Absolutely fabulous rate for a decent play to stay. Staff was 100% - friendly, welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

the hotel was clean and breakfast was good..we stayed four nights..the only problem was ..did not replenish our shampoo cups in rooms andcoffee....everything else was great

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. I have stayed at change hotels that were much worse. I arrived with a soft light on in the room. That was a nice touch. I received everything that I requested, room with fridge and microwave. The decor looked newly done. I would definitely stay here again.

First I told hotel .com I had a pet she said don't worry about that and continued with her speel, When I got there I was charged $12.00 for my Don't worry about it pet.. we wer placed in the very back where no one was, Very insecure, Heat did not always work in our room. I would have been better if you gave me $3.00 off and I could have bought 2 sausage […] muffins at McDonalds instead of what they had there. I also do not like the fact that when you google Baymont hotels I got Hotel .Com which I did not want. When I expressed my disatisfaction with the clerk at check in she informed me that there was nothing I could , I was booked by hotel.com which I was not satisfied with. I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont. I just would have preferred a room with a refrigerator in it. But other wise I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room was nice, the Wi-Fi terrible. Overall good stay.

Been traveling to Greenville for the past three years and have played musical chairs when it came to choosing a hotel. Wish I'd found this one three years ago. Will stay here from now on!

Overall not bad. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Got exactly would I requested. Bed was comfortable, however pillows were way too soft and provided very little support. Internet was not the most reliable. After hours, the connection was not always detectable and when it was, it was extremely slow. Breakfast did not look appetizing at the least. […] Location was good, pretty close to almost everything, i.e. within approx. a 10 minute drive at most. Safety was not a concern. Water went out late at night the last night I stayed and it didn't come back on till 10 that morning. Couldn't shower when I wanted to or flush the toilets.

The checkin and check out was very easy. The room was clean when checked in but housekeeping was disappointing. The garbage was not taken out unless requested and towels were not changed unless requested. The bed a little too hard and the pillows were way to thick were neck would hurt and uncomfortable. A great place to stay, Very fair value, not a Hilton, but not a Motel 6 either,,, We stay there every chance we get. Someone down below called it in the ghetto. That is laughable and clearly they dont have ghettos in Ohio where they are fro. I would hate for that person to truly end up in the ghetto, they would be shocked. Up until I'd stayed in this Baymont Inn, I thought it'd be just shy or comparable to a Hampton Inn. It's not. The host and hostess at the front desk were as cordial as could be and accommodating when I'd arrived, then I got to my room. End trails in the toilet were not a welcome sight!...OMG!...seriously!...not good. Bathroom...very small, bed...lumpy...surroundings...ghetto. […] Baymont has a long way to go. For one night, this hotel was below average. Office chair was broken, comforter was stained with something brown (took it off to sleep), sheets were paper thin, and the wifi was almost nonexistent. The next morning, I was never asked how my stay was, which is rare. Plus when i asked for a banana, they said it can get it myself in their Pantry. Really?! when i booked the room (online), there was no way to pay for your pet in advance. pets are allowed. the web site said that any additional fees would be added at check out. when i arrive, i took my dog for a walk. by the time i got back in my room, the phone rang. the desk cleck told me i needed to come to the desk and pay for my pet right then. enough […] for paying additional fees at check. oh by the way, they have Managers living on the complex watching you every move. so so sad. We have stayed here twice now and will be staying here again as work permits. Beds were great room was neat and clean.

Excellence!! First time visiting Greenville for an Oriention at ECU. The rooms were very, very clean. The location is right in the middle of EVERYTHING! I've already recommended the hotel to family and will be back in August and September for long weekend stays!!

I stayed at this hotel last minute and I was very pleased with the beds (very comfortable) and the pool was nice. The breakfast could have been better but it wasn't too bad. I liked the flat screen TV:) I would stay here again.

Could not recommend if you were bringing family or friends who want to use the pool. They say the pool hours are 10-10 until you actually get there...the pool was close by 8:30pm...we checked in at 6:30 got something to eat to return to the closed pool. Waste of money!

he front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. At 10:00 pm I noticed the comforters were extremely dirty and the shower was dirty. I told the front desk that I would like clean comforters and she was nice enough to offer a new room. We moved rooms and it was a little cleaner, comforters were dirty but not as bad as the first room. The a/c unit […] only worked on high! It was late and it was only for one night. I didn't want to change rooms again so I just put up with it. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Who wants to step in a shower/tub with some other strangers hair or a dirt ring around it, or sleep with a comforter that someone has blown their nose on? enough said. Our baseball team of 12 year olds recently stayed at the Baymont with their families. The hotel staff treated us like family. When we came in from a hot day, just as the pool was closing, they kept it open an extra 45 minutes to let the boys swim. They were also very friendly when we congregated in their breakfast area for pizza that evening. The rooms […] were quite nice; I'm certain they were newly renovated. comfortable beds and cheaper than a Hampton and many other motels, can't complain too much you get what you pay for. Adequate free breakfast. TV in workout room wouldn't work and the elliptical was broken. Asked at desk for batteries for TV remote to see if that was the problem with the TV [no 'power button]. Desk person was no help at all.

For the cost of the room, this was an excellent value. It is motel style, so for that type of a room, it was much nicer than expected, designed like a more costly hotel room. The coffee in the room wasn't great , but they have a decent complementary breakfast in the lobby for guests. Pros - the room was clean Cons - The rooms were small - the breakfast was not that great - round pre-shaped eggs and french toast that goes in a toaster - we did not like that the entry to room was from the outside - we did not realize that the rooms were like that in the Baymont.

We thought that since this was so cheap, the hotel would be like so many other low cost hotels but were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice, the room was really clean and comfortable and the pool was lovely. Great job

stay was great, room was nice bed was hard but in a comfortable way.....and all the pillows made it just a great place to lay your head and sleep i wish my girl would have come with me cause it would have been a great bed to do the deed...lol. We enjoyed our stay with one exception. Even though Memorial Day was upcoming and the temperature had been in the 80s and 90s for weeks, the pool had not been filled, and we didn't think it was necessary to ask before booking. Really disappointed we couldn't cool off in the pool after a long hot day of motorcycle riding out in the sun. That said, everything […] else was great.
