for a great weekend!
"Hyatt Regency Boston--Business Plan doesn't delive"
Great location, decent room (lighting in bathroom was awful), new renos of restaurant, etc., nice. But the "Business Plan" was supposed to come with a complimentary water bottle and paper each day, and neither was presented. "Room review"
The rooms have no soundproof walls. The room next door had a violin player that was practicing and disturb our sleep. The room down the hall left there dog cring!!

There was no fan in the bathroom so entire room became very hot and stuffy after a single shower. Walls in bathroom need to be wiped down as noticed hair stuck to it above door way - this is by chance, all in all hotel room was clean. Very disappointed the pool was under renovations as my son was really looking forward to using it. Would have like to […] have the robes placed in our room that were promised in the confirmation email that they shd hv been included. "Disappointing in so many ways"
I thought the Hyatt was suppose to be a nice hotel. We had just spent time in a little hotel on rhode island and that was nicer and more upgraded than the Hyatt. First when I walked in the bathroom, I saw poop on the handle of the flusher of the toilet....(UNEXCEPTIONABLE). This of course was after we were told $43 to park our car in the hotel parking […] lot. So we took 2 hours out of our day to return our car a day early so we didn't have to deal with paying an extra $43. Later on we wanted to sit in the spa and relax BUT it was closed until the 9th of March (mind you we were there on the 3rd). Something we would have liked to know before we stayed there or even checked in that morning. SOOOOOOO, over all I was very disappointed in the HYATT! Lisez la suite

My girls and I had a wonderful time exploring Boston! We parked the car and saw the city by walking. Great location!

Good hotel in a perfect location for exploring Boston. There are lots of eating options around the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable.

Great Location - very nice hotel, however, we booked 2 double beds and ended up with a king and a roll-away bed. Also, the shower's water power is very weak and it often was luke warm at best. Otherwise we had a wonderful visit and found it very easy to get around - we walked almost everywhere.

LIKE: 1. Shined my shoes for free 2. Decent "4-star big chain hotel" type rooms Comfortable DISLIKE: 1. High priced parking that forces you to use the valet if you want to be able to go in and out. 2. When I called to confirm the hotel reservation a few days before, I was told that I would get a "city view" room. When I arrived at the hotel, the woman […] checking me in told me that they were very busy this weekend and she gave me the best room she could but there were no guarantees. When I asked her why I was told that I would be given a city view room just a few days before, she just basically repeated the same phrase like she was on auto-pilot. I didn't want to get into a whole Seinfeld-esque, you know how to take a reservation but you dont know how to HOLD a reservation thing. However, it was not courteous. 3. Phone in room was broken. 4. Insane overpriced menu items on the room service menu (to be expected though.) 5. On Sunday morning, they wouldn't bring me a Mamosa at 10 in the AM due to some archaic Puritanical policy of not being able to serve liquor before 11. In my book, champagne and orange juice is not liquor. Overall, was ok, we chose it just for the location. They need a reminder that they are in the hospitality business and be a little more humble and accommodating towards their guests. Lisez la suite

A lovely experience. Booked last-minute on Hotels.com and was very pleasantly surprised. It felt newly renovated & was very clean. My trip o Boston was for a quick overnight -- I didn't eat in or check out the gym facility, so can't comment. Street entrance to parking level to lobby above street-level a bit of a pain, but nothing that would stop me […] from coming back. Neighborhood interesting -- lots of construction right now. We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston. We were treated very courteously and we were thrilled with the location. We walked out of our room and into the heart of downtown Boston. I would definately recommend this hotel.
