Très agréables vacances au parc hôtel, nous avons apprécié le confort, l'environnement, la propreté, la nourriture. Hôtel à conseiller. Assez difficile à trouver même avec un GPS.

Avec ses piscines et sa situation, l'hotel est agréable. Mais, attention, il y a eu problème sur le nettoyage final, (il s'agit en fait d'un petit appart , séjour avec kitchenette + chambre + salle d'eau) : le réceptionniste voulait nous le faire payer, jusqu'à ce que je lui montre le mail de "hotels.com" disant qu'il était compris. Il a donc accepté mais en précisant que cela n'était pas normal et qu'il devait en parler avec "Venere" qui est le vrai intermédiaire, même si on réserve sur "hotels.com. Par ailleurs, l'état des lieux n'ayant lieu qu'après 8h, il faut laisser la caution par carte et compter sur leur bonne foi si on doit partir avant (nous devions être à l'aéroport à 7h30.) Insonorisation mauvaise , chambre confortable mais clic-clac du séjour très fatigué. Bref pas cher en cette saison, pratique, belles installations mais attention aux termes de la réservation.

l'hôtel est situé prés de l'autoroute, (2km) ont échappe à son bruit, un arrêt de bus situé juste en face nous emmêne en ville en un rien de temps. L'acceuil y est chaleureux, le personnel souriant. La chambre 108 située au rdc est correcte, propre, grande avec sa petite entrée sa sdb (douche à l'italienne c'est le seul bémole on met de l'eau partout). Buffet au petit déjeuner copieux. Pizzéria à proximité (Un angolo di Lessinia -via croce Bianca) rapide pas très chers et de qualité. Séjour professionnel pour mon mari et vacances pour moi réussi.

Hotel 4* très classique. Décoration à l'ancienne un peu désuète. Bonne qualité du petit déjeuner. Bon accueil mais très impersonnel. Chambre calme et soignée mais de petite taille pour un hôtel 4*. Aucune trace du "surclassement à l'arrivée" évoqué sur Hotels.com. Parking horriblement cher (23€ la nuit) mais il est vrai que Vérone n'a que peu d'endroits […] pour garer les voitures. Rien à redire pour cet hotel au coeur de la Citta Antica. Hotel climatisé avec wifi gratuit et petit déjeuner inclus à 15 min en taxi de l'aéroport. chambre très propre et très calme.

hôtel très bien situé dans la Vérone piétonne à 10mn à pied du balcon de Juliette et des arènes. Très bon accueil, hôtel élégant avec du marbre partout, un parking à 200m où l'on est conduit par un membre de l'hôtel. Chambre hyper spacieuse 60m² environ bien qu'un tout petit peu sombre avec salon, très grande SDB... Literie extrêmement confortable. Seul […] bémol : le petit-déjeuner. Hotel de 99 chambres, espaces communs très beaux, chambre de taille moyenne mais très propre, en plein centre ville. "Walking distance to downtown area - great service!"
This hotel got great marks! We told them we were coming for a special getaway weekend, and they upgraded us to one of their nicest rooms because it was available for that night. Beautiful! The only complaint we had was that the room smelled like smoke, but they promptly sent a chambermaid to the room with Fabreeze, and our stay was comfortable after […] that. The hotel's situated in the downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops, and sites (to include Juliet's balcony) nearby. When we had to checkout but still planned to sightsee, the hotel let us keep our bags there and ensured our valuables were in a safer place. Customer service was always outstanding. The Accademia is superbly placed and only a few minutes walk to the Piazza Erbe and the Arena. The only improvement would have been tea & coffee making facilities in the room. "Lovely hotel & staff - aircon poor!"
I only grip I can lay on this hotel was the air conditioning - it didn't work & was very warm and made the room uncomfortable. The hotel staff were aware of the problem but assured me they would turn it off but in facted didn't!

Great location, beds, staff and dining room. Loved the quaintness of the bar which was a little outdated, yet perfectly charming. Buffet breakfast was impressive for an included continental breakfast. Would not stay any where else while in Verona. Perfect.

"Location, location, location"
We picked this hotel because of its location and that is as central as you can get in Verona. However the friendly service at this hotel was also fantastic. The only reason I've given 4 rather than five for cleanliness is that there was a white bit of plastic inside the bathroom door - it had been cleaned away by the next day.

We arrived by train, and a taxi from the station to the hotel was only 10 euros, quick trip. We were a little early and check in was no problem. "Great Hotel"
Hotel Accademia is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Verona, very close to all the main tourist sites. The included breakfast is good and the personnel is really nice and helpful. We were there for Christmas and received a Pandoro as a present, very nice and delicious detail !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My boyfriend and I were traveling though Europe for a month and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at regarding customer service. "Perfect location luxurious stay fab beakfast"
We had a large spacious well equipped room only criticism if any - was no tea or coffee making facilities but breakfast more than made up for it. Plentiful buffet with so much choice lovely scrambled eggs with ham/sausage and lare selection of cereals, cheeses, fruit ,cakes, toast and juices and a waiter on hand at all times replenishing coffee/tea […] and constantly replenishing the buffet bar. Hotel was close to everything so nothing ever too far away. 25 minute walk from Verona station but only 10 euros in a cab if you dont want to walk. "Top rate hotel except for the restaurant"
The hotel is clean and efficiently run; quite Germanic in style ( at least in contrast to Firenze where we had just stayed). The only thing that let it down was the restaurant where we ate on the first night - the food was quite disappointing, certainly given the prices charged. Having said that, the breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge choice […] of different foods. "convenient for all things touristy"
We arrived to verona by train. We took a taxi from train station and it was about 12 euros. It was pretty far from the station, but close to all things touristy- shops and attractons. We arrived and the hotel was clean and everyone was really nice/helpful and spoke english. The hotel bar was comfortable, but closed at midnight. We were allowed to stay […] as long as we liked though. The hotel recommended a restaurant a few blocks away. Obviously a tourist restaurant, but it was good. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Once we had someone show us how to use the air conditioning controls, it worked great. The shower was great, with three heads! It is located in the heart of the old city and has a great location. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff made us most welcome. Single rooms were larger than the norm and were kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. Hotel is well situated for all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in downtown Verona in an upscale area. The hotel is just off the main strip, giving you easy access to all the local attractions. Verona is a very walkable city, and all of the major sites could be reached within at most 15 minutes. This hotel is located in the middle of everything, in the heart of Verona. The service is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is that leaving the elevator you have to walk some stairs and it might be inconvenient for someone with disabilities.

We were very pleased with the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was large and clearly had been renovated recently. The bathroom was very large by european standards including a tub with jets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent in the heart of the old city, close to major attractions. Price was very reasonable. Only two caveats, […] in the high tourist season I expect the area around the hotel would be extremely busy. Second there are a lot of steps between the elevator and our room and at the entrance to our room. The only drawback to writing a positive review is that I may not be able to reserve a room the next time we visit Verona if too many people book here.
