hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

"Très bon rapport qualité/prix"
Un peu de laisser-aller dans le room service (cleaning) mais de manière générale c’est très propre, pas trop bruyant, bien situé (près de la Hwy 95), nourriture en quantité suffisante au petit-déjeuner qui était compris (ils font le plein très souvent!).Avis véridique Hotels.com

Propreté générale discutable. Chambre peu insonorisée ce qui m'a causé des problèmes de sommeil la nuit car beaucoup de va et vient des voyageurs. "Great place to stay before cruise or plane trip"
We stayed in this hotel twice. The first night was problematic because something in the plumbing kept making weird sounds through the night. We got a different room for the second night of our stay and it was very quiet. Our first room had a refrigerator, the second room did not. Other than minor maintenance issues and the lack of a restaurant, this hotel is worth the money. The on-site grill on serves a few items and each one takes 30 minutes or more to prepare and the results are not worth waiting for. The first night we stayed, there was noise in the plumbing pipes and the noise came from them not just when used but on and off the whole night. The next time we stayed there was no problem with that. The hotel pick up and drop off at the airport was very nice. We also left our car there while we were gone for a week for a very nominal fee. Overall, the condition of this hotel is very bad. The doors to the rooms look like they have not been painted in decades and the stairs leading to the second floor were very dirty and in bad repair. I took the last parking spot at 10:30 pm. I wanted to go somewhere but did not because I wouldn't have had a parking spot when I returned. Some box moving trucks took up several spots and cars honked all night long in protest as they rounded the lot not being able to park. The AC unit was VERY loud. The hotel cleanliness was terrible. The lock on our door was not safe and we were on the ground floor and we asked for a different room and of course none was available. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport for an early check-in and unfortunately the airport shuttle only runs every hour which meant we had to leave even earlier so […] we were at the airport two hours earlier than we needed to be. The place was completely booked, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given the wrong room at first, but when I told them, they quickly rectified the situation. It is an old building and looks it. It was clean enough--EXCEPT for the carpets. Our feet turned black as we walked on it-gross. We wore socks the rest of the time to protect […] our feet. There was no hot water in the morning, but when we checked out they said it was fixed and there was some timer on the hot water tank:/ The portable crib was gross just like the other hotel we stayed in, but we were given clean sheets and I soaked it in Lysol spray before the baby went in it (normally we bring our own, but forgot this time).
