Hotel un peu vieillot, mais confortable, possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Très bien situé, à 2 mn à pied de la Tour de Pise. Par compte, le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible

Cet hotel a vu de meilleures heures. Son passé n'est rien d'autre que passé. Toute trace de style et de grandeur ont été effacés par le manque d'entretien, d'attention, de service et surtout par une clientèle trop passagère. Les corridors et espaces communs de cet hotel souffrent de manque d'entretien chronique et sont en fait un peu sales. La réception […] est le seul endroit acceptable de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont petites et la salle de bains est minable, point barre. Les murs sont mal insonorisés, mais j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un voisin tranquille qui a foutu le camp à 04:00 du mat, sans trop faire de bruit. Je n'ai choisi cet hôtel que par sa localisation, à 200 mètres de la tour de Pise. En fait cette ville n'est d'aucun intérêt ne soit de la magnifique tour et basilique. Et comme la majorité des touristes qui s'y rendent, je n'y ai été que parce que mon vol quittait de Pise... autrement jamais je ne serais passé par cet endroit. Lisez la suite

confort très moyen pour un 4*, impersonnel même si polis, détecteur de fumée clignotant toute la nuit vert au dessus du lit, lits jumeaux (avec trou++au milieu), grand lit réservé mais pas dispo.., petit déjeuner correct mais personnel bruyant et nourriture moyenne, pas de fenêtre dans salle de bain donc ventil obligée mais très bruyante, cher pour […] la qualité mais on paye la situation++ à 50m de la tour, un tout petit peu plus loin sûrement mieux finalement Lisez la suite

Hôtel traditionnel situé à côté de la tour de Pise que l'on pouvait voir de notre fenêtre. Idéal pour une visite du site. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Un peu bruyant (pas de double vitrage, rue animée) et petit-déjeuner un peu décevant.

Bel etablissement avec un hall trés agréable avec des canapés confortables .Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner qui se présente en un grand buffet avec différents pains, cafés, gateaux . Hotel calme, bien isolé du bruit de la rue.Accueil trés sympatique et professionnel. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

L'hotel se situe à 100m de la tour de Pise. Il est vraiment bien situé. Entouré de commerces et restaurants. La chambre etait correcte. un bémol sur le confort du lit un peu trop mou à notre goût. Le petit déjeuner etait aussi correct. Nous conseillons cet hôtel rapport/qualité/prix.

Idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la Tour de Pise. Hotel d'aspect un peu vieillot, mais confortable tout de même (on sent un prestigieux passé) et petit dejeuner bien copieux. Accueil agréable(on peut même y laisser ses bagages avant de reprendre l'avion, ou le train...)

A deux pas de la place des miracles et de sa tour... Accueil agréable Tarif internet très satisfaisant et petit dej copieux...

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui ne vaut certainement pas un 4 étoiles. La chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas de tout confort. La climatisation et le frigo sont appréciables. Le matelas est un 140 de moyenne qualité. Personnel compétent. Le gros avantage est la localisation à 50 m de la tour. Bien donc pour une nuit de passage.

The good point: Good location, very close to Pisa Tower and not far from the pedestrian street. Hotel conditions were not really good, quite old hotel, lift and rooms. Room was not very clean and we couldn't close the door/window in the room. The size of the room (small) was not a big issue as toilettes were quite new and spacious (again, and unfortunately, […] not very clean). Breakfast was... just fine! Staff very nice and helpful! It was not very expensive but I would expected to have a cleaner room and a better breakfast. I would only recommend if you are on the mood: "only one night and we only want a place to sleep". Tout était parfait, du personnel trés sympathique et souriant, à la situation géographique de l'hôtel. La chambre était très propre, le service efficace et tout était conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé.

Very good location, but place is worn and needs refurbishment. Very noisy during night.

A very pleasant hotel - basic but nice and central

A very reasonably priced hotel, close to the Cathedral and Leaning Tower - both of which we could see from our window. Located near many good restaurants and frienndly staff. Disappointing breakfast.

All the different people we got to interact at the lobby were super nice and speak English, breakfats included, the price was good and the location its AWESOME, after we checked in, went to the room and open our window, you can see the tower, it was beautiful, we had to take pictures and video from our window! we got there at night time and the view […] was worth the trip! p.s we were on the 3rd floor, the higher the better! Is close to all teh main attractions, a block away from hotel.

The location, just a block from the Pisa Tower, can't be beat. Everything was clean and tidy but the rooms, decor, and hallway are from another era. The included buffet breakfast was generous and good.

Great Hotel in the best location staff were friendly make sure you visit the bar the barman is a lovely gentleman that we had a great chat with hotel has a rooftop with several chairs etc that has views of the Leaning Tower. Only a short walk to anywhere and Sunday has a fabulous market in Pisa Would recommend this hotel

this is the best hotel if you wanna stay close to pisa tower. absolutely great location and great service. definitely recommend.

