Hotel was clean, quiet central location. Staff was very frendly. Had a frig and mirco wave in room.. I would stay again.

Rugs were not clean. Heating system was very loud and kept me awake. Breakfast has gotten more "basic" under the new management.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was decent. I'm not sure why others reviewed this hotel negatively. It's not posh by any means, but neither is the price. A relatively inexpensive hotel, with some amenities. We weren't there for vacation; Iwe were dropping off our daughter at college. Yes, I'd stay here again.

No water pressure, I mean none. Window blew out of broken frame and they did not fix it for us. Cigg burn holes in comforter. The room was very clean though. And desk clerks very nice.

Dated, needs major rooms renovation.

We arrived late at this hotel after a long day of travel. The hotel computer was down (I learned later that it has been "down" for months), and as I was checking in, another patron was complaining that her room needed to be vacuumed. Hotel is old and run down. We had booked a non-smoking room, and got was was represented as "the last room available […] in the hotel" which was clearly a smoking room, on a smoking hall, with a cardboard sign on the TV that said "please don't smoke." It was on the first floor next to the exercize room. Very noisy with highway traffic. Room and hall reeked with smoke. But worse, we did not have clean sheets on our bed! The desk provided us with another set of sheets, and the young man, at the front desk was very apologetic, and hotels.com was very cooperative in assisting us. But this looks like a recurring problem for this hotel. DON'T go there. Lisez la suite

I had made this NON-SMOKING reservation 2 months in advanced. The linens and sheets smelled like smoke and there were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Kids were running up and down the hall screaming and I almost died when I saw a large dog in the hall barking. What a joke.

We made the reservations at this motel about two weeks in advance with a booking company; there were to be two of us. The e-mail confirmation indicated only one adult and after a call to the Day' Inn, they adjusted their info to two adults. Upon arrival, they had indeed only planned for one, we accepted the error but the room only had one smaller than […] double bed. Inn addition even though we were in a supposedly no smoking room,. the smell of cigarette smoking was overpowering. It was not a good nite. Lisez la suite

Motel used to be a holiday inn and gone down since going to comfort inn. don't stay here, not worth the money

even though we had a room facing the highway, I had no trouble sleeping soundly. We had a King, no smoking room, and there was no scent of smoke at all, the bed was quite comfortable.There was a coffee maker and blow dryer in the room which wasn't expected. We had room 368. Right next to the exit stairs too. Would stay again.

The hotel looked sort of new and nice from the front, but when you drive to the rear to park it looked old and awful. Smoking rooms were close to non-smoking rooms, and even though my room was on a different corridor it still smelled smoky, which was disgusting. We smelled both cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. This hotel has a convenient location and the wifi worked. Aside from that it was about what I expected. It was an older hotel in need of renovation. Not that clean and not that comfortable but we were just passing through and the price was right.

My son and I had a nice stay here. Spent nights here, did six flags during the day. The hotel lobby is very nice and modern, the rooms were clean and comfortable but obviously hadn't been redone in many years but still very nice not falling apart just older, staff was friendly also. Good location there is a Denny's, a Friendly's, an Applebee's, and […] The ninty nine (famliy rest.) right across the street. There was also a large shopping plaza with a Walmart in it right up the road. I would defiantly stay here again if I was in the area. Lisez la suite

The room we had, the box springs had no bedskirt and they were very dirty and stained and covered in filth and hair...there was no fan in the bathroom or it didn't work. The ice machine was right out of our door and kept me up all night and I could hear the neighbors through the connecting door. Overall for the price, it was better than staying in Northampton […] but I don't know that I would do it again. Depends how cheap I was feeling when I book. Lisez la suite

We were there for one night only while looking at colleges. It was convenient to shops and restaurants and right off the highway so it suited our purpose. Not luxurious, but clean and fairly quiet. The facilities could use some updating. The rooms were equipped with old tv's -- not a big deal, but most hotels have changed over to flat screens by now. […] It is next to a major road but my room was in the back so there was a dim hum of road traffic. I blocked it out as "white noise." Also, when we first arrived, there was the sound of a dog barking incessantly. The staff ackowledged that dogs are allowed and that the "parents" were out for a while. When we returned later in the evening, the dog was no longer barking. Obviously, the "parents" had returned. There was a pleasant continental breakfast in the morning. Not too fancy but adequate if you were on the run and wanted something quick. The coffee was good. We didn't use any other facilities so I can't comment on that. All in all, a fine budget hotel in a convenient area. Lisez la suite

The hotel and staff were very nice, I would recommend this hotel.

very easy to get to-close to Mass. Pike. Quiet considering it is near the highway and our room was in the front of the building. Waffles for breakfast not just cereal and danish. clean room which smelled nice when we arrived. Good price.

