Un hôtel dans lequel j'ai dû faire une escale d'une nuit. Je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des activités proposées par l'hôtel par manque de temps. Ne comprenant pas l'anglais oral parfaitement, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre par téléphone le lieu du rendez-vous de la navette de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (emplacement 26-H devant l'aéroport). Le lendemain à l'hôtel, devant partir pour l'aéroport avant 6h (heure à partir de laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel) du matin, je n'ai pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) car ils ne le donnent pas à emporter. A part ça, la chambre de l'hôtel est propre, très belle et confortable, et les horaires des navettes pour l'aéroport de l'hôtel (gratuites) sont très larges : de 4h30 du matin à minuit. Etrangement, on peut réserver pour 4 personnes une chambre qui n'a juste qu'un seul lit double.

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très calme, à proximité relative (compter entre 10 et 20 min de marche) de tout : restaurants, monuments, commerces. L' hôtel propose un système de gardiennage de voiture. Prévenir 20 min à l avance minimum pour retirer sa voiture. Les chambres sont propres, toutes non fumeurs. Le petit dejeuner est d anthologie!!! À proximité pour les enfants : la caserne des pompiers : les rire pan se prêtent volontiers à une visite improvisée, tentez votre chance.

Hotel bien situé pour visiter Alexandria et Washington (20mn/ 30mn de voiture du national mall et 15mn du vieux centre d'Alexandria). Chambre confortable et spacieuse (pas d'étagère pour poser ses vetements, mais un placard). La piscine extérieure est ouverte à partir du 1er mai. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet inclu dans le prix de la chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut : muffin, scones, gauffres à faire soi-même, oeufs, pain, jus, fruits, café , thé ...Quartier calme de banlieue américaine un peu chic. Bâtiments de taille moyenne et grandes demeures bordent les rues verdoyantes de Dupont Circle, où prospèrent cafés et magasins indépendants. "Best staff possible!"
I stay in a LOT of hotels. These guys were both professional and very accommodating. I've never seen such an incredible staff from the housekeepers to the porters to the management. Absolutely 1st rate! Starbucks lattes without leaving the hotel, perfect snacks and a friendly business center. Thank you!!!!

We've stayed in many hotels in DC over the past 6 years and this one ranked as one of the best. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. My only complaint is that we were awakened on Monday morning with the loud hammering of men working right outside our window. It seems that they are repairing the roof […] of the garage. the noise was awful and the view was less than scenic. Rooms facing away from this side of the hotel must surely be quieter. Great location with easy access to all that Dupont Circle has to offer. Easy walking distance to Metro and thus access to National Airport, the museums, etc. Why pay the high price of some of the other hotels in the vicinity when this is a perfect fit. I was taking a family member to the airport early on a Friday and decided to spend the weekend in D.C. I called the hotel in advance to see if I could check in early and they said, "yes". Comfortable enough. The downstairs staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great morning coffee. The lobby was under repair so I imagine it will be much improved. Parking quite expensive, but that's Washington, D.C. Not a bad walk to the Metro--if you are fit.

The lobby was under construction, so I could not really judge it. The room was spotless, the AC worked well and was controllable and the windows kept the street noise out very well. The bed was comfortable, the shower really powerful and the bathroom quite nice and mod. If I had any complaints, the room was a bit small and there was no fridge.

I was very pleased with the valet service. Our car was ready and waiting within minutes of calling for it. All of the staff were courteous and eager to help. It is only a few blocks to the Red Line Metro Station at Dupont Circle and there are lots of places to go to eat and shop. The park is a great way to spend a sunny morning reading.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid-November. The staff was efficient and helpful and the room and amenities lived up to expectations. It sits at the top of a sprightly uphill on Connecticut Avenue, across the street from the Washington Hilton, so the walk TO DuPont Circle Metro is much easier (especially with a suitcase) than the walk FROM […] DuPont Circle to the hotel. The are a number of interesting restaurants right on Connecticut within a couple of blocks of the facility. It is only a fifteen minute cab ride (outside of rush hour) from DCA, and early on a Saturday morning, before the Metro began running, that was the only real option. Lisez la suite

"Comfortable, Convenient and Courteous Staff"
From check-in to check-out everyone in the hotel- not just the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a small problem with my key at one point, and the gentleman delivering room service next door stopped what he was doing to help. The room itself was great too. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the internet […] was easy to set up on my laptop and quite fast as well. Probably the only slight drawback was that my room was on the 2nd floor and it was a bit noisy in the hallway, I think because the pool is also located on that floor. Also, no need to worry about the location. I used to live in DC which is why I picked this place. It's just a few blocks from the Dupont metro station and all the restaurants and shopping that Dupont has to offer are right there. Lisez la suite
"Good value for the money"
This hotel was not fancy but very clean and staff was super nice. Do be prepared to pay for parking. Bathroom quarters were very small, but in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood location. About 8-10 min walk to Metro stop. TV was pretty lame-although that's not really a priority. Overall, decent place to stay for a few days.

"Not again"
They lost a package that was sent for my work. Found after three days of looking. I took laundry down the day before it was due, they forgot to send it out and I had to wait an extra day. This wouldn't have been a problem except I was held over for an extra week and needed the clothing. Food is mediocre at best. I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, conveniently located, and has a very accommodating staff. My room, while not huge, was obtained at a bargain price through a hotel promotion, and was certainly not the broom-closet I deserved given the very low price I paid.