Excellent location 200 metres from Duomo & Tower. Pleasant helpful staff. Rooms adequate with en suite, but not very big. Front rooms a bit noisy from street. The only outside space is on the 4th floor roof, with only 4 deck chairs for an hotel of perhaps 60 rooms. A bit sparse, even if you are not intending to sunbathe.

Location couldn't be better; it's a 5 min walk from Pisa, but that's about it. Breakfast is weak, there're not enough outlets in the bedroom, making it hard to charge phone, camera at the same time. This hotel IS NOT a 4 star hotel; it's barely a 3 **.

Excellent value for money. Great location just 2minutes walk from Pisa leaning tower. Really four stars hotel with the quality of room, hotel and breakfast. Friendly and helpful stuff. I would choose it again if I have another visit to Pisa,

We stayed here for one night only. Excellent location for the leaning tower and we had a view of the tower from our balcony. Hotel was clean and we had a large room with good air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Taxi from Pisa airport cost us 14 Euros with luggage and return journey […] to train station was 10 Euros. Only one night is needed to stay in Pisa but it is a very nice and quaint town. Lisez la suite

This hotel has a super location - and brilliant roof terrace. Great staff, room and breakfast. The terrace could be updated and cleaned. There really isn't much else to see in Pisa other than the Campo di Miracoles. This can be done in a full day and the Grand Hotel is the perfect spot!

Hotel is maximum 3 stars, the beds are afoul, impossible to sleep. But the location is super, they should renovate the hotel in nearest future.

Hotel was fine, travelling on own, all clean, breakfast was plentyfull, only booked a couple of days in advance and no problem with booking in. Close to everything.

The location of this hotel is brilliant, literally 200 metres from the Leaning Tower, etc with lots of restaurants and lovely ice cream shops around. However, I was not impressed by the room. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I doubt it should even be 3. I travelled with my son and we had 2 single beds joined together, one of which creaked every […] time I moved (and I am not heavy). The shower arrangement wasn't safe either as there is no partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so all of it gets wet. Result: my son slipped on the wet floor. Not recommendable particularly for elderly/frail/pregnant women. On the other hand, staff speak English and were very helpful with wake up calls, booking taxis and a breakfast bag because our flight was very early. Conclusion: if you want 4 star service, go somewhere else; if you expect with 3 star service this hotel is fine. Lisez la suite

The hotel is in a great location in reference to being close to everything. As a traveler alone for the first time in Italy the staff was friendly helpful and offered many services. I went back for one more night before I flew out and the staff remembered me, gave me a larger room and a bottle of wine at the bar. Lovely older hotel extremely close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistry and the Basilica (half a block). Furnishings a bit dated in the room, but still nice. Room was clean and service was excellent. Excellent breakfast included and exceptional value for the cost of the room. Convenient for the main sites, but driving in the area is a bit tricky […] and recommend if you will have a car, reserve parking ahead as it is very limited. The hotel is very good located (only 200 meters of the Leaning Tower of Pisa itself), but the room I stayed was quite old, and not well maintained. The photos on hotel.com does not show any photo on the type of room I stayed.

This hotel was excellent and it was lovely being able to see the leaning Tower from our window. It was nice being able to come back and rest our weary feet between touring about Pisa.

The hotel is in an ideal location, within easy reach of many restaurants as well as the leaning tower and duomo. Staff were accommodating and helpul, and the inclusive breakfast offered a good range of cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghourts. On a less positive note, our room was disappointing, with the bathroom especially […] so. However, our companions had better facilities, so I guess it's down to the luck of the draw! Had we been staying more than a couple of nights I might have asked if we could be moved but, as we were there for such a short stay, we managed just fine. Lisez la suite

The only 4* this hotel has is it's location, 2 mins walk from the tower. Rooms really need to be updated as very tired and to much dark wood(room 110) staff very helpful. Would I stay here again??? Yes just for it's location. ( great restaurant across from hotel to the right Toscana, great staff, wine but best of all the food,)

Very convenient to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the airport. The coffee machine at breakfast not great otherwise a good stay

So close to the leaning tower; just spend your days walking around Pisa. It's lovely and there is much you will miss if you only visit the tower. Room was exceptionally clean if a lttle elderly. Breakfast was plentiful. Bob in the bar was delightful and we enjoyed our after dinner drinks there. Reception was always manned and the staff could not have […] been more helpful. Don't pay for a taxi but get the bus to and from the airport to Duomo Sq. and walk the 400yds to the hotel. Lisez la suite

Not a four star hotel in my experience. Room was almost in disrepair. It had obviously not been decorated in 30+ years. TV was the smallest I've ever seen. Generally in Italy 4 star doesn't mean anytihng.

we stayed one night for a quick visit to Pisa. It does the job for a brief visit. Dont expect much and you wont be dissappointed. Rooms are run down and in desperate need of a redo, especially bathrooms. Location is excellent however. Staff was friendly and helpful and the garage rate was as resonable as the room rates.
