Sur le parking il y a plein de gens qui attendent dans leur voiture et qui ont l'air bizarre. On ne se sent pas en sécurité du tout, il n'y a rien à faire dans le quartier. Les draps dans la chambre étaient sales, tachés, et troués, sur la couette il y avait des trous de cigarette alors que l'hôtel est censé être non-fumeur. It was OK for the money

We had to change rooms as our first room, the air conditioner didn't work. So had to give up king bed for two queens with cool air. Beds were hard and linens were a bit stained, But it did seem fairly clean. Hallway smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a no smoking hotel. We spent 4 nights in the Super 8. It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The room honestly was a surprise for the money. The bed was super comfortable. We would gladly stay in this hotel again.

Very run down, mold in shower, sticky surfaces on furniture, tv and remote. No elevator.

We took an overnight trip to Chattanooga and thought this place would be a good idea since the reviews online are pretty good, especially for the price. Holy moly, I wish we had stayed somewhere else! This place was right beside the most awful construction imaginable. We were exhausted from a day of fun stuff, and the construction workers were outside […] the motel, banging and using some sort of machines before 6 am! It was so loud that none of us could manage to sleep, so we got up and decided to leave early. Aside from that, the room was horribly dirty. There were splatters of what looked like dirty water streaks on the walls of the bathroom, hair stuck in the venting of the hairdryer (ew!), at least two months' worth of neglected dusting on the bedside lamps, and it just felt downright icky in there. For a room that reeked of bleach, the place was NOT clean... at ALL. It gives me the creeps, just thinking about it. Also, the pillows were probably an inch and a half thick, not exaggerating. I ended up balling up my sweatshirt and laying on it. We did not eat the continental breakfast because we decided to just get out of there, thanks to all the noise. The pluses? The property manager was very nice. I saw that they had a waffle iron for the breakfast stuff. The motel was located among decent shopping and dining places. It was easy to find. Altogether, I would NOT recommend this place. Sure, it's a great price, but I wanted to sleep in a a plastic bag after seeing how dirty it was. Lisez la suite

We had two rooms. one room was okay. the other room, my room, had ants. I complained to the housekeeping staff but nothing was done. We complained to the front desk staff and nothing was done. Our visit was short, which was good. We will stay somewhere else during our next visit to Chattanoogna.

Working indoor pool, very nice place, good value for the money.

When I checked in (widow with three children) the dead bolt was broken on my door. When I went to call the front desk to tell them my room phone didn't work either! Told the front desk I didn't feel safe in that room and they did give me another one. I wouldn't stay there again.

Hallways smelled like smoke. There was banging in our outside wall that woke us at 2:30am- thot it was the HVAC but it wasn't on. No remote

The room had been vacuumed and dusted but there was dirt stuck along the front of the bathroom mirror, Tops of things had not been dusted off, Just surface cleaned. Everything else was ok. Continental breakfast plus waffles. Second floor room with no elevator.

i had stayed here before for a softball tournament and had no problems. NOT THIS TIME! first the batterry went out in the door card reader and they were supposed to fix it the next day since we were staying two days.they could not move us because they were full. when i came back the next day it still wasn't fixed. they asked me if i wanted another which […] wouldve been fine except that it was 11:00 p.m. and i was beat. then the next morning while at breakfast i talked with another guest who was at out same tournament and she told me that they had originally given her that same room when she checked in as it was before we showed up but moved her when the door souldnt work. however it is a great location maybe next time i can stay at the la quinta it was the same price Lisez la suite

Great experience would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I checked into the hotel early evening on Monday night and freshened up prior to leaving for my meeting. Tuesday morning, I got up and showered and pushed the door in the bathroom and noticed a pair of ladies underwear that was hanging on the door the the door. There were a lot of restaurants close by as well as some night life. It was clean and maintained fairly well and the staff seemed nice. Comfortable stay especially for the price.

the pillows are paper thin , ad to quest another . the hotel sits back behind the other hotels , makes it harder to find . besure to take exit5 not 4 , turn left across bridge , turn right before wendy's , look behind days inn . across the road from cracker barrel , they need a bigger sign to make it easier to find , to far away from lookout mountain […] , incline railway . unless u know ur way around chattanooga , best to find a hotel closer to the sights u want to see . no elevator , so if u smoke u have to climb around 12 steps to 2nd floor . pool was nice . their was trash right out the window when i looked out and alot of construction , where a hotel burn't down , it made the back of hotel look back . if u want a golden corral , it's on gumbarrel so is walgreens , walmart ... We stayed here because it was a 'pet friendly' hotel! The additional rate for the pet was reasonable and the accomodations were excellant for our overnight stay. Our room was close to an outside door which help when taking our dog outside. It would be nice if 'dog cleanup' facilities were offered. We would stay here again.

