Holiday Inn O'Hare - Chicago

l'hotel est à 40 minutes du centre, il faut traverser une grand route sans passage piéton pour aller à la station de métro la plus proche (5 min à pied). l'hotel mériterai une bonne équipe de bricoleur pour réparer ceertain équipement qui laisse à désirer. N'espérez pas de trouver des commerces proche de l'hotel, il faut d'office prendre le métro.

Je recommanderais sans problème cet établissement. Nous avons demandé avant notre arrivée une chambre tranquille on a été bien accomodé, étant installé dans un secteur moins achalandé de l'établissement. Propreté et service très bien. Seuls points négatifs la piscine était non-disponible souvent en raison de réparations mais c'est probablement pas un […] problème permanent et en terminant faut être conscient (et nous l'étions donc c'est pas une plainte) que le downtown est à 40 mins en métro. This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. There was a frig in the room which is always great when traveling with kids. This hotel had some awesome water pressure in the shower too. Very close to an "L" train station which was very convenient. It was located in what seemed like a nice neighborhood.

The sheets did not stay on bed. The tub had a bubble in it, so it felt like you were on a surfboard. Otherwise the staff was good and a great local for train.

Everything was as expected.Our only critism was how loud the restaurant/bar was. We could hear it on the second floor, which is where our room was. Very loud when you come into the lobby too. On our third night we had very loud neighbors that partied until 1 pm. Walls are thin.

Got stuck in chicago for two extra days because of weather. First day the airline took care of a night in the Renaissance and then second night we stayed at the HI because it was less expensive. Not a bad hotel, a little old fashioned but good for the price. The restaurant was great.

t was good, but the hotel front desk person misdirected my party to our location downtown. We ended up walking around for 2 hours trying to find the place. Also, the eggs at breakfast were not acceptable. They tasted like egg beaters. The room was awesome and all tat was included was good except that the bathroom fan did not work.

Location was great since its right next to the highway. I saw reviews saying this hotel wasn't very cleanly but I beg to differ. This hotel in general was very clean and the room was amazing. I am in hotels over 200 nights a year, and this Holiday Inn Express easily met my expectation. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Bar Louie downstairs is great and the breakfast spread is more than expected. Convenient to O'Hare and the CTA Blue Line. I would gladly stay here again.

My first time traveling to Chicago. In town on business for trade show and the front desk manager was very accommodating and helpful in my requests. Menu selection at the bar/restaurant/grill downstairs could be improved. Many restaurants around, but be prepared to pay a lot of cab fare to get around.

An older hotel with an updated outside, the interior could use a bit of work. The plastic cups in the bathroom were defective - thus causing water to spill all over the countertop. The staff was friendly and efficient but the property needs a major refresh. Lounge chairs in the lobbyare ragged, carpet in the hallways is stained and well past its useful life. The hotel is very close to the Blue "L". You have to go across a road, but a very easy walk, if you don't mind walking. Staff was great, no frills, but it was a place to sleep before an early flight.

Nice, clean modern rooms with all the amenities. Exercise room had good, clean equipment for cardio and decent weight machine. Off the lobby, Bar Louie might make you stay down out of your room if you're spending the night. Walking from the CTA station was a bit of pain, but if you called the lobby they would send their shuttle I'm sure.

Our Expedia deal included free breakfasts. First day was busy there with and asked about free breakfast and our server said no they didn't have that, so we ate and paid. Skipped eating there on second day because breakfast for two added up to $30 the day before. So, went on third day and waitress asked if we had a voucher for breakfast....went to front […] desk and asked and received voucher for the next 2 days. My fault probably for not asking at check in. Requested a non-smoking king through hotels.com and when I got there, there were none available except for a handicapped accessible room. All other kings were smoking rooms. The handicapped accessible room was just a little awkward for me, with the shower stream hitting me below the stomach, it was that low. Probably good for some people, but not for […] me, and I had requested that specific room well in advance, so that was a bit annoying. We made reservations two weeks in advance. Hotel was busy with conferences or something, so the lobby was always loud, staff was busy giving people directions to places (hello, phone, gps?) and I was generally dissatisfied with my stay. Location is the reason I choose this hotel it is priced correctly and includes parking. Resturant is decent and breakfast though extra is very eleborate. Staff is always helpful and welcoming!

Expensive but good location. I'd stay here again. Beware parking is $25/night unless you are able to snag a street spot, just make sure you leave before 7am or put money in the meter. Also per friendly (for $50/night-ouch) which was a must for us.

The pool was closed which we wanted to use. Difficult to get anywhere from the hotel using public transportation. No businesses and stores nearby.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was fine with simple and tasty food. I was in a workshop held in the hotel and was pleased with the amenities it had all I needed. I didn't want to go downtown and there was a train station across the road if I had wanted to.

I chose this hotel due to its walking proximity to the Blue Line Cumberland stop, two stops from O'Hare. I was barely at the hotel, but it did seem very nice and clean. Price is reasonable given location and surrounding hotels.
