L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

seule mauvaise note, surchauffé et pas de réglage et de possibilité de laisser la fenetre ouverte à cause de la proximité de la route à grande circulation

"On the way to California"
On the way to California, we stopped in Flagstaff and stayed at the Executive Inn. Everything was great; the service, the room and the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

"Had everything we needed"
We were on our way to the Grand Canyon from Phoenix when we hit a snowstorm. (in April) We pulled in to The Executive Inn and Suites because it was easy access. We were not prepared for snow. did not have proper clothing. Everyone at the Inn was very helpfull. The location was great. we were able to purchase swimsuits for the pool and hot tub at Walmart […] across the street, boots at Big 5 next door and dinner at Olive Garden. 1/4 mile. They also allow pets, which waas great because we had my daughters dog with us. It turned what could have been a disaster, into a fun comfortable weekend. Lisez la suite

"Drinking in the lobby"
Worse customer service ever. We checked in late around 10pm and the front desk clerks acted like we were bothering them with their gossip and flirting with the two guys in the lobby. The guys were drinking in the lobby. The rooms were old and need major upgrades. The morning desk clerk was not helpful either. No one was helpful. Attractive property in convenient location in Flagstaff. Hotel staff is disinterested and blase. Bed in our room was very old and broken down. Room itself had possibilities, but lots needed to be tended to. Breakfast was very limited and offered no hot items like eggs or waffles, only cereal, breads, etc. We were there only one night passing through, […] and I will not stay there again, nor recommend it to others. Room was fine. If you are going to be skiing or sledding and just sleeping in the room, it is a good room. Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings is across the street. I was happy with the one night stay.

Decent hotel, comfortable rooms albeit the smallest Queen Beds that I have seen to date. Sadly, the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation when we were there. The location is perfect. Restaurants, shopping, a multiplex are all within minutes drive. Across the street is the best Indian restaurant that I have ever eaten at and in the same shopping […] center there is a Walmarts, several other restaurants and various stores. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained (we preferred going to the "train restaurant" across the street so we skipped the freebie) and parking was easy to access and plentiful. Good staff and rooms. A bit noisy - neighboring occupants, though this only says that the neighbors wee noisy. The garbage should have been cleaner but overall a nice place. I would stay there again.

The major issue I had was there were very little toilet paper on the roll and NO backup roll in the room. Unfortunately, I discovered this fact at the worst time. No room requiring an overnight stay should be without any TP in the room. This is inexcusable. The hotel used to be operated by Sleep Inn and was well run. "Service"
Night clerk was very rude as I requested a 2 queen beds and handicap accessible for wheelchair. Ended up in a regular room with 1 queen bed and had to transfer to another room with 1 queen bed and handicap accessible. But the spa and pool was under maintenance and was disappointed as I reserved the hotel for use of spa as well. There was no toilet paper […] in the bathroom and short handed on towels and no wash cloths. Poor quality of services. "Awesome deal for the price"
I stayed here 2/18/2012-2/20/2012. For the hotels.com price I definitely cannot complain about the "down sides" of this hotel. I stayed for two nights, but in two different rooms. The first night when I checked in and went to my room I thought "wow, this is a great room! it's clean, has a desk for me to set my laptop up on, and free wifi." However […] when I went into the bathroom I found where they might have cut corners. The towel rack on the shower door was missing and one of the holes didn't have anything plugging it so some water from the shower could leak out. But to me it wasn't a big deal. Everything functioned as it was supposed to. Toilet flushed, shower and sink drained, bed and pillows were great. The next morning at breakfast I'm used to having a little more available, but the "make your own waffle" was great, as was the cereal, english muffin, yogurt and juice. Some meat or protein or fresh fruit would've been nice. Due to weather conditions I was forced to book another room here the following night. The second room was better. Nothing wrong with the shower door, but the window curtain was broken at the first rung. However it still closed all the way and blocked out the light, so again, no big deal. I checked in at 2:00 p.m. not knowing the check in time was 3:00 p.m. Kyle, the counter clerk was rude and didn't want to be bothered when I tried tio check in. His first comment to me was "your early"!! Got to the room and it wasn't the room I requested so I had to go back downstairs and get a new room. got to that room and it was awful. The door to […] the bathroom had a huge hole in it. The door knob was broken. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The beds were hard as a rock. Dirty rooms. "All around Nice!"
The building was abit on the old side, but the people were real nice and helpful. The kids loved the indoor pool and we had a very nice stay. Was at a good rate and it was what we need to get us to our finall destination.
There was a barking dog in one of the rooms and the front desk could not do anything about it for hours. It seems the owners had left the dog in the room by itself.

This hotel had no elevator and I was told it was not required. I had to carry all my luggage and ski equipment upstairs. I was not told they did not have an elevator. Very inconvenient to travelers.

the hot tub was under repair, front desk told it was gonna be operating on the following day, which wasn t the case , when you go to Flagstaff for a ski trip , the hot tub is a key factor to decide in which hotel u re gonna stay , make sure you specify on ur web site what is working or not breakfast below average

The hotel room that we had was kind of dirty and the bedding looked it caught fire and melted in certain areas of the comforter. We only booked one night but decided to stay another night because the location was walking distance. "Not a good experience"
We had stayed here before and had a good experience. That’s why we figured we would come back. We were on our way to Las Vegas with our young children. They have an indoor pool, which is great for winding down before bed. When we checked in, we headed to our room. We noticed the hotel seemed to be a bit run down since the last visit. In fact, the room […] next to us had been vandalized severely to the point of the front door was broken into and the room was demolished (the front lock was broken off, holes in the walls, and the furniture was wrecked). When we went onto our room, we walked through and found that our room wasn’t much different. There were holes punched in the bathroom walls and the bathroom door looked like someone was locked in and trying to get out? The lock and handle was broken off, which supports our theory. We tried to ignore the problems with our room, keeping in mind that’s its only one night and it was cheap, and went to the pool to try and pass the night, quickly. The pool was in poor shape also. The door into the pool had been replaced with a used door once again (there were holes where the old hinges were from). The water fountain was covered in rust and the tile floor was in pieces. The water to the pool was cloudy and it smelled horrible. We went back to the room and tried our hardest to sleep as its only one night. The beds were hard as a rock. In the morning we collected our things and left quickly. We didn’t stay for the complimentary breakfast. I reported the problems with our room/stay with the desk clerk in the front. She took notes on a “post it” and said she’ll pass the information on to the cleaning staff. I don’t think anyone ever got the word or cared much for that matter. I meant to call Hotels.com to let them know about our stay, but the rest of our vacation was fantastic and we quickly forgot about our experience in Flagstaff until we were asked for a review. The hotel was priced right for the quality of the room. It needs major updating from the rooms to the hotel itself. The bathroom was very small and only contained a shower. For a short stay it was okay. The staff was friendly. The pool and spa were nice but again that area needs major updating. The jets in the spa need to be stronger. Over all if you […] want an economy priced room it was good for the price. I would stay there again on my next trip up there. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. We did enjoy our stay for the few days we were there. The continental breakfast was not that good. They were constantly out of everything. "unkept"
The room was decent but the bathroom had tiles that were not glued down. No coffee makers in room as stated in description. No towels in pool area. Dirty towels everywhere. Breakfast was home at 8:30 with at least 5 families still there to eat. Kitchen area extremely dirty.

The Inconvenience of this hotel was amazing based on the number of cars in the parking lot i would imagine the hotel was well over more than 50% Vacant and we were placed in a room on the second floor farthest from the only entrance of the hotel. There was no elevator in the hotel so we were forced to carry our luggage up the stairs and walk the length […] of the entire hotel to get to our room.
