Très bien, un peu d'attente dans le froid à notre arrivée pour la navette... mais très vite oublié car très bon accueil à l'hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable.

For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

Loin de l'aéroport, 40$ en taxi. c'est la banlieue de Philadelphie, pas de mauvaise surprise vous savez à quoi vous attendre, standard Howard Johnson. Réception OK, un Wendy's pour manger juste à côté. les chambres sont assez grande, salle de bain propre, lit ok sans plus. Hotel d'étape, pas de vacances complète. Mais n'hésitez pas.

"Hôtel comfort inn downtown historic area"
Séjour à Phila très agréable. Hôtel idéalement situé à environ 15 min à pieds du centre historique (independance hall, liberty bell, independance visitor center ...). "Bonne insonorisation"
Même si notre chambre donnait sur une autoroute, nous n'avons pas été le moins du monde génépar le bruit. ve n'est pas le cas partout!Avis véridique Expedia
Dans notre chambre on entend le bruit des voitures sur l'autoroute très très bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel a de la difficulté à faire un sourire et le service (check in) très très très long. Très mal organisé. De plus, pour les déjeuners, tout y était mais il manquait de tout, tout le temps, le personnel ne faisait pas le remplissage des aliments qui […] manquait et en plus, il manquait de place pour s'asseoir et la file d'attente pour faire cuire les rôties était très longue. C'était très long le matin pour déjeuner. Mon point positif, l'emplacement et le coût très abordable. Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff, fantastic service. I travel for work (35 states each year) and the staff here is some of the best I've seen at this tier of hoteI; cheery, knowledgeable and capable. I requested a cab the night before and it was promptly waiting for me. "Brief stay convenient"
I liked the hotel. The staff were friendly. They include breakfast, which had a good selection. Basket of cookies at front desk provided for mid-day snack. It was a very busy seating area where you sat down to eat. It was convenient to the school my son had his graduation.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Great location across from the river"
This hotel was directly across from the river and we were able to walk to many things. The hotel provides shuttle service to any where within several blocks which was great. The shuttle drivers were really friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was really good although I would have liked to see some healthier choices. Three things really bugged us: […] 1. the bathroom door was sprung and made a really loud screeching noise. Both days we were there I asked the front desk to do something about it and they said they would and didn't. 2. The hotel charges $25/day to park your car. I did not see this on the website when I booked. After the fact I did find it under "parking". It should have been more obvious. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was price. When you add in the cost of parking the total cost was equal to or higher than other hotels. 3. The housekeeping lady was very loud and very rude. Several people had the "quiet" signs on their doors at 8 a.m. and she was yelling down the hall and making all kinds of loud noise. When I said I would be leaving in a few minutes she asked me to bring her my trash can. When I said I would be leaving she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! I was there a few months prior when it was comfort inn and three renovations look great! Staff very friendly and understanding! They were busy so it took forever to get a refrigerator in my room but once they explained to me the problem I was OK. Great location for partying /clubbing downtown Philly! I have stayed in many hotels before and is the first time that I as a guest had to pay $25 dollar for parking in the hotel that I was staying in. Also, for the price I paid, the room seem so pathetic no closet, no mini fridge and a very small bathroom. I stayed overnight, and I must say. Everything is great but you may want to skip their breakfast and hope that they get their elevator situation straightened out. It is slow and clunky and takes a long time arriving at your floor and an even longer time gettng you to the lobby.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I was in Philadelphia for a sporting event, and this hotel was accessible to the sports complex south of town via a relatively short cab ride. The property is situated next to I-95, which made for a bit of a noisy stay. "Cheap and walking distance to sights"
Nice price for a Sat night in Philly. Walking distance to good locations like South Street and the liberty bell. Plenty of restaurants and shops there. Located within 5-10 min of the Ben Franklin bridge so very easy to get out of dodge. Breakfast was eh - food was avg but it was overly crowded so we had to take the food back up to the room. I have stayed there numerous times as the hotel is close to our Philadelphia Old City office and if I ever have a problem or need, the staff is always so helpful.. "Sound of traffic"
The price was right but ask for the front of the hotel as the traffic sound from the elevated highway running behind the hotel made it hard to sleep soundly. The AC/Heater unit did not have a FAN ON setting so there was no way to create white noise to help. Parking at $25 a night is steep.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Too Close for Comfort"
While the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice, we had a definite problem just trying to get a cup of coffee in the morning. There were several busloads of girls staying there who were all in the tiny little breakfast room at once. This amount of humanity should have been broken down into shifts in order to allow other hotel guests the opportunity […] to actually get something to eat. "Eminently forgettable"
My stay in this hotel is eminently forgettable. Location and approach are not ideal. Reception and customer service pathetic. People who book on their web site get preference in room selection over third party bookings. The two days we were there, it was so crowded, we could not have proper breakfast when it was open. Most of the menu items were finished […] and were not replaced. They only said we are sorry!! Finally we had to pay $25 per day for parking even inside hotel property. Lastly there was lot of confusion over settling my final bill at check out. I had to stand in line for a long time to sort things out (Obviously there are lot of people in the same situation). There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower when we got in the room, we found big Doritos crumbs along the perimeter of the bed, we also found a cell phone that may have belonged to a previous guest. Which means the room was not cleaned thoroughly.Avis véridique Hotels.com