This Super 8 is an older facility that is in need of updating. While there is nothing terribly bad, overall the property needs a lot of updates. You can find a more comfortable room for the same price at other chains, which is why I would not recommend this hote.

If you're simply looking for a cheap nights stay, this will work. It was clean enough, and the location was nearby several eating establishments. However, a 2 story hotel with no elevator, and a breakfast that was not very appetizing did nothing to improve the overall satisfaction of our stay.

Very convenient location and affordable. Night manager was very unhelpful at check-in, as I had to walk up stairs to second floor with all luggage and three small children. Front door is not automatic and very narrow and awkward to navigate, not to mention stairwell, and he all but disappeared while I struggled. Day manager was great. Even made us […] an extra Belgian waffle after breakfast was over for my sleepyhead child still in the room. She also said late checkout was no problem. But over all I would not stay here again. Loud construction noise going on behind the hotel began at 7am on a Saturday, which just confirmed how glad I was to only be staying one night. Lisez la suite

We checked in early and stayed overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. For the price it was very good.

Hotel was clean, room was very nice for the money! Only down side was that we slept through the continental breakfast. Hotel is close to the mall and plenty of dining. Will definetly stay again when in the area.

Great place to stop for an early night with the kids. Tire them out in pool, feed them waffels and ceral in morning. Good value.

What a value for clean, comfortable room. Bed gave good support. Breakfast was much better than coffee and donuts. Had waffles, muffins, bagels. Pool was delightfully warm. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

I arrived and the front desk clerk was not that friendly. I had booked the room through hotels.com and he told me I would have to pay additional charges for my kids even though my room had to full size beds. The heater was very loud and kept my spouse and I up most of the night, the cleaning crew was very loud in the halls at 7 when they started cleaning. […] The breakfast was a joke, make sure you make plans to eat breakfast elsewhere. A one night stay over as we were traveling to a cabin in Gatlinburg the following day. The convenience of this Hotel was great, everything close by. The room was so so. Smelled kind of like cat litter. Beds were pretty comfy. It's not a 5 star, but overall not bad for a one night stay. Free breakfast was a plus, too.

The front desk did a good job in checking us in and answering any questions we had about finding dining places and the mall. The hotel is pretty smelly and the pool was extremely small. The sheets had some holes in them, but seem clean. The have a continetial breakfast which was good, but you had to eat in the dining area and could not take it up […] to your room and it. I did find some kind of ants or something in the room as well. There are other hotels and motels in the area that looked a lot better, so i really couldnt recommend this hotel unless they cleaned it up. Lisez la suite

This was a good budget hotel, they accepted our small dog with a $10 pet fee and the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel even had a pool (!) which I did not use but it looked nice. The breakfast in the morning was fair but they get points for having the Belgian waffle maker :). Overall a good stay.

Good basic hotel with all you need a bed, cable, wireless, fridge, microwave, and even breakfast. The hotel is right by all the shops, mall, and restuarants.

Our room smelled like feet but overall it was about right for the price and was convenient for our road trip down south. The breakfast was lacking but the overall hotel was OK.

Half way point of a long trip. Clean, good location, overall nice stay. Well worth the price.

The lobby was spacious and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were super cozy. The pillows were very, very thin. I had to ask for two more. The sheets did not fit the entire mattress, yuck. The bathroom was very moldy because the water was super hot and the vent did not work. There was no switch to turn it on. The bathroom needed […] a complete scrubbing. Breakfast was the usual bagels, waffles, muffins. Decaf was not hot. The children loved the pool and had fun swimming. They said the water was very warm. Not a bad price and location, but the heater was noisy and woke me each time it cycled on. Also, the tub dripped constantly. The bed was comfortable, but the hall was noisy, and no elevator was offered.

Nice staff and clean room. No elevator but not that big of a deal to me.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the condition of this motel. We were in Chattanooga to visit with our son so really just needed a place to sleep. The room was very basic, but clean. It could have used some updating, but for the price, nothing that I couldn't live without. Execellant location, close to Mall, restaurants, even a ***mart […] about a mile up the road. I am glad that we had a room on the main floor, because we would not have been able to carry luggage up the stairs. Lisez la suite