Nicest Days Inn I have ever visited. And the Chicken Parm at the Denny's across the street was excellent.

The staff at Days Inn went above and beyond their duties. They made our stay very enjoyable

The hotel itself is fine. Clean rooms and large beds. Unfortunately, it is located right off a major highway, and the noise is loud and constant throughout the night. Also, our pillows were awful! Too full/hard and lumpy.

The hallways and rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. There is also a night club/bar attached to it and you can hear the bass thumping half the night. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights, but checked out after the first night.

Nice place, clean room. Only negative is the pillow was too firm. Next time ill bring my own.

Very good location. The staff where very friendly and very helpful!! Rooms where clean and comfortable!

It was hard for me to find as I don't have GPS. I had to telephone to the desk for help and they were very good. There is a fun restaurant next door. The breakfast is included and was fine. The staff were also helpful in giving me directions when I left in the morning. Once you figure it out the Days Inn is very conveniently located at Exit 5 on the […] Mass Pike. Lisez la suite

The service was incredible. I left some clothing in my room after checkout. Not only did the hotel have it, they sent it back to me by UPS. I got it the next day. The desk staff and hospitlality/breakfast gal were super friendly, gracious and efficient-like staying at a friends home. They could not do enough for us. This hotel appears to have 'permanent residents' staying there. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. I will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel staff was friendly; the rooms clean and functional. I think it is an excellent hotel for a quick 1-3 night stay but would be a bit cramped for anything beyond that. We did have four adults in our party and we didn't have issues.

I wanted to get a clean but inexpensive room for the night to take my kids to the Basketball Hall of Fame. What I booked was a single room with 2 Queen-size beds. What I got was a room with 2 full size beds. Not a huge deal, but I would have liked what I paid for. Also, the hotel is on a very busy street. Traffic noise was a problem.

Days inn in chicopee, Ma is a great place to stay, it has a nice location with many stores in walkin distance. The hotel is very clean compare to other Days inn in West Springfield where I had stayed before.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay if you want convenience and no frills. Close to the highway, plenty of food nearby, easy access to everywhere...Very basic hotel room, I would not expect any frills...INTERESTINGLY, this was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have a place to hang your clothes...kind of funny, but everything else […] was fine Lisez la suite

It was very nice. We liked that it was clean and neat. For a family of 4 it was comfortable. We enjoyed free continental Breakfast. The staff for the most part was attentive and polite. We loved the stores near by and the restaurants

There is nothing great about this hotel. Stay only if you must. Price was very high since it was graduation weekend. The 3rd party restaurant was good.

The Days Inn in Chicopee was very clean and the staff was very curtious. It is seconds away from major shopping centers and freeway access. I will recommend this astablishment to anyone who wishes to stay in this area.

The hotel is old and actually in pretty good shape. The people who work there really make the place great. Nicole, Ronald, Michelle and Charlear are the ABSOLUTE BEST.

The staff was polite, some were friendlier than others. Yes the side doors do not have locks on them but once you're in your room there are 3 locks on the door, so it shouldn't be a concern. the hotel is off of a major road and the pike, so you don't need to worry about people snooping around. the breakfast was great, a lot of different cereals, coffee […] juice. bread muffins, bagels..much more than i expected. overall the place was great, especially if all you're using it for is a place to sleep. Was very surprised that the side and back doors didn't have the security locks on them. They were actually taken out of the doors themselves so anyone could open the doors and walk into the hotel without having to go through the main lobby. Didn't feel safe at all seeing that. The bathrooms looked like they let a child run around with a hammer and bang […] on everything and it took a very long time for the hot water to become hot in the shower in the morning. The hotel is very old and smells like a bowling alley. The carpets are all stained. Our first room they gave us had blood stained blankets on it. I requested another and the second room was better..less stains. There was garbage - pizza boxes in the hallways- looked like very limited housekeeping done.
