très bien, la sole remarque: il aurait fallu un peu plus de rangement, car ce n'est pas suffisant pour y rester plus que 3 ou 4 jours (moi je suis restée 9 jours).

très pratique car proche de l'aéroport, idéal quand on arrive en plein décalage horaire. La chambre est spacieuse et elles sont toutes équipées d'un frigo et d'un micro-ond en plus de la cafetière. Le petit déjeuner (inclus dans le prix) au RDC est très bien: café, jus de fruit, gauffres, oeufs brouillés, toasts, céréales...). 5 étages avec ascenseurs. très calme et en très bon état. adresse à retenir.

"Not bad : could be better for a Hyatt hotel"
Front desk employee didnt make any effort to speak slowly. I couldn't understand his southern accent and despite my resquests to repeat he didn't pay attention. Good location, clean public area. Room had a smell due to the AC. But clean and Middle value for money

Room had a mildew smell. The pool was not open and it was in the upper 80's. Had hair that was not ours on our towels. Just was not happy with the amount for what we paid.

It would have been great, had there been dressers for our clothing and not having to get our room key card reset everytime we left the room or attempted to reenter the hotel from any entry but the lobby.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. The hotel is welcoming when you arrive and is a quick shuttle ride from the airport. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. My visit was extremely short and I wish I had time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning, […] because it looked delicious and had gourmet breakfast sandwiches, etc, that I've never seen at a hotel continental before! We only stayed one night in this hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were top-notch and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, longer next time. The breakfast was incredible!! I will always try to stay at Hyatt Place during our travels if possible.

The staff ranks high in customer service. I met the most pleasant employee as I came in the door and she assisted me with the kiosk and the hotel checkin early in the day as there were rooms available.

Nice room, great location. Do not eat at the Holiday Inn next door, service was very slow over 1 hour to get our food. it was not even that busy.

The Hyatt was the perfect place to stay for travellers leaving on an early-morning flight the next day. It took less than 5 minutes to drive to the rental car return facility from the hotel which was awesome. The bed was supremely comfortable, but the TV placement was a little stupid...halfway between the 'bedroom' area and the 'living room' area, […] with no ideal viewing angles from either space. "Hotel Great, except they charged me $25 over quote"
The hotel and staff was very nice. However, I received a charge on my credit card for $ 25 that I did not owe. When I left the hotel, I was told nothing was due (and I purchased nothing). I pre paid the hotel charge. When I got my credit card bill, the hotel had put $25 on my card. Great location to Atlanta Airport. Nice, clean and wonderful complimentary breakfast!! Staff was very friendly. My air condition did not seem to work properly and I reported it as I left.

The hotel appears to have been recently given a facelift, but if you looks closely it's poorly maintained. The front desk clerk was rude, which wasn't very welcoming after a full day of travel. The room looked cleaned, but smelled like a wet dog. The airplanes overhead are very loud at times, but that's tough to avoid with an airport hotel. "College Park Hyatt"
Great hotel for our business trip and we did not need to rent a car due to the convenient shuttle service. Very good value for the price. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of fresh hot items. Great Starbucks brewed coffee is served each morning, coming from Seattle this is a must!

Hyatt place is my favorite brand for business travel. I have stayed at them all and go out of my way to book at this brand. This hotel was a cut above primarily because of the service. When we arrived our room that was booked with double bed was not available. We really needed this with a teenage girl, 9 ye old boy and nmy husband who is well over 6 feet. The room was nice. We had three adults and three kids. So we had two queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. My bed was too hard and I woke up stiff and sore. The room was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly One of the outlets at the sink was broken and that was aggravating when trying to get ready for a dance competition. Shuttle from terminal was "supposed" to run every 30 minutes. Waited over an hour and called the hotel twice. Finally got there. Hotel itself was nice enough if you find a way to get there.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The corridors were quiet. Other guests were very pleasant. The only complaint I had was the continental breakfast. It was not satisfactory at all and i was upset that the room i was in had no microwave.

"Great Stay!"
I flew to Atlanta for my birthday on my way to New York. I stayed just the one night at this Hyatt and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and nicer than I expected. The bus service to and from the airport was fast and on time. A must when you are catching a early flight.

I was disappointed that our fellow travelers were inconvienced with broken windows on their vehicles. There were several cars broken into during our stay. NOT a SAFE place to stay!

My stay at the Hyatt Place was terrific. From the time we walked in the door until the time we checked out our service was top of the line. Every employee was always smiling and extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit to the Hyatt Place. I give this hotel 5 stars!!

I could not believe the price for this hotel. I can only posit that there an abundance of hotels in the area of the airport and that keeps prices low. It isn't in the closest hub of airport hotels but that was ok for us since we didn't Originate at the airport.
