"Wow couldn't ask for more"
Hotel and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful actually it was a suite we were upgraded to when we arrived. The staff made you feel special the moment they opened your car door. Very clean hotel and rooms. This will be my only choice for future stays in New Orleans.
AWESOME HOTEL. Met Bruse Springsteen before Jazzfest. Love the PB&J.
With all the hotels around , your rate is so expensive.
"Weekend Escape"
It was enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the pool area, with nice view of the city. The French Quarter is within easy walking distance. Rooms could use some updating but where very comfortable. The Service was good starting from when we arrived. We were impressed with the security of the parking area and how it was manned. The staff seemed very happy […] and willing to provide good service. "Great Service and Tradition"
This is a great hotel with great traditions and service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is convenient to the French Quarter - with a walk and is great if you have business in the CBD. I loved the PB&J tradition. I will come back.

"La Pavillon"
Stayed a night prior to our cruise. Very nice hotel, easy in and out, convenient, very classy. Would stay again without a doubt.
"Excellent!"
I have stayed at Le Pavillon Hotel many times, and will certainly return. The staff is always helpful and charming. The beautiful hotel is a welcome sight to come home to after a busy day (or night) in New Orleans. Highly recommended!
"Most......"
Friendly and professional staff. Could not have asked for more.

"Wonderful Staff, Gorgeous Hotel"
This is a gorgeous, old New Orleans hotel. The staff was wonderful and the rooftop pool was absolutely lovely.
"Always Great"
I always enjoy my stay at Le Pavillon. People are great and not too far from the quarter.
"50/50 plan see all 50 states b-4 we're 50"
We were very, very happy w/our hotel & would stay again if the chance came up. The only disappointment (I don't know if we miss something) but it didn't offer a free hotel shuttle to airport. That was the main reason we picked the hotel. :p
"Le Pavillon is a cut above"
This might be the friendliest hotel I've ever encountered. This was our third stay, and each time the staff finds new ways to charm me. They kicked off in fine style this trip with a gift basket thanking me for coming back. Are you listening, Marriott? The little touches around the building just make it feel so inviting and fun. They bring their A-game […] for Easter: baskets full of candy around the lobby, a pop-up petting zoo with bunnies, chicks, and baby ducks (oy, the cute!), and all sorts of other trappings that just make guests feel loved. This has become our staycation favorite (we live in New Orleans) and it's going to take a lot for another local hotel to get my business. Who else offers a PBJ bar in the lobby every night? Le Pavillon is perfect. Lisez la suite
"Beautiful & charming hotel w/A+ service"
We could not have been more satisfied with our room & staff. Each & every member of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable & most helpful whenever approached. Was pleasantly surprised when we returned to our room & found complimentary champagne and gift box of assorted goodies to eat for our birthdays. (we were both celebrating our birthdays which are […] 1 day apart.) Loved every minute we spent at the hotel. Lisez la suite

"Quaint"
Very Quaint and staff very friendly and helpful.
"Loved it there!"
We loved this hotel. The staff was super nice (we do not usually stay in hotels with a doorman and bell boys so that was a fun experience) and the hotel was beautiful! They have a pb&j and hot chocolate buffet every night between 10 & 11. That was incredible! When traveling with three teenage boys that never get full that helped so much. Not to mention […] it was something to look forward to every night. We didn't eat the breakfast buffet though. A little pricey for five people to eat breakfast. But we will definitely return to this hotel every time we come back. Thank for making our first NOLA experience wonderful :) Lisez la suite

"Le Pavillion Hotel in New Orleans, LA"
Great customer service! Lovely hotel. A step back in time.
"True flavor of New Orleans"
I loved the hotel. Had only one night in New Orleans and wanted one with a true flavor of old New Orleans. From the doorman in tails and top hat to the chandeliers to the staircase and marble counters....the place was elegant and beautiful. However after a recent renovation it also had comfortable beds and an elegant yet modern bathroom. Unique drawn […] bath services to nightly peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with milk or hot chocolate served in the lobby just took this hotel over the top! Lisez la suite
"Definitely recommend this hotel!"
We just left the hotel a little bit ago and we will definitely stay there when we go back to New Orleans. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Although I was hoping to see a ghost or two (5th most haunted hotel in NO), I was still very satisfied with the hotel (I think my husband and kids were happy that we […] didn't see anything). Every night between 10 and 11 pm they have a peanut butter & jelly buffet in the lobby with hot chocolate. This was super nice and we even started looking forward to it every night. Traveling with teenage boys who are never full....this came in very handy. Not to mention the great conversation we would have in the lobby with the other guests. This hotel was perfect for my family. The rooftop pool & hot tub was another nice effect. We will be back! Lisez la suite

