Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

"Bien situé mais c'est tout"
La situation de l'hotel est excellente, pour le reste tout est moyen. La déco fait sparadrap (on colle par ici ou là des luminaires Stark et des canapés dernière collection Ikea pour dire qu'on a changé la déco), la literie est tout juste confortable, la salle de bain très limite (vieux robinets qui grincent, mitigeur propre mais plein de calcaire) […] sans être sale. Enfin le personnel n'est pas très aimable non plus notamment le "contrôle de sécurité" à l'entrée de l'hotel, on dirait plus un videur de boite qu'un concierge. En fait on est surtout deçu de l'hotel qui s'auto-annonce 5 étoiles alors qu'on est tout juste au niveau d'un Novotel 3 étoiles. Bref rien de catastrophique à signaler mais rien d'agréable non plus. Très bonne situation au centre d'un quartier touristique , évite de devoir prendre le taxi qui est exorbitant à Londres , prestations hôtelières complètes avec Piscine ; sauna ; et excellent bar mais pas de fumoir pour les amateurs de cigares. Chambres superbes et modernes , rare à Londres...

We were assured by hotels.com that we would have a queen size bed, not a double. When we arrived in our room we were told that the hotel did not have queen beds. Wish we had known that on the front end as we would have made other arrangements.
WiFi not only was not provided coplementary but also the daily and hourly charges were beyond reason. Staff responded to issues and requests only after complaining about their lack of interest. Would not stay again. Totally overpriced.
floor was old and kept buzzing, room heating was too much and you needed air conditioning but then the room was too cold...they managed to get us the flu this way...good gym but full of personal trainers thus no space for hotel visitors...one of the two rooms was provided the next day!!!!...reception very ironic and not so helpful!!

Location Location Location: Perfect! Stanrad room was very small with no window at all!!! Room was clean and comfy tough, loved those sheets. Wifi was 16£ / 24h - at 5-star hotel it should be free!!!

We were treated like luxury guests. Our room was without a view, but in Piccadilly that translates to quiet. The hotel was entirely lovely. We walked to most museums, parks, theaters and restaurants. Tube or bus is right there if needed. Fantastic

We arrived to a mix up on the promised bed arrangement but they gave us a larger room (two upgrades) which more than made up for this. We never saw the room we would have had, so this review might be misleading, but we were very happy with what we got and the location just could not be better. "Mereden"
There was an evacuation of the hotel on the evening of the 15th. I thought exit routes that I took from room 235 was unclear in the staircase. It was a little confusing on which doors to use. There was no information available to the guest about what was going on what had happened and when we could return to our rooms.

Lovely hotel, very central. With an indoor pool and spa! Very large room and bathroom. Lots of cafes nearby, and right near Picadilly. Internet is extra. Food can be pricey in this area, and did not eat in the hotel. But right down the street is a reasonably priced fish restaurant.

Great hotel, location especially. My first room had an inside window, overlooking the dining area. Not great, but the front desk immediately changed it with no fuss. Modern facilities, very comfortable and you cannot beat the location, right in Picadilly Circus. If the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

Le Meridien Picadilly is in a great location and the staff were terrific. Typical of some places and especially here, the charges for internet and service charges in the restaurant and bar are crazy. As I was out and about a great deal of the time for business, the smallness of the room didn't bother me too much. "Just block from Piccadilly Circus"
Spend a three night stay after a trip to visit relatives in Europe. We walked to the clubs and shopping in SoHo. The West end theaters were even closer. The city was doing road work at night in front of the hotel yet our room was quiet. (our room had double pane windows) Didn't like the internet fees, went next door to Starbucks instead. Hotel was beautiful, […] with the charm of when it was built in 1908 but decorated nicely with a understated, modern style. Restaurant was very nice, the dinner we had was good, about the same price as a meal on South Beach in Miami. I would suggest it to friends and will probably go back to it when we visit London again. "Excellent Location, Comfort and nice."
Only a 3 minutes walk from the tube of Piccadilly. The tourist attractions are all around. The room that I stayed was on the 3/F, faced the main street but it was still quiet. I slept well during those 4 nights. The staff are very nice and helpful.