"Beautiful Old-- World Charm"
Very traditional Old World French decor--beautiful if you appreciate that style. Very clean, room on the small side, but very clean. Friendly staff with knowledgeable concierge service. About 10-15 min walk to beginning of French Qtr
"Le Pavillon Hotel is nice old building"
Good hotel. Old building but well kept. In walking distance to French Quarter, about 15 minutes walk.
"Great staff, unique extras"
If you are traveling with kids this is a great choice. Located just a few blocks west of Canal street is ideal as the hotels around the Quarter can be quite noisy. The hotel takes you back to 1912 with the decor; grand lobby and dining room, and the door men in top hats. The rooftop pool/whirlpool provided a nice break between our daily excursions and […] our evening dinners. The topper for our boys was the nightly PB&J reception in the lobby. The evenings were just cool enough to make the delicious hot chocolate hard to resist. We paid $39 daily for valet parking and could access our car at any time. We chose to eat breakfast at Mother's down on Poydras instead of the hotel as it was a bit pricey and our kids can be picky eaters anyway. A couple of nods to the staff at Le Pavillon who were always pleasant and helpful . When I explained my son had medication that needed refrigeration one was brought up immediately at no charge. Also, as we headed out one drizzly morning, the door man noticed my hubby did not have an umbrella like I did and provided one for him. There were several moments like this during our stay. "Great Hotel!"
I was very pleased with this hotel. Will stay here again.
"A grand hotel near the French Quarter"
We chose this hotel based on other reviews and we were not disappointed! Close to the French Quarter and RIverwalk, it made it easy to see the Big Easy! Oh, and the nightly PB&J sandwiches was a fun time for all the guests.
"Bad experience"
The front desk staff was borderline rude at times, not just to me but to others as well. The floor I was on was noisy all night with people running up and down the halls slamming doors. I called the front desk three times and they did nothing. I got less than 5 hours of sleep each night I was there. This is not what I expect from a hotel of this ca […] liber. Lisez la suite

"Elegantly Comfortable"
The hotel was wonderful. We stayed with our 14 and 9 year old. They loved the elegantly decorated room and foyer. It was a great experience to share with them such a sophisticated experience. All of that AND a peanut butter buffett at night!
"Le Pavillon -luxury but no amenities"
I recently stayed at this hotel with my partner. Even though the architecture is impressive -it seems as if you walked into a French castle- I gotta say, I expected more for what we paid. The best features are probably the looks and location (beautiful, not too close to the French quarter but still within walking distance). Their restaurant quality […] was superb, all the way from the ambiance to the service to the delicious menu. However, DO NOT expect any of the extras that have become pretty standard at chain hotels, such as free continental breakfast, free parking, coffee maker in the room and free toiletries --I mean, I had to pay for an alka-seltzer. All in all, a pretty hotel but for the price, I would've rather stay at a plain chain with more amenities. Lisez la suite
"Ghoasties"
Fantastic hotel! Beautiful chandeliers, artwork, classy appointments. Room was small, but finely articulated. The hotel pool on the roof, was beautiful at day and night, though the paintings up there, were a little hokey. The best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life, and that's not even including our ghost experience. I wish I could stay here everytime […] I go to New Orleans, but I can never afford this again. Night of a lifetime. Lisez la suite
"Excellent hotel and staff"
The hotel was great and the staff was very attentive. We were going to the french quarters, so it was a bit of a walk. The parking next to the hotel is pricey, but very convenient.

"Close as you want to be to Bourbon Street"
This hotel is about 4 blocks from Canal and Bourbon, It is extremely nice and has great rooms. Free Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwichs as night with hot chocolate. Recommend for anyone that wants to be in New Orleans, walk to bourbon but doesn't want to stay there.

"Good Place to stay in DT New Orleans"
Great Hotel! Awesome greeting when we first got there. No hassle greeting. Super fast check in! But, elevators were packed due to many people showing up for spring break. Had to use the stairs when checking out. I didn't mind, since I was on the 3rd floor. Nice quiet rooms. Clean everything! Didn't like the open shower concept. All glass door or shower […] curtain would have been nice. Made a mess because of this. Also, really noisy bathroom fan, but it served it's purpose to hide noises, LOL! But other than that, i would love to stay there again for the price. Great friendly staff. Wish I would have tried the food, looked real good. Great walking to distance to all the great tourist places. Great bars and restaurants just walking distance. Lisez la suite
"Location, location, location!"
Great old world hotel conveniently located to everything. Warm and traditional. Though didn't have a PB & J sandwich thought it was a nice touch. Reasonably priced and good quality restaurant. Woukd definitely return!
"Le Pavillon - New Orleans - A very good experience"
The Le Pavillon had a certain olde world charm, good customer service, and best of all is only a five minute walk to the French Quarter. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it, the staff were very helpful and courteous and we loved the complimentary milk and peanut butter sandwiches each night!
"Le Pavillion---Wonderful"
My husband and I recently spent six great nights at this lovely hotel. Great location and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