This hotel has an excellent location. Only 100 meters from the nearest subway station, and within 10 minutes walking distance from just about any theatre in West End. I spent 9 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed the hotel's standard, which had a clean and exclusive appearance. + Friendly staff + Quiet compared to other London hotels I've stayed […] at + Spacious room compared to other London hotels + Two complimentary bottles of water every day + Swimming pool and a nice and hot steam bath - Overzealous housekeeping They didn't refill wash cloths, even when I notified the staff about it. Also, one day they forgot about the complimentary bottles of water. - Ridiculous internet price! At a hotel of this standard I would expect internet access to be complimentary. Instead they charged quite a lot for it. The internet bill didn't even show up on the bill on the hotel services accessible from the in-room TV so I guessed that it would be complimentary. Was I surprised when I checked out and figured out I could've spent almost two more nights there for the cost of the internet! All in all a great hotel, but if internet access is important to you I would suggest staying away from this hotel. "Nice ...but overpriced"
The room was adequate but the en suite bathroom was very small. Everything was nice and clean , however as we were fairly late rising on Sunday morning our room was not attended to so we returned after a day out to find unmade beds - a knock on the door at 5.30pm by a chamber maid was too little too late and I sent her away! I had to ask for clean towels […] to be sent up to the room too. Overall the hotel is very nice but not worthy of five stars - the breakfast at £22 each is overpriced ,as in my opinion was the whole expeience. There are similar cheaper hotels nearby which offer the same location and high standards but at half the cost. I stayed at le meridien piccadilly for 4 nights with my friends and had a wonderful experience! The location is very convenient, close to the most important sightseeings. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended !!
Despite it's excellent location and it's superb health club/spa facilities, I was disappointed by the following : 1 ) No free wi fi for guests. Neither in room nor in it's lobby. A counter staff's explanation to me that as it's located in a heavy tourists area, it would be difficult to control. Guests pay £3 for 15-minute usage in one of it's two terminals […] in the lobby area. 2 ). On my first night, after a direct 13-hour flight, my air conditioner ceased to function at 2am, waking me up from perspiration. Tried to get back to sleep, but woke up again at 4am. Still warm. Took off my pajamas and tried to sleep again. Finally, called the night duty manager who sent someone up. This man told me that as it's winter, there's only the heating on ( despite my getting cool air initially ). He offered to leave my window slightly ajar, brought up a floor-standing fan and switched off the air con unit. The remaining two nights of my stay, the air con unit worked perfectly! So what happened that first night? And what about his explanation to me? And the Night Manager told me that regrettably they could not find me another room as they were fully booked. This is not a 4 star hotel, old, dated and just not good customer service. Just not a good experience.

You can't beat Le Meridien's close proximity to Picadilly. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, although I heard they are all up for renovation over the next few years which is always good at older hotels. The health club and spa, pool included, are top notch. And try the chef specialty ice cream sundaes at the Terrace Restaurant!

"Mycket centralt läge bra gym och spa"
Hade ett clubrum. Stort rum med mycket vackra stora fönster, takhöjd 3-3,5m vilket gav en härlig rymd i rummet. Vi stormtrivdes med både rummet frukosten som var continental med stort utbud och gym/spa. Gymmet var riktigt bra med flertalet crosstrainers, löpband, roddmaskin etc. Och bestod av flera plan så kändes fräscht och rymligt. Fria handdukar […] och vatten. Fantastiskt vacker simbassäng som man hade utsikt över från löpbandet. Behaglig temperatur i vattnet, kändes något varmare en svenska simbassänger. I clubrummet ingick ovan i priset samt wifi uppkoppling utan extra kostnad. Det var klart värt prislappen. Vi använde minibaren både det som fanns och som förvaring för egen inköpt champange och det visade sig bli dyrt då vi flyttade på saker i kylen sattes det upp på notan. Men det ordnade sig då vi sa som det var. Vi kommer definitivt välja Le meridien vid piccadilly nästa tur till London. Lisez la suite

"倫敦的皮卡迪利大街艾美酒店"
酒店员工待客殷勤，很受礼遇的对待，每次打服務电話，员工便会於10分鈡内到達帮忙，只是可能酒店比較老，那个发熱的毛巾架修了几天也修不好，可能缺乏了某些零部件，但確是盡了力，可原諒的！其他只是房間比較小，不过再來的時候也会重住这酒店，很近唐人街可步行往吃中餐！

"交通方便, 但設施陳舊"
以下數點可以供各位參考, 1) 地點極為方便, 如只在巿中心活動, 可以整天不購車票 2) 設施已陳舊, 房內暖氣很噪吵, 幸中央暖氣還可以, 不用開; 熱毛巾暖管不熱; 掛牆花灑頭不能用, 只可用手拿著; 牆壁電插位會鬆脫, 會有危險 3) 如有房, 會給予提早CHECK-IN, 但要求延遲CHECK_OUT 卻被拒絕, 但願意代為保存行李 4) WIFI或上網要另外付費

Internettet var så langsomt at jeg ikke kunne nå at komme ind på det jeg skulle på 30 min. Jeg havde betalt dem 5 pund for det og der var ingen hjælp at hente, så gå hellere på internet end at betale for ekstremt langsomt internet her!
